Had a battery put in recently in my wife's Jeep to include a full synthetic oil change. Tires I had put on somewhere else, but when I called to get a wheel alignment at DL CDJR, Mat was able to get me in right away for a wheel alignment. I really appreciated that. Everything went well during this wheel alignment except for some damage to our leather wrapped steering wheel. But Brad Ebach said he would take care of it and he ordered another steering wheel for my wife's Jeep right away which should be in March 4th, 2024 he stated. Thank you to Brad for that! We look forward to getting our new steering wheel put on and also to future visits to DL CDJR as we trust their service as well as their customer service to their customers. Thank you.

I had a great experience working with Jordan to order my 2022 TRX. Jordan assisted me with all the details of a remote purchase order of a new vehicle and arranged a smooth delivery for me. Jordan kept me in the loop with all the details during the build and delivery process. I would definitely purchase from Devils Lake and Jordan again. Already referred one of my friends!

Great experience all around. I've been on the fence about getting a new vehicle for a while and the whole time I was, Bradley D, kept me informed of options as well as deals that were being offered. He was a trooper putting up with my off standishness as well as my kids, mother, and best friend being there for moral support.

Travis was the sales associate that helped me amongst a few other AMAZING employees at this dealership. They went out of their way for me to get into a reliable vehicle for me and my children. They helped me so much as a single mother to get started again and the difference they all made in my life is beyond what words can express. 5/5 I recommend going here for ALL of your car needs and wants!

Outstanding work by this great team!I have been having intermittent issues with my Dodge Ram for approx 2.5 years. The main issue was that on occasion, and with increasing regularity, the vehicle would just shut down. Engine, electronics, everything. This would even happen while driving. Usually, the solution would be to just turn the key and restart it, and continue on. As time went on, the issue became more persistent. Rain increased the frequency of this issue and cold really caused the truck to be un-startable during winter months.I have been to a dozen dealerships and mechanics both in Virginia and North Dakota, all of which had no answer for me as every time the answer was "we cannot repeat the issue".My worst experience was the dealership in Williston, ND. They promised me that even thought they charge $100 to just look at the issue(s), they had mechanics with multiple years and even decades of experience on these vehicles and were confident they could have an answer for me. So, I make the 4 hour drive (this was during the summer and dry, so no issues of course with electronics), but now the truck is presenting an overheating issue while en route. Got it to the dealership on a Friday and they took their time with the "inspection". At the end, all my $100 got me was a diagnosis of a bad water pump and head gaskets, with possible replacement needed of lifters, push tubes, and camshaft. As for the electronics issue? The answer was "cannot repeat the issue so unknown how to fix". I asked them to just replace the water pump, but because it was getting close to end of day, they would not do that. So, made the long 4 hour drive back, very upset and angry. One cold day, went to try and start, and of course as soon as starter was engaged, electronics shut down repeatedly. So the truck sat all winter while I kept trying internet, mechanics and other dealerships. My wife traded in a Tahoe for a Pacifica in Devils Lake, ND so while at the dealership doing the paperwork on her purchase, I wandered around and met Ross who was working in the service department. I just happened to ask if he had a minute, which he did and listened to my frustrations. At the end, he just simply said "ignition module". Apparently, this is pretty common on this year, make and model of vehicle. He said he would order the part, but they have been know to take quite awhile to come in. I said ok, and was very encouraged by Ross' confidence in being able to have a likely solution.Matt, also in service, kept in touch during the time while waiting for the part. Sure enough, the part came in, I got my truck towed to the dealership. Within a few days, Ross called me to say it was all done and it was running great! They replaced the ignition module, water pump, thermostat, and battery...all for $500 LESS than what the Williston dealership quoted just for the overheating issue!I have driven the truck almost everyday and it is running like the day I bought it! Outstanding work on this issue! Highly recommend!

WOW! I had a WONDERFUL experience purchasing my 2023 Jeep Cherokee Limited. The sales manager Brad Eback was friendly, introduced himself and followed up during the process. Salesperson Jordan Hahn was outstanding in showing me the features and answering all my questions. Salesperson Cheri Hoffart did an amazing job on the test drive and was patient while I practiced parking many times. Salesperson Travis Myklebust did a great job on having me get all documents required.Julie Carew in finance stayed late to complete vehicle signing.Although, Devils Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was busy on Saturday, the sales manager and salespeople were able to accommodate me during the hustle and bustle. I would highly recommend the dealership without a doubt. 100% satisfied.

