These guys are very friendly & accomodating. They drove a suv up to the door so I could test drive it. Dusty made everything easy and was super nice. Before I left they washed the vehicle and cleaned it up. this place treats you like royalty...free car washes and a great place to sit down & relax! 10 out of 10!

I took my Sienna into Dan Porter to get checked out after the check engine light came on. This was the first time I'd had any experience with this dealership.When I called for the appointment, the technician I spoke with was knowledgeable and helped answer any questions he could about my situation. The wait time for getting in was 6 days, which I felt was a reasonable time frame so soon after a holiday.Upon arriving for the appointment, the staff was friendly and helpful. The waiting area was comfortable and spacious. The wait time was a bit lengthy (over an hour) as there were plenty of other customers that day, but I was prepared to stay for up to 2 hours anyway. Before the 2 hours were up, my van was fixed and I was walking out the door.The price seemed reasonable for work done at a dealership.Will definitely come back here.

Found the cutest little mini Cooper coupe on their lot on Sunday. Walked in Monday and had the best buying experience in my life with Arik. Couldn't be more pleased to recommend their sales and finance guy. Tickled pink

Staff was very friendly and great customer service. We left their lot with the vehicle that we were looking for and at a fair price. Super disappointed in them. We have been going to them for awhile and thought we had built a good repertoire. Turns out they haven t been checking our back breaks when we were getting serviced and our rotors were ruined. There have been a few other issues as well as overcharging and just not being honest about pricing.

What can't I say about Dan Porter Motors and their incredible staff?I have always enjoyed stopping in just to say hi, how many people can honestly say that about their car dealership?David Greenwood should win an award for being the best carsalesman in town. He is always honest, kind, helpful and understanding. I've bought 2 vehicles from him and never once did he pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable. He has always understood my budget needs and been honest with what he could and couldn't do.I came from a poor family and I never thought growing up I would ever buy a car from a dealership. I had always thought that it was beyond my reach. Even as I grew older into a young professional, I always anticipated that owning a vehicle that wasn't pulled out of a junkyard was for wealthy people. Let me tell you that in all honesty I was not planning on ever buying from Dan Porter Motors in my wildest dreams... and here I am, years later on my 2nd vehicle and more than satisfied, I am overjoyed.Be honest with them, they're honest with you.If you're nervous, if you've been burned before, if you don't know much about cars or if you honestly never believed it could be YOU driving off the lot- this is the place. Hands down.You have to say Hi to robby, he'll be up front at the desk working on 10,000 things but he'll stop just to say hello.While you're up there you'll probably see Michael. He's kind of a big deal but he doesn't know it.In the back, if you're lucky, Dan might be hanging around with his pooch. Worst experience ever this only pertains to Dan Porter Motors repair shop. I have heard others say they had issues here also but I am a small business owner and I wanted to give them a chance. Big mistake! Greeted by a very rude girl named Shawna. Her crew ended up replacing something not once but twice that did not even solve the problem. Shawna always had an excuse with everything denying that the mistakes we're from them. Finally after 3 days they got it figured out with a price tag way above what they had originally quoted me. This place will not work with you even if it is their fault, no one will take accountability. They just want your money and push you out the door. Check around town for your repairs friends.

I have purchased two vehicles from Dan Porter over the years and used the shop for transmission repairs to our grand caravan as well. Both me and my wife have had great service and have nothing but great things to say.Our salesman was David and always checked in after the sales to see how the vehicles were operating, if you are looking to buy a new or used car I would highly recommend them!

From the Owner Mr. Porter on down this dealership is ALL class. They have a great selection of high-quality vehicles and are very straightforward with pricing for both their vehicle and yours. That pricing is very good on both accounts too. You will be well-treated with respect and courtesy & the people at this dealership I met all were very pleasant. I've been in all the mainstream Dickinson dealers & they are a cut above. My children and I needed a ride & unbelievably it was the Owner himself who offered to drive us. That DOESN'T happen most places. He is such a nice man! My family & I highly recommend Porter Toyota/Honda. Excellent!!

