Cat urine is harmful to your health and can cause serous health problems. Please educate yourself and learn the risks and be careful. This place is a major health concern that people are looking the other way from for whatever reason. God bless you and your family and be alert, safe and educated.

The landlord does not take care of the property. The home that I rented from him smelled like cat piss and cat feces. He wouldn't do anything about it there's Ferrell cats living under the trailers. There's no hot water and the trailer is falling off the blocks that it is sitting on. Would not send my worse enemy to live.
