Adam is great. I traveled from California to ND for work. He was professional, knew what he was doing, great conversationalist, and was quick with my oil change. He was fair with the pricing and I plan on returning again for any automotive needs. Customer sevice as it should be.

The guy who runs it is a good dude. Very North Dakota stoic, you won't get a single facial expression out of him. When you listen to him though you can hear his commitment to do right by you. When I brought my car in he immediately put it up on the lift, showed me in detail what was wrong, discussed some options and immediately priced out parts to give me an estimate. The price was almost exactly what I expected based on the severity of the damage but he repaired it by the next morning. He saw that my car was older so gave me the option of "I can replace this part fully if you want but the part is ok, just a little bent so I can just bend it back into place if you prefer". I really appreciated that because I'm sure it saved me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs. Really good guy and good mechanic, just don't expect a bubbly smile, lol

They where fast , honest and did very good work on my Tacoma truck. They where cheaper then other estamenst. I would highly recommend auto solution.

I called him to get a quote and make an appointment for an AC recharge and leak repair, he told me that if the leak was big enough that he can find it fast, he literally told me it would be 69.95, I set an appointment for the next day, and I brought the car and he was very respectful, started working on the car right away, and figures out that there were some bolts loose, after tightening them, they proceed to fill up the AC system, and the AC starts working, great, 30 seconds later, the system literally releases all the Freon, they spent the rest of the time trying to figure out what was wrong, they couldn t figure it out, guy charges me $330, for literally tightening 3 bolts, kind of excessive. He refilled it once with 1.4lbs of freon, it shot out, refilled it again Literally miscellaneous charges. he also lied to me on the phone when he told me that he would use UV dye to find the leak, when I arrived he used a normal can of freon from Walmart without UV die into a system that was obviously leaking, and used his ear to find the leak, please do yourself a favor and stay clear from these scammers.

Had a low tire light come on picking up my nephew from the airport. Pulled up asked for air pressure check let me pull right in got me fixed up back on the road in 10 min. Highly recommend. A++ service Thanks again Adam Nelson for your help.Service: TiresService: Tires

These guys are honest, quick, and efficient. There is never an upsell. They do the work you want done..no more no less. If any additional work comes up, they give you options. There are too many shops out there these days that over-charge for extra work you never authorized, not these guys. I have a 1992 Ford Conversion Van. I brought it to a few other places and they told me they don't like to work on vehicles older than 1995. Really?? What they were telling me was the fact that unless they could hook up to a computer.... they could not do any work... These were not mechanics. The guys over at Auto Solutions are ! I plan to be a future customer for ANY work I need to be done. Did I mention that both times I went in to see about a repair they had me in the very next day? I ve been going to Auto Solutions ever since they opened up. I think it s been 20 years ago or more. Great service, friendly staff and ownership, dependable work quality, fair pricing. They ve always gotten the job done for me. As a young woman who honestly doesn't know more than the basics about cars, I'm always afraid someone is going to rip me off. The guys at auto solutions have been very honest and friendly both times I've brought my car in though! The first time, they correctly diagnosed what another shop didn't and fixed the problem by the end of the next day even though they said it would take a couple days because of the part being delivered. Great prices that I think are still fair for their mechanics.

Great service, the team there was knowledgeable and diagnosed my car's problem quickly. I was told the the repairs would take 1-1/2 hours and was done in 45 minutes.Was treated with respect. The man helping me explained what was wrong, the parts needed, and answered all my questions.Best part was the price for the parts and labour was reasonable and didn't break my broke college student bank! Will definitely take my car back for any other diagnostic reading and repairs!

AC stopped working and temperature gauge went to zero on our 2015 GMC Sierra. 85 degrees, 2 dogs and a wife looking at me. I called the GMC dealership and they said come back in 2 weeks. Fortunately, someone referred me to Adam Nelson at Auto Solutions in North Fargo. Adam diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and had us back on the road in under 2 hours. Highly recommend. Of the five years that I've been in the Fargo/Moorhead area, this is the only auto shop that I feel comfortable bringing my car to. The service is great and genuine and the prices are realistic and reasonable. It's not the flashiest or fanciest auto shop in the area, but to be honest, I don't think I'd want that in the first place. They are not there to sell you snake oil; they do a great job that is on price and on time--which is everything I want when bringing my vehicle in for a checkup or repair.