10/10 would recommend. Worked with David in sales. They got me a thought trade in value over the phone for my truck. Went in and they offered me more then they said originally. Picked my new truck up and the sun roof and back door didn t open but the next day they came and got it from my job site and took care of it. Will be returning when the time comes!

I recently purchased a vehicle from here, and I have to say my experience was great! I had to come after work during the week to test drive the vehicle from out of town, and they were willing to stay a little late to make my deal happen. RT was my salesman & I would highly recommended him. He was very genuine, and easy to work with. The car I chose had some cosmetic issues, and he was willing to negotiate on the price so that I had enough room in my budget to make the necessary repairs. They even delivered my new car right to my driveway so that I didn't have to make a long trip again the next day with my busy toddler.

What a great dealership! My salesman David was awesome! No pressure at all. They found me a vehicle in my price range and it was what I was looking for. Financing was super easy (even for my special situation). Free car washes for life as well! If you are looking for a Honda or Toyota this is the place to go! No pressure, no haggling and laid back atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the area! Thank you for the painless car buying experience!

Bought the car there. Got a great deal that they honored. Felt they could of helped out the trade in value because it was in great condition but only got rough trade nada value. Got free oil change with purchase since I was there with the old car getting an oil change. I put snow tires on new car well I thought it would snow but got that wrong. I noticed the tires they took off have a different wear pattern so I request an alignment with my free oil change. They only checked the alignment. They did not have time to fix it. Now I have to drive an hour back next Monday for the same reason I was there today. When a customer says they need an alignment maybe you should plan on fixing it right away. Thanks for costing me more time and money.

Bought a car from one of the sales people here and I should have checked everything thoroughly before I bought it but every fluid in the car leaks. Paid 5k for the car. Drove it about a month and everything started leaking. Will never buy a car from here again.

Dan Porter Motors worked with me to get into a reliable and trustworthy vehicle - they went above and beyond what I expected to develop a great professional relationship for years to come. David Greenwood was very helpful and diligent in finding a great vehicle for me with the specs and price range I had in mind, all while getting the best possible deal on my trade-in and making the whole transaction pretty smooth and painless. I live in a different city and wasn t able to get to Dickinson, so they even delivered the new vehicle to my front door so I didn't have to make the drive to pick it up! I ve had some really bad and unprofessional customer service from other dealers in town, but I would not hesitate to refer anyone to DPM - with this level of customer service and professionalism, they will have my and my company's exclusive business going forward. Some heroes are disguised as car salesmen

Make sure you get a quote on service before your vehicle is taken. We normally pay $75 for an oil change. This time around, we got the oil change and asked for a diagnostic on a dash light and after a 2 hour wait, they come back with a $200 bill. It's sad because they've always done really good work on our vehicles.

BEST DEALERSHIP IN TOWN. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them, the most recent was my 2017 RAM pickup. Quick and friendly Service. Will for sure be back for another vehicle in the future.

Dan Porters never fails my family! We have bought 5 vehicles from them and have been happy with them all. Our growing family had a lot to do with this last purchase! David Greenwood got us exactly what we wanted at a price to fit our budget. Everything went fast and smooth, considering the 3 kiddos that tagged along. He even pulled us into the shop to transfer our carseats. They are our number 1 choice because they truly care and will do their best to get you exactly what you want!

Devin Carlson was an incredible salesman. That man deserves a huge bonus honestly. Forget about the money for a second, it was thorough as anything, he made a customer super happy, and got me the lowest price for my vehicle. Would easily buy another vehicle from these guys. Or multiple ;) Good work TEAM!

Just bought a car yesterday and the experience was great. Mike in sales helped me out. He knew his facts about the cars we were interested in and wasn't pushy! We picked up the car and it was clean with a full tank of gas!! We will be back.

Sales guy will talk about everything else besides the sale. Will not be able to negotiate on the vehicle your looking and want to give you a lot less then your vehicle is worth by thousands. Never go back again.

Bought a used truck from them. Gave me the truck with an almost empty tank. Asked about it and they gave me $10 worth of gas. When your spending 30k I'd expect it to be full. The truck also had not been detailed. It seemed like they wanted to get me in and out. I did get a good deal though so in the end it wasn't to bad don't think I'd use them again.
