Really great shop, very quick, skilled and professional staff. I had a timing belt done on a Honda Pilot and it was done for hundreds less than the dealer wanted and in a timely manner. They are very friendly people and they seem like they are about treating people right. I will definitely visit them again in the future.

One of the best auto shops out there! It is a family owned business, and the owners are extremely responsible, capable and friendly. They will get out of their way to take care of customers without even being asked. It does not matter wether you are just a tourist or a local resident, you can trust them with your vehicles and belongings. This auto shop beats corporate dealership in almost every single aspects hands down. They saved my family days being stuck in the middle of nowhere. I give a SUPER FIVE GOLDEN STAR and highly recommend to everyone who wants awesome auto shop service and experience!

We broke down while travelling, our alternator went out on Friday at 4:30 pm at Theodore Roosevelt National Park in Medora. The tow truck driver recommended we call Big Daddy's Auto and he was the only place able/willing to work on our van over the weekend, and actually had it finished that Friday evening! Highly recommend!

AWESOME! Went above and beyond to help me out! You won't find a better repair business while traveling and experiencing major car trouble! Power steering went out in Medora, ND, car towed to this business after hours, and Jarrod had my car finished and I was on my way home (was over 400 miles away from home!) by noon the next day (worked my car into his very long and full schedule!) If his business was in my community, wouldn't go anywhere else based on the service I received. Western ND and Dickinson is very lucky to have this business. BTW, the nearest dealership for my car was in Fargo, ND (over 300 miles). If I could rate this business 10 stars, I would!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I live in Bismarck and drive a 2016 Ram 1500. When it came time to replace my front strut assemblies Big Daddy's Auto was the only place that I decided to trust to do the work right and on time. I got quotes from multiple places around Bismarck and Big Daddy's beat them all. In addition; Jarod proved to be the most thorough, knowledgeable, and proficient mechanic that I have encountered thus far in the state of North Dakota. I made the trip from Bismarck based on word of mouth and price, and after the work he did, came away with better service and performance than even I had anticipated. Hands down best service ive had from ANY and all previous experience. Frequent updates, up front costs and no b-s. Really needed a hand and he towed my car, picked up my key from my house. After the work was all done he offered a ride to pick my car up.
