I was in Ellendale for work and decided to get a pizza for lunch even though I was warned not to get one from there.. how bad could it be, I thought. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch with tomatoes and a few other veggies. Did I get a chicken bacon ranch? No. I got a chicken brisket ranch. Bacon and brisket are two very different meats. I also did not get tomatoes on the pizza. So 1, the pizza order was all wrong. 2, I waited a half hour after ordering before going to pick up my pizza thinking that would be plenty of time if this caseys really was as bad as I've been told. They had not even started the pizza when I got there and told me it would be another 15 minutes. So we're 45 minutes into me ordering a pizza now. When I came back 15 minutes later, the pizza was ready but doughy and undercooked. And the store was closing early for the day so I was unable to complain. The next day I figured I would stop by and tell them how bad the pizza was and not even what I ordered, but they were closed when I drove by. I did double check their hours and they should have been open at that time. Stay away from this Caseys, it's not worth your time!

When cashier carded me, she did not know which numbers from my license to type in and told the the system says I m under age. I have biological children that are of age and this individual had a good 20 years on me. She also harassed the young man in front of me about being a felon and trouble. It was obvious from their conversation that she did not know this kid.

This pizza made by Alicia is worth driving from Bismarck every week. Employees are dedicated, friendly, and quite commendable in their customer service, prompt work, & cleanliness.

This store continues to go downhill. You never know when it will open on a given day. This is, of course, because they can't keep employees, probably at least in part because of ownership's continual refusal to fix ongoing problems with equipment. In the time it has taken me to write this review, I have seen no fewer than eight customers come and go. How this store remains open is a complete mystery to me.

Was on road trip and stopped in to get fuel but pumps said dispenser closed and doors were locked and no sign stating closed earlier nothing. This was around 1:45 on a Saturday and according to their hours they were supposed to be open.

I get so irritated with this store. They have good days and really bad days. On the separate occasions that I ve ordered a pizza to come out to my car, they have come up with some excuse as to why it has taken so long. But they never come out to tell me. I always wait 15 mins and I have to call and they make me feel like it s my fault. The staff is inappropriate and curse several times in front of customers and children. Highly unprofessional. If you come in, beware.

Posted hours for the kitchen show it should be open until 10:30, they have been closing hours earlier than regular, and posted time shows it s open on Google but when I went there from out of town to get gas, all pumps were shut down and they were closed and I m trying to rack up points

Good service. Accidentally forgot to complete online order so order wasn't ready when I got there. Even though it wasn't their fault they made an extra effort to get my order started and completed as quickly as possible.

Bathrooms need more attention, send somebody out and pick the two weeds out on the corner of the street.Rolls were good though.

Stopped for a gallon of gas for the lawn mower. Clerk thought it was real funny to stop the pump after I paid and before I pumped. Had to get the manager to return to the store. This is the same clerk that has attempted to overcharge before. Went in there for a bottle in November and this same individual harassed the young man in front of me about being a drunk to the point he said I don t know you and you don t know me, just ring up my stuff so I can leave. She also said that my driver s license looked fake and I looked under age. I m in my 40 s. It s not cute or funny to waste people s time, steal, or insult customers. Not sure if she s refunding and pocketing the cash later or what, but she s running a scam and needs to be fired.
