Just-In Glass did a GREAT job in replacing a small window on my horse trailer that had been broken. They measured the area, custom ordered the glass, called me when it arrived, and replaced it good-as-new! The side they replaced even matched the adjacent side with the same shade of darkness. I was very impressed!Very happy with the work here and I look forward to bringing in my pickups soon for replacement windshields!!

I can only give four stars for the following reason. I had a large rock damage my windshield which ejected some glass into the inside of the vehicle. I vacuumed up all of the glass and very thoroughly cleaned the inside of the vehicle prior to taking in to have the windshield replaced. When I picked the vehicle up, there were very noticeable glass shards on dash and floor. I worked a summer in a glass shop when I was a kid and the final step, regardless of the existing cleanliness of the customers vehicle upon service, was to thoroughly clean the interior to insure there were no glass shards left inside of the vehicle. This may have just been a minor oversight but if you patronize this shop, simply remind them to clean up any glass after work is done. Other than that, they are nice, helpful and pleasant to deal with and prices are competitive from quotes I have received from them.

I rarely post reviews on google. However, I had to put in a 5 star review for the Just-In Glass team going above and beyond to get me in today and doing a great job to repair the front windshield on my Chevy Tahoe. This was greatly appreciated as we are driving back to South Florida and did not want to take a chance of the windshield damage getting worse.

Excellent customer service. The driver s side window on my truck had a crack. We were traveling through the area and they were able to get me in the next day so we could get back on the road. They did a good job.

I needed to replace a driver's side rear door window a couple of weeks ago. Freak accident. I called them to setup an appointment. Not only did they have the right glass avaliable, they were able to get the truck in the same day AND install it. In addition, they went out of their way to vacuum the interior to clean up all of the shattered glass. The front window of our camper shattered while we were traveling from Chicago to California. Just-in Glass replaced the glass andgot us back on the road quickly. Great price. Wonderful people. Highly recommend.

My fianc� had a rock chip his front windshield and they fixed it very fast. They are a preferred shop with Progressive so we didn't have to pay anything! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Great experience!

I had the guys at Just-In Glass do some follow-up inspection of a windshield they installed on my car, and the tech, John Tkach, was very diligent in checking it out, not to mention they did the work free of charge. This is a great place, the staff is amazing. Completely professional while maintaining a real at home feeling, they even tried to feed me some great smelling Mongolian stir fry.The most impressive part was they knew that I was going to be waiting there while my windshield was put in so they got my car right in and an hour later I was on my way.I'll never go anywhere else, I would recommend that you do the same.

had both windshield and rear window replaced. These guys were great. Fast work and very friendly to deal with. Had rear window replaced 1 day then decided to replace front. They got me in 2 days later and for alot cheaper than any other places I've dealt with. Will definately use them for all window needs

This place is amazing! We're new to town & needed a lot done to our truck. We had appointments made already for other work to be completed on it & we went by to see if they were able to get ours in before the other appointments. They went right to it & had it finished within an hour and a half! Kudos to the entire staff & we will go there for all of our glass needs!

I just paid off my boat and decided to get some things fixed from a few years of use. I started here with 2 windows they said they could replace. I asked how long it would take they said 2 to 3 weeks after they removed the windows they would have the new ones back. It took nearly 2 months. When I called and asked if my windows came in the guy said they had been there for a while and he didn't know why I hadn't been called so I set up an appointment for several days later to have the new ones installed. When I got there they had me park in back and let me sit there for half an hour before they said I had to leave the oat there because they didn't know they were going to be busy and apparently wanted to take care of the customers that didn't have appointments first. So I left the boat there until they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I told them when I originally talked to them that I didn't want all my windows to be mismatched so the hardware had to be the same or they had to replace all 4 windows so it would be symmetrical. The obviously don't take any pride in their work because they replaced the 2 broken windows and didn't put any nobs on them so now I have 4 mismatched windows that took twice as long as I was promised. Absolutely pathetic, they may be good at car windows but they are totally incompetent when it comes to any custom work or any measure of customer service. If they couldn't handle the job they should have told me that from the beginning and I would have gone someplace else.

Good people cut glass for shelving for my furniture find from facebook. They offered great feedback on the different type of glass out there and which would be ideal for my needs. Ill be using them again here soon to cut glass for my new table find.
