We are so grateful for the excellent level of service and technical advice that we received from the entire service team at Allstate Peterbilt of Dickinson. A less ethical service center would have overcharged us to do a 10 minute diagnostic check and possibly charged us for an hour of labor but the team at this location not only waived the fee but also gave us great technical advice. You have a customer for life and we will refer everyone to your company for many years to come.

Had a electrical issue replaced the cecu3 (2300$) in the cab didn't fix the problem had to go to a different dealership to have it reprogrammed and still have the same issue come to find out it is in the headlight housing avoid them if possibleThey did not recommend anything else and said it was fixed, and it wasn't programed correctly

They had a full shop but they were willing to repair a pinion seal outside. That s what I call service! Thank You Allstate Peterbilt of Dickinson!

I had to have some work done and they were very friendly and professional. The ladies, Deserai and Amber kept my 8 year old son occupied and were amazing. Mark at the service counter was very polite and professional. One of the mechanics gave my son ice cream. It was a great experience. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Oh, and they let us take their company pickup to go eat. Absolutely impressed!!!!!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Very professional,fast. It was an electrical issue with the Air conditioner. They worked hard to troubleshoot the issue. They kept me informed the whole way through. It will be nice to have a cool truck again as it it very hot out here. Wylee the technician worked very hard and was determined to figure this out. Mark the service manager was awesome! I love this place! I will return if I need any other work in the future!!Service: Electrical

Had to replace ALL the gaskets and seals from an engine installed and rebuilt before 6 months was even up!!! DON'T get any major engine work done here. NO Warranties with a new engine either!!!

Went in to get parts and Amber helped us out and they may not have had the parts but she is one hell of a parts employee! The service she provided was above and beyond! Very hard working, easy to talk to, knowledgeable human beings.

Called to see how long the wait would be to be seen, and Mark told me he could get me right in.Limped my truck in and was immediately in a bay and diagnosed right away. Was given an estimate that was fair, and when I was sure I could afford the repairs, Cody started right in on it.Truck was out of shop just after closing time (Cody stayed on to finish the regen to make sure issues were fixed). There was an issue I was already aware of, and it was pointed out to me, but I elected to run it as it was. The repairs fixed my immediate problems.If I'm ever broken in this area again, I feel confident that this shop will take care of me quickly and fairly. There are not many shops I trust with my equipment! Cody and Mark, and everyone else I interacted with, were great!

Aside from having to wait for the parts to come in, they were really quick and getting the job done at getting me back on the road. They even picked me up at my hotel and brought me back to the shop. And for a change I didn't have to stop another shop afterward to get things done right. Also very accommodating and friendly. Great customer service.

Will do anything they can to help you get up and going. There's a lot of things that are out of the control of dealership as far as parts availability but they are going to do what they can help

I had my brake adjusted. Nothing else was done. $160.00 just to adjusted. Beakes he said at full price it would have been $500. 1 hour per axle at $ 165.00 per hour. 3 hours to adj. Brakes. Nothing but crooks , I'll never use peterbilt a gain.you ain't nothing but thieves.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the particular issue my truck had was not something they could work on themselves, but they helped get me where I needed to go and did so with a wonderful cheery attitude. I know I definitely would use them in the future when in this area. Thanks everyone, keep up the good work, you all took some of the stress out of a breakdown!

I m highly recommending Mark and his mechanics. I called explained my truck issue, told Mark I would have the truck at his shop within the hour. I showed up about 10 minutes early and started to park the truck when I saw the mechanic opening the overhead door and waving me into the shop. 1 hour later I was back on the road! Wow!!! Allstate Peterbilt stands far above any of the other shops in the area. I think all Service shops could learn a lot from Allstate Peterbilt of Dickinson! Thank you to Mark and your crew!!

I had to get a moter replaced and had the truck towed here. That had us pull it in and found a hole in the block, that had it back up and running in about 4 weeks! It RUNS BETTER THAN IT EVEN HAD!!! If you are in the area and looking for something stop in and say hi and get to know Mark and everyone!It will be worth the time, and so you don't think that I don't know what I am talking about I have been out on the road trucking 50+ years and I don't give this rating often!

The guys that came in last night to fix our truck were amazing. We had a Nox Sensor go out on us and there were able to hook us up. Even though they were closed they did open up for after hour repair. We thought that being in the Bakken area we were going to get our face ripped off on pricing but we did not. They were funny fast and professional. Thank you guys thank you for getting us back on the road. Highly recommend Peterbuilt fo Dickenson!! You made a new customer for life here !!!

Great experience with a derate/transmission problem on my 2012 Kenworth here. Shop was very good at updating me on status of repairs and considerate of my needs as far as down time and how best to proceed without hurting my wallet too much.

Called them on my way out of Watford city, ND. after unloading at a Nat gas site. They were the only ones out of the 7 shops I called who were even willing to look at my truck right away when I told them I wasn't local here. Everyone else was telling me it wiuld be the end of the following week before they would even look at it. When I got there I spoke with Cody in the shop, told him what was going on and the basic trouble shooting I had already done while in route. As I was dropping my trailer I noticed my RGN was sitting lower than normal, upon further investigation I found that apparently when they lifted my trailer with the crane at the job site to get me in hung the arm on the leveling valve had flipped backwards deflating my airbags. I talked to Cody again and he agreed with me that that would cause the symptoms I was having. Told him i was going to test drive it and would either be back for in the morning or let him know the problem was resolved. Thankfully setting the leveling valve right resolve it. Thanks again Cody and your service mngr. for working with me and being willing to get me right in if it would have been needed.

These guys do good work... Only problem is they will rip you off when it's time to pay the bill....They got me for a mobile repair.... They were done in 4 hours, even though only one hour in the field, 3 back in the shop, yet they billed me for 4.5 hours including their lunch time..(I saw!)They billed all that at the mobile rate, $145/hour....What a jip!I contested it, but they call a mobile job port to port...as in Portal to portal....yeah so better charge me for your lunch time too!Ok then, you guys got me this time so Merry Christmas, but you'll never get my business again...Buyer beware!

I'm not sure they know how to use their voice mail.... Called six times during regular business hours and always got voice mail in the service department. Of course I never was called back, so I diverted an extra 100 miles to Bismarck to get a minor repair.

I stopped in to get a new shift knob and went to leave and my truck wouldn't start. They had a tech come out, figure out my problems and no charge. Great job Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Hats off to these guys. Blew out my front dif and they got me in right that afternoon and had me rolling the next morning. Will definitely use these guys again if I ever need work done again out this way. Thanks again you guys were a life saver!

Tell me on phone,thay have part I come in take them 2 hours to take airbag off on utility trailer and no part in shop until tomorrow if i pay shipping.stay away from this place.Charge me $262 for taking one airbag off.it takes one hours to replace airbag .

We had our oil changed as soon as we got there. No fussing no waiting but a little expencive
