Just wanted to send a note to your Management. on Friday July 14th my son was his way to Minot and 10 miles outside of Devils lake he had a piece fall loose on the under carriage of his 2019 ford edge a protector/air flow piece. He has not had a lot of experience with car issues and I was in Pelican Rapids area. after talking to him I told him if he can, get to devils lake, go to Ford. they had helped me in past, but i was not sure, nor was he, if all would be ok to get there. he made it and Kim in Guest Services first to greet him and she then walked Blake(my son) to your service manager(not just pointed him the way) and then Brent took over and then Ty, your technician, took over. got vehicle in right away found the issue, explained all completely to Blake who then relayed info to me and after a proved to be simple fix, they got him on his way. and then informed it was No Chg!!! Blake did not get the names but I called and got the 3 names of those who helped. I can not express my gratitude enough and words may not be enough, but will say THANK YOU!!!! to all 3 and the whole Devils Lake Ford group. He arrived in Minot safely and got home to Fargo with no issues. I would again like to say THANK YOU!!! to KIm, Brent and TY. your efforts should be rewarded. Please pass this along to Ford also!!! I broke down around 60 miles outside of Devils Lake towing my camper back from a long trip. I called to see if they had the parts on hand to fix my truck and if they would be able to install the parts same day. When I arrived, the parts and service department were wanting for me, I was in and out in less than 20 mins and back on the road to retrieve my camper. Everything about this dealership was professional and they treated me like I was family. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from them!

My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Journey through Travis. He made things as easy and stress-free as possible. We will definitely be returning when we as re looking for another vehicle.

Nichole Bertsch from U-Save car rentals was so helpful and made our first trip to Devil's lake and driving in the U.S so easy , no hassles and gives you all the information you need on driving in the snow and the local area as well. Also the costs better than we expected.

I am a college student. The sales woman Jodi helped me find the best car for me since I travel a lot to see friends and family. Jodi also helped me get the best value for my trade in and for financing! I loved ever moment I was there!
