I had a very good experience with Dave Brustad. The day I went in to the dealership to look at a couple vehicles, Dave was thorough in explaining everything about the Traverse and the differences between it and other vehicles. The compromise on a price and trade in off our suburban was part of what also made us choose Lake Motor Company. The paperwork was handled very smoothly. All in all it was a great experience!

This dealership has become a regular and reliable stop for charging my EV when traveling through. Had a great conversation with Dave and some other employees today, very friendly. Give them a look if you're in the area and considering a vehicle purchase (or EV charge).

I want to say thank you the the service department (especially Dennis Mason and his mechanic). I was traveling from Wisconsin to go duck hunting and started having problems with Chevy 1500. They were able to get me in and look at it and worked on ordering the parts to replace lifters and had me back on the road in a couple of days. I am so appreciative of their service and the way that they were able to get me going again to head back home. Thank you does not seem like enough!!

Stop Friday June 3 ,2022 get my oil change. I was so impressed with the Quick lube service. The attends Were happy to help me. And explain all things about my Oil change service. Also explained what they tested and offer me to have it changed to improve my life of my 2018 Chevy Traverse. I have been a Customer for over 15 years. I also let Family and Friends know how Great the service is and I always look forward for my next visit. The Quick Lube center and Is definitely a great team workers. So Happy I have a place like Lake Chevy to bring my Vehicle to get serviced. Thanks Everyone. Susan J

The cost of service was reasonable, the work was done very well, and the short wait-time for appointment was also appreciated. The service workers were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend to all friends and family.

I went to the service center to have my engine light checked. They said it s the emission problem and they had the truck scheduled the following week to look into it. I brought it there the following week and they told me that there are parts that needs to be ordered and it ll take another week of so to arrive. Then I got it scheduled the following week. They took the truck from work which is nice.Then they have the truck fixed. However, a month later, I have my engine light go off and the phone app says it s emission problem again. And I m going to bring my truck there again after I get off from night shift.

Friendly staff, we we're updated regularly on our vehicle and how it was going, they cleaned my vehicle and my windows were super clean, very good job.

Scott Lyman and Dave Brustad both did a fantastic job answering our questions, sending pictures, ordering add-on items we needed. Dave delivered the vehicle to me 2 hours away with no questions asked! Lake Chevy/Lake GMC has treated us like family for the last 8 years and we will continue to purchase our vehicles through them in the future.

They steal parts from your vehicle and there mechanics don t know there jobs service is very poor never will purchase a vehicle there brought a vehicle in to get work done they did not put the timing chain on correctly and hurt the engine and now don t want to fix there mistake and try to con you into buy parts you don t even need

Every staff member we that we dealt with went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service; Shane and Amy in body shop, Zach and Dennis in service department, Carter in parts department, Mike with courtesy transportation.I hate dealing with car stuff but this experience has changed my mind.We had a lengthy repair situation that stretched over the last 2 months due to parts unavailable. Once the local people had what they needed, they did an exceptional job of making sure everything got back to just how my vehicle was running before the accident.I was very impressed with the prompt response and professionalism I saw at every interaction I had at the dealership and there were quite a few

I was attending the Devil's Run car show on June1-3, 2023. I had an issue with my vehicle and brought it to Lake Chevrolet. Jason, Dennis, and Dave all looked it over and advised me what they thought. They were correct and I had a worry free trip. They did not charge me for this advice and were extremely friendly and courteous. I just wanted to give a big thank you to them and the dealership. Thank you, Don. 47 Ford.

I can't say enough good things about this place and their sales person Nikki. We were kind of down on our luck looking to upgrade/replace our vehicle. Nikki not only gave us maximum trade value, she found us excellent financing. The professionalism and courtesy in dealing with Nikki and everyone at Lake Chevy is 2nd to none. Lack of communication is one big key the other is anytime I need a part from a dealership they never have it of I gotta order it when I go to Jamestown or Minot an it's always available

Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful. I brought my car in for window replacement, oil change and to have a tire checked out. They did all that and more, even cleaned my car, They had a driver named Clint pick me up and give me a ride He was very pleasant and friendly. No waiting. They let me know when my car was ready and someone else came and picked me and another passenger up and took us to our vehicles. she was also very friendly. My salesman met me when I got back and explained that I had to be careful to protect my window. All in all a very pleasant experience and look forward to returning in a couple months for service.

Jose was super friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle we came in for. He and the team worked really hard to get us the deal we were looking for causing us to walk out with a new purchase! Highly recommend stopping in and talking to Jose! Ask him about the cows.

Cheryl Lyon was very good to work with. She made sure all our questions were answered on the different models we looked at. Her knowledge was very impressive. Jeremy Devier was awesome also when it was time for the "deal" to be sealed. I will definitely be working with Lake again this summer when I look for a new pickup.

Best dealership ever.I'm from Saint Paul, MN. On the way to Devils Lake my truck broke down. It was my birthday weekend too. They did everything to fix my truck so me, wife and 4 kids can make it home. Given it was a Saturday also and they close early but they were all hands on deck to make sure my family we were safe. My family and I highly recommend everyone to go here for service.Thank you very much. Your team is the best.