Traveling through the area and stopped here on the recommendation of a friend. I am impressed and wish these guys were in my home area! Very reasonable prices and great service. I appreciated that the mechanic called me over and explained what was going on and that I felt like my money was well spent.

My car had been having troubles that no one seemed to figure out. These guys didn't give up in finding a solution. Their prices are reasonable and they do not try to screw you over. Highly recommend these honest people.

GREAT!!! Sears told me $700+ to replace both axle shafts AND smashed my windshield in the process. Auto Solutions did it for $517 in less than an hour and a half and the car is running great. Was a little nervous about the customer service but they did an AWESOME job!!! Thanks auto solutions!!!

low rates and very honest. I took my car into another mechanic, they wanted to charge me $500 for the wheel barring and to replace my brakes, mind you my car is a 2013 fairly still new. I then took my car to auto solutions, turns out it was a LF wheel speed sensor, causing my traction, ABS and service brake lights to come on. I walked out paying 100 bucks and haven't had any problems since. Definitely will be going back for other mechanical issues i may have in the future.

Adam and his crew have been super helpful with my car. Twice this winter have I had issues with my car and both times they got me in and the problem fixed as soon as they could. Good prices for auto repair as well.

In the 3 years I have been in Fargo, I count myself as blessed that my friends recommend the team at Auto Solutions.They have worked in 3 of my own families vehicles and 4 of my close friends who had asked for the best place to go..Their service and professionalism are just a couple of the standards we have come to expect. Even when they found that they couldn't really find and fix my issues with my 2003 VW Beetle, they showed their true colors by recommending Jaq's foreign Auto. They towed my vehicle there and only charged me 40.00 for diagnostics; even though they had towed it from my house to their shop, and then again to Jaq's.I am sorry to leave Fargo and such excellent businesses like Auto Solution.

Apart from the quick friendly service that I received my experience here was completely negative. After sliding my car into a curb (like an idiot) I had definitely broken something. So after looking on Google for some shops that could help me fix what I feared could be a bent brake rotor or axle shaft, Auto Solutions had good reviews so I decided to try them. When I dropped my car off I explained exactly what I had done and that I feared I bent an axle shaft or brake rotor. When I picked up my car they told me that I had just bent the backing plate. I was suspecting that it may have been more than that because my brakes were still rubbing. After noticing this I realized that my lug nuts had been installed backwards which may sound trivial but that mistake would have eventually resulted in my wheel falling off while driving. After seeing that I figured I should check out my axle myself. It was surprisingly obviously that my shaft was bent when I got a buddy to drive it so I could watch the rear wheel. They had clearly not even bothered to check it.So after taking my car in not only did they not properly diagnose the damage I had done, but because of the backwards lug nuts my car was less safe to drive when I got it back then when I gave it to them. Not going back.

I wish I could put 5 stars plus! As a female college student I was leery about taking my car to a shop, but I made the BEST decision to go to Auto Solutions! Jeff walked me through everything, and with unimaginable circumstances with my car I never once felt uneasy about Jeff's word. TOP NOTCH SERVICE. As long as I live in the area all my mechanics will be done at Auto Solutions. I recommend them to EVERYONE!

They took my car in promptly at my appointment time! Finished my oil change in under an hour, and called me directly to pick up my car! Awesome, friendly, knowledgeable service with a smile!!

They did work on my car but they didn't put my radiator cap back on my car , so it cause my block on my car to freeze up and I had to get jump the next day so be careful if you go to them

Great for college students! Charged me $24 to get my oil changed and took only about 30 minutes... Great service and great guy! Would recommend to anyone, especially fellow college students!
