Seems they're offended by customers coming in...As I looked for the tools I needed (and the website said was in stock) the employees were having a personal conversation dropping the f bomb- I just ignored it figuring they must not have heard me come in. When I walked up to the counter they continued - I asked if they offered a AAA discount and was told "maybe a small one"- asked for torque wrenches and the guy told me he didn't think they did- I said well there was a few online - saying "you shouldn't trust our inventory" he walks across the store without saying anything to me- and then yells through the shelf what size- I catch up with him and he asks if I want to spend $200 or $300.I asked so the ones online aren't available - he bites my head off and says which ones online you haven't given me any information. I would have liked to tell him there are four torque wrenches listed in stock online under $100- instead I told him he was being a D and he said to get out of his face so I left...I could break down in their parking lot and I'd still walk to another part store on the other side of town if I needed to.

Always visited Auto value because it was closer. But this store has an awesome selection and the staff is very helpful. I needed a 9/16 Gearwrench replaced and they took care of it for me. Totally awesome service and friendly staff. I will be a returning customer.

Went in for a gas cap replacement. I mentioned that the taillight was coming off. The wonderful staff member helped screw it back on so it wouldn't fall off. Shout out to that lovely lady!! Thank you so much <3

BIG PLUS they carry AMSOIL. Lack of parts and high prices, they do have pretty good customer service skills and will order parts in but have mis-ordered my parts leading up to long delays in parts arriving. The AMSOIL saves the day here and I ll give them a 3/5.

We needed some glue to plug our windshield sealant strip back in: the proprietor helped us look, recognized that the glue would be quite expensive (for the small amount we needed), and pointed is to another place to get it done for cheap! A helpful experience.

Napa has Napa parts for better or worse not much they can do about than Love the staff in this place, always very friendly. Even though I'm not in often, because all I do is repair my own stuff, they always remember me.

Order online if you need a part and they don't have it in stock they will expedite next day or second day ship to the store and you can pick it up and avoid shipping costs. Which is huge savings on oversized parts.

Must've had a different driver in semi because they didn't bother to turn their headlines off while they were backing in to make delivery and turned them back on when they pulled out afterwards therefore shining headlights into apartment windows!!!!

Friendly and helpful always goes out of the way to help. Only fall back is they don t do military discounts.
