They were great! I was having some issues with my family vehicle and pulled into Service Pro as they were the closest place. I thought it could be an issue with an oil or coolant leak and explained that I didnt think I need an oil change but asked if they would take a look. They were extremely helpful, checked it all out and discovered a loose hose underneath the engine cover that I couldn't have accessed myself. They fixed it and got me back on the road asap! I will definitely be back, they were courteous, extremely helpful and kind since I was slightly flustered and concerned about not making it back home.

Very fast. Very informative. Very professional. These guys were straight shooters from the start, letting me know what was wrong with my vehicle. Sure makes the pain of scheduling an oil change and the traditional wait time of one a breeze. We were done before one kid's afternoon lesson was barely started! Great work, Service Pro, and welcome to Dickinson!

Wow! What a nice facility!The employees are Friendly, Well Trained Professionals who take extreme pride in their work,Making sure that my vehicle has the correct manufacturer recommended oil and filters.They communicated with me throughout the whole process as they checked the Engine air filter,Cabin air filter and wiper blades, and topped off other fluids.No pushy salesman here!They showed me each filter and provided their expert opinion in regards to if it needed to be changed or not, but ultimately leaving the decision up to me.Extremely thorough inspection, finding that I had a taillight out and that I needed a tire rotation.All this in about 10 - 15 minutes with no appointment needed!I drove up and they got me in immediately!I can not recommend them enough.I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here again.

We recently had our oil changed here and after having the oil change done we were traveling to bismarck and on the way back noticed an oil smell while fueling. After looking under the vehicle and seeing it had oil spray and a wet skid plate I called service pro to let them know the issue. I was told it was likely old oil that was not cleaned up properly. I was worried it was the oil plug or filter not having been installed correctly after they changed the oil. We traveled the rest of the way back to Dickinson to service pro and pulled in to find out the oil plug was "kinda" finger tight according to the tech. I kinda would suggest going elsewhere.

This was the best experience of getting my vehicle service ever. I typically hate getting the oil changed and such because I never feel confident, but wow this just settled every fear I ve ever had! Just drive right through and they handle everything for you!

I cannot recommend these guys enough!!! Literally just drove in and they had my oil changed, blaesin changed, fluids checked, air filter changed n tires at the correct pressure in a heartbeat. Added bonas was that the crew and Bossman were so friendly and helpful. All in all in a world where time is of the essence I've found my new spot for car maintenance:)

Not impressed, over priced for a basic oil change. Told them no air filter then they tried to put a new one in. Won't go back, will spend my 100 dollars somewhere else.

Very disappointed. I use high end filters and oil on my diesel pickups. They won't use my filter and oil so can't use them to change my oil. Very disappointed
