My experience with pomp s was excellent! I ve been going to Lake Chevy and been very disappointed with the minor things they would not do such as resetting the computer so my change oil light stays on, pomp s succeeded my first simple task of doing that with without me asking. Service was good and I plan to be a repeating customer. Thank you again!

Tire sensor suddenly showed low pressure. July 3rd and I was expecting noone to be open for repair. We had over 3 hours to drive & I didn t want to risk a blowout on the highway. We pulled in & they had us back on the road in 30 minutes. I know it interrupted their lunch break. Thanks again

Had a tire blow out on my semi trailer, needed it replaced, when I went in to talk to the man at the desk he said it would be a 2 hour wait. But I asked him if he could do better as I needed to get to minot, to unload the rest of my load there. He said he'd see what he could do. Well they got me in and back on the road in an hour.Thats customer service and I do appreciate it. As it was it was a long day started at 6 am and got home at midnight. Thank you for the good work.

Awesome guys and great service. They ll have my business from this point forward! Special Ordered tires for my pickup on Monday afternoon and they showed up @ 4:30 pm Tuesday and it just so happened I was in Devils Lake and checked if they had time yet to install. Curt said to bring it in and by this time it was closing time, and by 5:30pm i was in my pickup on on my way home! I appreciate everything these guys did and a special thanks to the guys in the back that stayed and installed them! Great work ethic which you don t see much anymore! THANK YOU!

My service man, Ellis, was competent and did a great job to pump out the calcium solution in my tire, remove the old tube, clean out the old tire, install the new tube and re-fill and inflate the tire. He was careful to take precautions so that my old rims did not damage the new tube. He was very conscientious. I would be glad to let him perform tire work for me in the future.

The worst experience I ve ever had at a automotive shop only drove a few miles down the road and somebody forgot to install a brake caliper bolt, and every time I applied the brake, the caliper was rubbing up against the inside of the rim of my vehicle. Now that s destroyed and now my vehicle has a weird shake on the front passenger side. The work I got done at the shop was an alignment, lower ball joints, and wheel rotation. And the shop sid they are going to do some research and contact me and now it s been a few days and I haven t received a phone call email a text nothing

Received a code on my message center indicating that I needed service on my battery charging system. Pomp s was able to get me in the same day and diagnose the problem as a bad alternator. The work was done to an above satisfactory level. I was not notified when the work was completed. I donunderstand that there are many reasons for that and it will not keep me from going back.

Had something stuck in my tire, so I drove up yesterday, no appointment. They took my information promptly and I left them to it. I was called a few hours later, to say it was ready. The repair was less than $30 (very reasonable imo) and they answered my questions about what the problem was and how they fixed it. Tire is still holding air, so it seems good to go. Thanks!

It couldn't have been any better . Pure professionals. I didn't have any time to waste as my elog was allowing me time to get home. They had me on the road in 15 minutes. Five stars in my opinion!!!!!!!

I started going to these guys back in 2012 before they were Pomps. I have moved across the state and will no longer be able to have them service my vehicles. Hopefully, I find a place that provides the excellent service that I have received from Pomps.