Had a great experience working with Cheri, Jordan, and Julie. I would definitely recommend Devils Lake Chrysler to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Everything went very smoothly and the vehicle was exactly as advertised. We are loving the Jeep! Thanks for the great experience!

Can call 4 or more times to buy a vehicle to multiple of their stores and no response. If you are looking for a new vehicle I would suggest looking outside of Devils Lake. Considering I gave them multiple times to contact me from multiple sales people and management with no response. I guess when you buy every dealership in town it means you don't need to call past customers back. M J McGuire Company in Rugby will be getting a call from me next week. I was wondering why I have been seeing so many off their vehicles in town lately now I get it.

I recently bought a new (used) vehicle from the Devils Lake Chrysler Center. The whole process was easy and pleasant. My thanks to Jordan Hahn who was friendly and helpful. Lance in the body shop was easy to work with. Thanks again and I look forward to doing business with you again.

Salesman are great to deal with, love my pickup. However, the mechanics don't have a clue as to what they are doing. Brought my truck in because door locks weren't working and couldn't start my truck with the remote. Went to get it and they said the remote was working now and they replaced a fuse and told me I would need a new instrument cluster and it would cost $900. I told them I will get one online. They charged me over $100.00 to replace fuse and tell me it was the cluster. I ordered one online and it was only $200 something. That was not it. I checked out things myself and it was the door lock actuators. I had to replace all four, but done one at a time. So, I will never bring my truck there for any repairs.

If you are from out if town PLEASE do not take your dodge to the service department in devils lake. i have been dealing with sensor problem 4 months after i purchased 2500 ram in June 2019 light came on again working in devils lake. Talked to service guy Jim, was told i would need all work tickets performed on the truck in evanston wy They emailed all information to Jim the following day. Didnt hear for over 2 weeks finally I called they were rude and said "no" nothing received this was a lie contact yeti dodge in evanston they resent work information again. service never called i called was told he needed more service information couldnt understand what they worked gave me a date to get truck in but wanted all invoices i had. I was going to drive the 10 hr home to get service invoices and he tells me it will be another 2 half weeks. This is the worst interaction i have with a dodge service department.

WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A BODY SHOP! The manager of the body shop is the laziest creature I've ever dealt with, isn't even in the shop half the week, the employees under him can't blink without direction from him, no one takes initiative, my car has currently been there for 3 weeks and even after knowing what they needed the day I bright the car in and got a detailed estimate, they waited to order my parts for a week and a half, while telling me they were "waiting on parts"when I called a few days after I had dropped it off, when they hadn't even ordered parts yet. I don't appreciate being lied too and I don't appreciate being given the run around. Will absolutely not go back and would not recommend to anyone. I am beyond upset with how they have chosen to deal with this and to add insult to injury every last person i have dealt with, with situation, has been unbelievably rude, condensing, and dismissive. Absolutely unacceptable.

Jim and the team in the shop did a great job of getting me back on the road after the oil cooler rings on my Grand Cherokee failed. I truly appreciated the great service that they provided as I was 1500 miles from home and on a tight schedule.

Want customer service? Go somewhere else. Want to know you will be taken care of if something goes wrong? Go somewhere else. Want something to actually be fixed when they say it'll be fixed? Go somewhere else.I think I've made my point. Just go somewhere else. If you want details continue reading.I bought a used vehicle that had AC issues and written on the receipt was a note stating to fix the AC. Which makes that a term of the contract, if nothing else a gentleman's agreement that the car will be in good working order off the lot. They took it in, recharged the system, and sent me on my way. 7 months go by and I notice the AC is not working again. I called and the salesman was very polite and said he'd check into what he can do. Called me the next day saying there wasn't anything they could do, still polite.I got in contact with manager there and I stared the conversation calm and collected. When I proposed they ACTUALLY fix the car he straight up just said no, that it wasn't their problem anymore. After a heated debate on what the word fix meant and how they weren't going to stand behind any definition of it, HE HUNG UP ON ME. Hal is his name and if that's the kind of manager that runs the place, expect nothing good to come from it.
