On Saturday, I needed help with removing my license plate bracket which had been torn almost all the way off the front of my pickup by a large tumbleweed on the 85, but was still screwed in & hanging oddly from one corner. I was also interested in buying a new one.When I arrived at O Reilly, William was who I spoke to. He was SO HELPFUL! He took a look at my problem, grabbed the necessary tools right away, and removed it!With this specific bracket, the design and the way it fit seems to be unique to Ram, and O Reilly does not carry that type so we were unable to put a new one on. William was very kind and helpful with guidance on the direction I should go to locate one, however.Going in to any store, one is never sure the type of customer service that will be received. So, I was very joyous that William was so great and so sweet when I needed help!I ll be back for any other vehicle needs!! Thank you!

Multicolored hair employee decided to argue with me about using my out of state commercial account . Seems every time I'm in there I have to bite my tongue.some employees need more training.

I've yet to encounter an O'Reilly parts Store that has left a bad impression on me . There customer service is exceptional always. Every store is well stocked & supplied ,as I always have direct access to most parts I need & rarely have to wait on a truck or delivery to happen. There pricing is always consistent & whenever possible they will meet & sometimes beat There competitions prices .

Jimmy needs a raise!!!! We were stranded for over 2 hrs because of my slight carelessness and he came to help us and had us going within 25 minutes. People like that are the backbone of your company and you need to take care of them since they make your business that much better

Didn't even make it to the front door , got a big cloud of vape blown into my face by a woman employee, I really don't feel it's very professional at all tobe vaping, smoking or anything like it anywhere that jeopardizes others health.

Jimmy is the best employee O'Reillys has ever hired. Went way out of his way to help me get my trailer wiring issue diagnosed, corrected, and back on the road after a 20 hour drive one way. Jimmy spent over an hour on his back with us helping us test multiple possibilities until finally getting it all corrected and had us back on our way! I highly recommend Jimmy for all future auto work, small or large. My family and I are greatly appreciative of his help. IF YOU OWN THIS BRANCH, PROMOTE THIS GUY! #JIMMY

Good store. A good amount of products. Just wish the workers would care about what they do. Multiple times I've been to this store. At least 20 times within the past 3 years. The workers are polite but they seem to not care when looking for parts. Have gone on website and seen items in stock then they tell me they don't know where it is. I usually look up items before I go there in order to avoid more difficulties. Some products they say we don't have but the website says they do. Not sure if it's lack of care or if their inventory is wrong.

Seems to always be packed and a little difficult to get in and out. But it is a corporate auto parts store, staff is friendly and helpful. Hours are the best in do Dickinson as far as auto parts goSo not a bad store, but could be better!

Great fast service! I had battery issues and they came right out and tested my vehicle and helped install a new battery. No waiting, was in and out in probably 10-15 minutes. The gentleman who helped me was polite and efficient! Will definitely be returning for auto part needs.

These guys have really great customer service and are knowledgeable.I wasn t really expecting much given my past experience with other o Reilly stores.I ll definitely be back for more parts for my cars!

I was traveling from the Midwest 2 Tahoe and stopped at O'Reilly in Dickinson. I travel alot and when I have a good experience during a break I appreciate it very much.I have to say every single person I interacted with in the store was friendly and helpful, exceptionally so. great job and keep it up guys and gals, and thanks for loaning me the funnel.

I needed brake pads while visiting the area and went to O'Reilly store to get them. I ended up coming back because I was given the wrong ones. The girl employee was new and didn't know of the so many types and options which that's is ok.on the other hand , the manager was professional and refunded the wrong ones with no problems.

Baught a battery charger late at night lady was rude af and didn't want to do her job. I asked for a car battery charger that didn't need to be plugged in when I use it she gave me the wrong one. Now I have to return it and hopefully not deal with the same person.

Stopped in because I had check engine light came on they checked code reader it was gas cap reset computer replaced gas cap no more codes

We needed a lightbulb for our left front, we were there when they opened, and the worker came out in 5 degree weather to change it for us. He went above and beyond for us. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

Excellent service. They have everything you need for your vehicle!! Alot of good cleaning products & car accessories. One time they offered to check my battery to see if it was bad and they also put on my new wiperblades for free a couple of times! :) High quality staff!

Just went in to buy a battery I was about to pay and the cashier walked into the back and never came back out. There was another cashier helping another guy and just walk away too. I don't know if they were racist or what. Needs better management.

Driving from Yellowstone back to WI we got a nail in our tire. All tire shops were closed. We pulled up to O'Reilly and a younger man knew exactly what we needed to fix the hole and took it upon himself to help. I wish we knew his name, but thank you so much!!! We made it home.

Great folks, I came in late needing some exhaust pipes, and ended up returning a few times that night for additional parts. The guys there gave me a hand with what I needed. Great place.

Employee pick out and sold me the wrong fuses for my vehicle. My car was parked in front of the store. Fuses were not right. They would not let me return the fuses $5.25. I had the receipt. Manager said they could not Accept them due to the way they were open. SERIOUSLY!

No complaints here always got good service at O'Reilly's I've never had to bring back parts yet but I've heard their returns are good and their cashiers are very friendly and help you out when you're not busy helping other customers

Traveling out west, I knew before I left the battery in my tow vehicle was getting old. I didn't change it, so it made me change it on our trip. I pretty much use O'Reillys exclusively at home. One call and 20 min later I had a battery delivered to my campsite in Dickinson N Dakota. Thanks Brian. I really appreciate the support!

We were RVing from Theodore Roosevelt North National Park and lost a fan belt on a 454 Chevy.We were in Fairfield ND but didn t really no where we were until later. So we started calling around for a replacement belt and/or a repair shop. Finding no shops open any where close, as we needed a tow.$$$$. Parts stores were next with hope of paying someone to deliver the belt. With luck this was the first call and the manager Brian Dean said I ll bring it out to you.Later we learned that was a 40 mile one way trip for him. Amazing !! Absolutely Amazing.Thank you Brian Dean. Thank you, Thank you.

I generally have good experiences at o'Reilly's. They are my go to, whether it's gathering supplies for upcoming maintenance on the many vehicles I'm responsible for, or I'm traveling dealing with an automotive problem, they are where I go.
