Advanced auto body has to be the best business in the FM area. I ve had to use them twice for auto body repairs and their service is top notch. Not only did they keep me informed of everything, they finished the work early and the car looked brand new afterwards. Great to work with for glass replacement. Told them about a shattered window and they said swing by and they will throw collision wrap on until it can get replaced. Didnt need it, they got my vehicle in and replaced the window the same day. Dropped off mid morning and picked it up when I got off work. Easy to deal with.

We had an accident traveling out of state. Until I picked up my car, I really thought they were doing us right. It took almost two months to get our car back and on top of that, half of the repairs were not completed. The break pins were bent, the tire pressure monitor system was hanging off the wheel, no headlights and had to drive back half way across the country with only high beams, and the right strut was not repaired and was leaking oil. We were clearly taken for a ride since we were from out of state and not there to make sure all repairs were handled. I came in here for a collision I had on the rear end of my car. I went to two places before here but their estimates were outrageous, and I came here due to my brother recommending me. The estimate here was about a grand cheaper than the other places I went. I decided to go here and I m very glad I did. It took about two weeks to get it repaired. I got my car back yesterday and it looked amazing! Almost like the collision never even happened. I highly recommend coming here if you need to get a auto body repair done on your car. They re professional here and amazing at their job.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Worst customer service. I visited on 9/28/2022 to get an estimate. After the estimate the technician handed the paperwork to the assistant and she said she we check with Rod for a date to get my vehicle in for repairs. They told me Rod would be calling me. On 10/11/2022 about two weeks later I called to see if they were able to get me scheduled. I was told there wasn't a new file created and if I wanted to come in and schedule an appointment they would see when they could get me in. Lazy customer service. Steer clear of this place, they are not worth the hassle.

I use to work for PGW. Had a crack in the windshield got my windshield from PGW went and got it replaced for nothing. Nice manager. He asked me do you work for Wayne? I said yes. It was 2014 when it took place. I would recommend them. They do very good work.

I came here before for a broken side mirror they did an excellent job so I wanted to come back when my windshield had a rock chip. My insurance was going to make the appt for me and they were told to tell me to stop in anytime and they would take care of it. I went the same day and 15 minutes later out the door with the chip fixed at no charge. Super happy customer! I would definitely reccomend!Service: Body & Trim

Excellent customer service. They gave me a free ride to Barnes and Noble while I waited on my windshield replacement. I spent a few hours reading and got picked up. New windshield, cleaned and detailed car also free of charge for a great price. This place goes above and beyond with their customers and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I was here today and was quickly greeted by a nice gentleman and he got me in and out literally in about 20 minutes. I came here for them to fix a rock chip. They were very kind, helpful and quick! If I ever have any other needs for auto body or windshield repair I will most definitely be back and will highly recommend them to friends. Thank you, I appreciate your great service!

I took my car in after a accident and I think they did more to lower the value of it than the accident. First the radiator was wired in and a month later it fell out pulling out the hose causing my car to overheat. Grill was glued together so was a fog light lens. Water over flow was broken yet and leaked. Wires in wire harness was pinched causing a short in my auto start. I went back with it in 3 days and they said nothing they did caused it. $5700 bill. I talked to my insurance who said they were the best. He still sends people there. I will not go there again and I have a new insurance.

I had my truck and one of my moms vehicle in in the past year from people nearly totaling out our vehicles, I love these people they re very good at their job and will do whatever it takes to ensure the customers satisfaction, I m very picky about who does what on my truck and I m glad I went to them. Would 12/10 recommend them to anyone! You will not regret the work they do, they had to repaint my whole right ride and you can t tell that it s brand new!

Unfortunately, I've had to use Quality's service several times. Each time I get a vehicle out of the body shop I'm impressed. We were in an accident with our almost new Mercedes SUV and it looked terrible. We took it into Advance Auto Body and dropped off the keys. A week later they called us to come and pick up our SUV. When they pulled up our car I was blown away. It looked showroom ready and in perfect condition!!! It was amazing. I could not speak more highly of the service I received at Advance. My '15 Mercedes took a pounding to both pass. bumpers, door, and rear quarter panel. Advance estimated the time required, to the hour, and I was able to jump behind the wheel of my brand-new car. Thank you so much for the hard work guys, sincerely!

Honestly they were terrible. Called a week in advanced to have back windshield replaced and when the day came it was the wrong part. They told me wait another 3 days, I already paid for it on the day of my appointment. They kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow but ended up waited about a week for the dang part. They have a service that gives you a ride back home that was helpful. In turn, they kinda sucked.

I wish I could say I had a great experience with Advanced Auto Body and Glass, but I won't be giving them my business again. My truck needed a new hood and the front two fenders. They never took the time to blend the colors together, so when I came to pick up my truck it was two-tone and a terrible color match. It was embarrassing they even tried to get me to take it home. Additionally, when I picked up my truck the second time, the passenger window wouldn't roll down all the way and the passenger door wouldn't open from the inside. All of the issues above lead to my truck being in the shop 1 week above what was quoted.

The best! Can't say enough! Thanks! Wind caught my driver's side door and bent it into my front fender. After bending it back it was misaligned and would only open about 6 inches. If I attempted to open it would only damage the fender more. Went to advanced for an estimate. Even though they were busy an employee got my keys and pulled it into the garage. I sat down in lobby and Bing bang boom. 10 minutes later they fixed the door, bent out and fixed the fender and said "No Charge, have a great day!" I was mind blown that service like this could still exist. Any future issues with any cars in my family, they will definitely get the business.

I took my car in to get an estimate and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond and quickly fit me into their schedule and had me all set to go in no time. I would highly recommend Advanced Auto Body and Glass to anyone who is looking to get any repair work done.

I took my Mercedes in because I had tried to remove tree sap from the hood with 409 and a scrub sponge. It left 3 spots on it I could not fix. AAB buffed, sanded and polished the spots and it looks great. They even gave me some touch-up paint in case I got a paint chip. They did this all and didn't charge me anything. They have made me a customer for life.

Took my car here after someone piled into me. They came in about $500 less than the other places I got estimates, and insisted they only use OEM parts. Took them about a week to finish my car but considering the amount of parts that needed replacing and painting, I figure that was probably about right. Wouldn't even know the car was ever hit. Owner comes off as a little intimidating but their work speaks for itself. Will definitely come back next time some idiot on their phone runs into me again.

We had a very pleasant experience. We required a minor paint touch up on our vehicle. This was done free of cost. They were very curteous to ask us if we needed a vehicle while our vehicle was being worked on. I would recommend AAB&G for auto paint and repair jobs.

I went in for a free estimate. Staff was quiet and acted like they didn't want to be there and didnt want me there.I probably won't get my car fixed here.I went to other shops around the area where staff was chirpy and willing to sit down and explain, to answer my questions.Totally different vibes from the places.

Have worked with them a few times now and have left extremely happy each time. Just today, they adjusted my wind-blown pickup door on the spot. In an out in 10 minutes with no appointment. Highly recommend!
