Fantastic people and fantastic service! I was on a hunting trip travelling from Minnesota to Montana and my shift linkage fell off of my transmission. I was dead in the water at 4:30 PM on a Thursday. These fine folks were the ONLY people in town that gave me the time of day and they got me in an out in under an hour! 10/10 recommend them for any and all vehicle service needs!

I was test driving a car and wanted to have a mechanic look it over. I only had it for the weekend. They got me in and looked it over for me before I needed to take the car back, and really help me to make an informed decision. Will definitely go back.

They were very quick, efficient, and the staff was very kind. I wasn t entirely sure what I needed done to be ready for the winter and they took great care of me and my car. Highly recommend for all your needs.

Wonderful people! Told them our vehicle needed to get fixed and it wasn t a huge rush to get it done and it only took the same day to get a quote and fixed ready to be picked up next day!!! Great customer service!!

Haven t been to any other auto shops in town , but no need to either Damn good work. Quick once you get your vehicle in with them . Joe and his crew has been incredibly helpful since I made the move here from TN less than a year ago. He s honest and trustworthy and so helpful. I had a dealership tell me my turbo and possibly rear main were leaking oil and immediately called Joe to see what he could help with. I had a lot of baked on oil from a previous issue with an oil gasket leak and instead of just jumping in and telling me the dealership was right and pricing me for the whole thing, he instead cleaned the whole front out and inspected for leaks after a test drive. Thankfully he was able to deliver the good news that there appeared to be no leaks yet! It was just left over from the work I had done in TN that the dealership there lacked to clean. I ll recommend Joe and his crew to anyone needing work here in town.

Amazing shop to work with. Joe and his mechanics are great and knowledgeable. They got snuck me into their busy schedule when no when else in town could get me in until the end of the month! Very pleased with Joes auto as a whole. I service both my vehicles with them over the passed 3 years. I recommend them to family and friends. Just recently had my lifted tundra in, routine service, no squeaks or creeks, everything felt well greased. They didn't upsell anything, but did give estimates on anything potentially wrong. The only downside is they stay busy, schedule ahead it's worth the peace of mind.

AMAZING FAMILY!!! We were stranded on a Sunday and Joe along with his wife and son helped get us back on the road. They were all so amazing and Joe answered all of my questions about the van. I've never had such a good time at a mechanic!!

Finding a good mechanic that is transparent, has great customer service, and is reasonably priced is difficult to find. I have given multiple shops in Dickinson a chance and have never went back to any of them a second time. My A/C went out during the hottest part of this summer and I dealt with it because I didn t know who to take it to. I got referrals, but they were followed up with but they are expensive and hard to get into . I was at the point of paying extra dollars to just get the problem fixed, and then I heard the radio ad for Joe s. I figured ehh, what the hell and I am so glad I did. I got in within a week of calling and not only did they inform me that my car s parts have been discontinued since 2008 (which I had never been told by any other shop), they did some leg work and found a great deal on some parts at a sale age yard versus ordering them on ebay where I would have to pay $100+ more for the same parts. Joe also referred me to another shop in town because I mentioned how my check engine light was on because of a cat converter that was going to cost me $3500. His referral saved me $3000. Traveling cross country , We had a leaking molded radiator hose- Joes took us right in to the head of the line on a very busy Monday and order and installed the replacement and got us in the road in short order. Was very happy with their service and replaced my water pump the same day I came in for diagnosis. I was traveling and facing 1100 miles and they took care of my problem and I was on my way in a few hours. I would highly recommend them for top notch service and reasonable prices. There was an issue with the heat controls in my vehicle. Joe said bring it in right away the following morning. They got it in right away got the part put in. When I got in it was still not working properly, so they pulled it back into the shop and figured out it needed to be manually synced up with the doors that direct the heat to where it needs to go based on your selection. Two hours later it was finished and Joe did not charge me for the extra labor. I will take my vehicle to him again if I need the services he provides. Thanks Joe I appreciate your work!

I bought an older bargain Buick with known issues. I took it to Joe's and they helped fix or identify everything that was wrong, and now I got a great running car. When I do my own mechanic work, they're very helpful even if I decline service. I was traveling cross country and had a radiator leak. Tried calling a number of places in town, with no availability to look at my vehicle for days. Joe was able to fit me into his schedule and had me back on the road the next day. He even was able to assist me with a flat tire on my trailer as well. Very friendly, professional and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone needing a repair. Wish he had a business where I lived. Thank you Joe and team!!!

Only place I go in Dickinson for car repairs anymore, they knew what I need when I asked if they can change the battery in a newer MINI (BMW BMS, modules that fry if done wrong) instead of asking me what makes them different (3 other shops). Excellent quick service, and extremely polite and professional. Couldn't recommend more if you need quality service.Services: Auto battery replacement, Battery
