WARNING they are NO GOOD LIARS! These people DO NOT deserve 1 star! WE PAID $6500.00, plus flat bed fees to transport, flew down there to pick up truck in Nov 2023 paid for hotel ,uber,n the truck DID NOT DRIVE! They sd the car was ready n we picked it up 2wks later! The truck, GMC,is still there.Then they say oh it needs a new engine!!!- No kidding- THEY DONT RTN PHONE CALLS,NO NOTHING! They LIE n TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! THE WORST PEOPLE EVER!!!!TERRIBLE BUSINESS! WE WERE SCAMMED!!!!

Our RV needed a serious emergency brakes repair on a Sunday no less. Simon took care of us and had us back on the road safely in just a few hours. And his prices are extremely reasonable. We feel very lucky to have found him!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Simon totally saved our trip! He figured out what was wrong with our tire, got us a new one, and had us back on the road in just under an hour, on a Sunday evening nonetheless! I m not even sure if his shop was technically open, but he helped us out nonetheless. Incredibly nice and hard working guy, and his rates are very reasonable! Would highly recommend anyone having vehicle issues to come to Simon s! He does great work.

Hello I was traveling to Seattle from Fargo and stop for gas in Dickinson and my car died in the middle of pumping petro. It was on a Saturday when no shops were open. I found out about Simon s repair shop and took it there found out my starter was bad. He was tremendous and very professional I was very lucky this guy is the best check him out for any kinda repair work.

Had a water pump break down on us during a family vacation and we broke down in Dickinson, ND. Of course it was on a weekend when no auto repair shops are open. Fortunately, while searching for help I'd read some reviews of Simon's Truck and Auto Center, and how other broken down cross-country travelers had been helped out on weekends by Simon and his crew. I took our vehicle in and explained our situation. Simon promised to do everything he could to help us out, even though he clearly had a full day+ of work helping other stranded travelers. By the end of the day, we had our vehicle back working perfectly and got back on the road. I would definitely recommend Simon as a place to go for help and high quality service.

I can t say enough good things about Simon! Our RV broke down on the highway near Dickinson and after calling every repair shop within 100 miles with no luck (apparently, no one wants to work on a gas RV) Simon said he d take a look at it. He looked at it the next morning, ordered the parts, fixed the issue and got us back on the road. Most shockingly to me, since he was closed on Saturday, he stayed late on a Friday night to finish the job and get us fixed, going above and beyond what 99% of mechanics would do. Amazing service!

My AC wasn't working and every other shop wanted to charge a ridiculous amount just to look at it. Called them and they said to bring my truck in and they would do a pressure test for around $90. Receptionist is great and friendly as can be. Took them about 30 minutes to pressure test and then fill with freon. My AC now works good as new. Only cost me around $200. Fast and excellent service would recommend to anyone in the Dickinson area.Service: A/C installation & repair

I needed help late on a Sunday afternoon passing through Dickinson. I had no idea how lucky I'd be to find Simon Truck and Auto Center. They were very friendly and provided great and timely service. I would not hesitate to go there again. If they provide that great service in an emergency I can only imagine what service they would provide on a daily basis! Thanks again!!!

The hitch ball had come loose while pulling my travel trailer across North Dakota. The auto parts store I went to didn't have a wrench that would work. I asked if anybody in town would be open on a Sunday that could possibly help me out. They gave me Simon's card. I stopped by and he took care of it right way for a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Simon is the best mechanic I have ever met!!! He will go above and beyond for you ANYTIME! Literally anytime! I really wish that he was in a lot more places at once!

Amazing Place with amazing prices works on semi's trucks cars and is willing to work with payments. Mechanics are fun, are fast and efficient and willing to help no matter the Job. Can squeeze in a oil change to help you get in and out quick. Also works on transmissions and replaces them if needed!

Car needed a part as broke down I'm Dickinson on a Sunday! Excellent diagnostics! Had to wait for part so they provided a ride to hotel and pickup the next day! Friendly and professional! Price was fair!

Thankful for this place that is open on Sundays and located near the interstate. The mechanics diagnosed our issue and had us back on the road at a fair price in just a few hours. Thank you!

I asked them on an opinion on what was happening to my truck and they didn t get up from there desk to go check it out they just told me I needed this part without even looking at it and later it wasn t that part that I needed it was something minor. For a high rated place I was surprised by the service I was given so poorly.
