Very good service! Bought a snow plow set up. Derek took care of everything and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. Shipped everything out super fast and made sure I had everything I needed.

I bought a new ram 3500 cab and chassis in rapid city south dakota and could not find anyone near there that had a bed or install that day which I needed install done asap due to circumstances of supposed to be on vacation not buying new trucks.was told call up to dickinson they will get you set up called another place and was quoted a price I thought was a bit high and they didn't have an idea as to when they could install. so I called Diamond truck got direct answers to my questions and can get it done Monday in 1 day. great group of guys they have working theirService: Body & Trim

Could not find a decent snow plow locally here in northern NM, so I turned to Google. I'm so happy that I found Diamond Truck Equipment. Derek was super helpful and gave me great advice on which plow to purchase for my truck as I was a first time buyer. The plow was shipped the same day as I mailed my check, and I had it soon after. Everything that I needed to install it was included. I ended up recommending Derek to my local HOA, and they ordered a new salt /sand spreader thru Derek. Best customer service ever and way better prices than we could find locally. I'm a new customer for life.

This place is definitely the Diamond in Dickinson.I recently purchased a snow plow which I took home and installed myself. After completing my installation the unit was not operating properly. I called down to Diamond and talked to Derek and he told me to drive it over there.I thought for sure they were gonna say I did something wrong or have some type of excuse.When I arrived even though they were doing inventory and closed at the moment he and another employee took the time to look it over. After not being able to figure it out Derek decided to replace the unit with another one no questions asked.That s what I call customer service!!

Order a Vmd75 V Plow for my half ton Chevy. I worked with Derrick Hoyt on purchasing this package. He had my purchase written up and on a semi to be delivered within an hour of my purchase. I live 372 miles away and the product was purchased on a Monday afternoon and delivered that Friday. Derrick was great to work with! He gave me his cell number incase I had any questions and concerns and to also send me my tracking information as the order was made late in the business day.
