You guys have gone out of their way to help me more times than I can count! If I can't get into the Bismarck location I can get into this Dickinson location. And when one doesn't have part in the other usually does or vice versa!

Worst management I have experienced in 7 years in North Dakota. Local manager is hateful and in my experience the general service manager is totally incompetent. Check it out for yourself. There was a loss of 70 employees in five years.

Unprofessional workers,unfair priceI bring my truck 11/12/2015 with exhaust sensor problem,and cruise control problem.11/16/2015 mechanic call me and said that i have radiator leak,and he can not make test drive so we need to change radiator.After all repair my total was $2654 and my cruise never work(labor$135),and radiator was leak all way to Chicago il.when i make emergency stop at closest repair shop mechanic told me that radiator has crack and reason of that was unprofessional installation. And guess how much cost unhook trailer from truck on nelson international? $67.50 it's just unbelievable

The guys there a friendly enough, but I will never under any circumstances use them as a repair shop. Sorry guys, being nice doesn't cut it. I'd rather deal with a jerk that could actually fix my truck.

Well they hooked on to me in front of westlies shop cause westlies said it wasnt there problems, drug me in there shop 5 min to closing, how many shops will do that let alone answer there phone, but for answering questions and how much itl cost very thorough, friendly people, ya parts can be kinda expensive but thank the bakken
