Another one of those places where they try to take every penny of your money. I bought some parts for my truck, paid, only later did I see that there was a difference in the value of the note to the credit card receipt, I asked the seller why the difference, he said it was an increase of 6 percent of the value to be passed the card.I won't be back. I do not recommend

Would be a 5 star but their short handed which puts customers behind scheduled work. These folks do an amazing job with their parts and customer service in the service department. I don't care for all the technology in some equipment and I do wish they would drive down to the next exit and back before they release a vehicle back to the customer but I do understand the reason why, sucks though. (Can we sign a waiver?) Lol

Best dealer in region , my truck towed in to yard Sunday night checked in early morning when they open very welcoming customer service, told once technician available get you in , they got me as soon as one was available technician top ten he knew my issues before even diagnosed my truck was CPC4 issues got me new one luckily they have one in stock less than 2 hours back on road, thank you you guys for your dedicated service.

These guys are amazing! We broke down just outside of Dickinson. We were towed in after hours. Our driver called in to see if anyone was still there. Thomas and a few of his guys were still there and opened a bay and let us drop it right in there. Then gave us a ride to a hotel. In the morning we found out the part we needed wasn't going to make it. They retro fitted an old part and we were on the road in hours.Thank you all for a great experience! In a day when there is poor or no service you all made us believe there are still great American workers out there!God bless you all!

Not a bad spot for a repair took longer than I expected however it was due to lack of parts needed . Was taken in almost right away reasonable time to do compete repair. Nice drivers waiting area with free wifi and a TV. The staff were friendly and kept me updated as to what was happening. They also recommended a restaurant near by that I could walk to so I could get a meal at a reasonable price. Thank you to the service department doe the great experience.

Wow, what awesome customer service! First experience at this dealership and we are going to do as much as our business as possible here. Not only did they have the alternator in stock that we needed, a mechanic was outside when I was getting our old one out of the pickup and carried it in for me as he seen I had our 2 year old with. I was greeted by everyone in there! They even helped us with the pulley on the alternator and when we were done, helped carry it back out to my pickup. I can't say enough in how much I appreciated the help and service.

Best dealership in town. Most experienced workers. They are the only elite dealership in town as well. For everyone out there, this means they have to keep their shop, building, customer service and sells in top shape. They are also the only shop that works on every Diesel engine and some gas engines when times are slow. If you haven t taken your rig there yet, you should. They stand behind their word

Stopped here for unplanned repairs on a tandem axel travel trailer. Turns out we had a bent axel. They managed to source the part and replace the axel same day and get us back on the road ASAP. Great communication and excellent service. Highly recommend.

Was the closest place I could find to Bismarck that could get my trailer in sooner than a month. They got me in right away and all accounts, they did great work at a fair price.

These guys give dealerships a bad name. Charging over $562 to do a simple oil change is ridiculous also taking two hours to do that oil change is ridiculous. Charging $8.55 to fill the fuel filter with diesel is ridiculous charging $32 for an environmental fee is ridiculous. I have had the same service completed in Billings Montana at the Western Star dealership or less than $250...these guys are ridiculous. Beware!

I was in and out within a couple of hours for what would have probably taken at least 3 or 4 days anywhere else. Best place to break down at ever!

Came in with alternator issues and Jordan got right to me. Had me back on the road in a hour with cleaning all my connections on batteries and the frame.
