Had an alignment after I replaced my rack and pinion in my truck they were very easy to work with and the great customer service will be going there for repairs in the future!

Mechanics are excellant..Thorough inspection .1998 explorer transfer case was a challenge.. struts and shocks..Drives like a Dream..I am one happy camper.. Thanks

Our car broke on I-94 couples miles west of Castleton during our vacations. Quite a stressfull situation. We called Earl's auto repair and by their comments and voice tone, we felt confident that they could handle the situation.They managed to order parts promptly and did the repair as soon as they got them.We got more than an excellent service, we felt like being part of their family. Earls! I live in town in casselton and I think I found my repair shop and it s my town! I went in for a oil change and they did a diagnostic on my vehicle and they took pictures of everything that needed to be fixed or looked at thoroughly n at the end they gave me estimates on how much it will cost to get it fixed.. Reed was very helpful n informative and Deena was so helpful to very nice workers Chris was also nice like the others n Stephan did my diagnostic really nice orientated place! After a snowstorm I got stuck in the end of my driveway and could not get enough traction to get out. Wrecker companies wanted a ridiculous amount for the little pull I needed to get on to the street. I could not remember if Earls had a tow truck so I gave them a call. Even though Earl's currently does not have a tow truck and were very busy that day they we're more than willing to send over a couple guys with a truck to pull me out as soon as they were available. The fee for the service was so reasonable and very much appreciated. Thank you Earls for coming to my rescue.

I've always had positive experiences at Earl's. There were a couple of oversights, but were taken care of expedisciously. I was so impressed by the time it took to tend to my car at home and get the car in to be worked on.Always a pleasure working with Earl's, I also want to mention how valuable it was to have a loaner car, for a small town this is almost unheard of.Sincerely, Rose Rodacker

The staff at Earls has always worked to make sure our car is in excellent working condition. They make appropriate recommendations for needed repairs. They help keep us on track and keep our vehicles in excellent running condition. We have used their services happily and confidently for the past ten years. They even recently squeezed time in to repair my parents broken headlights when they were in town visiting from Indiana. It s not often you find service like that!Services: General repairs, Battery

I love this business so much. Reed is always professional and courteous. But what sets Earl's Repair apart from every other mechanic I've ever taken vehicles to is they care about you and your budget. They've never recommended a service I don't need, they don't cut corners, and they perform a phenomenal service every time. If you need work done on your vehicle, take it to Earl's. These guys are amazing. Ran into car problems when traveling through during the brutal cold snap. -16 degrees and -32 wind chill when i woke up that morning to call to see if they had an opening to get me in. They were able to see me that morning saving me an extra day at the hotel.Being an out of towner and not knowing what exactly the issue with my car was I was in a very vulnerable position. I went in thinking i needed at least one thing and expecting to pay possibly even more for other things they might find.Instead they found a fairly simple fix to my problem for a fraction of what i was expecting to pay.I could not recommend these guys more. My husband was traveling from Bismarck to Bena, MN to go on a ice fishing trip with his uncle and cousins and got past Valley City and his check engine lights came on and he lost speed, was able to limp along until he got to Casselton and stopped at Earl's shop. They were super busy and not able to get him in until next week Tuesday, but Earl heard this and he went out in the cold and ran a diagnostic test and corrected the issue. He went above and beyond to help my husband get back on the road for his family time! Lived in Casselton for around 4 years now, the past two years we've taken our cars to Earls for maintenance and service work. My only regret is that i wasn't using them for my first two years! They'll provide a loaner car, or pick you up and drop you off which is HUGE when you still have to get to work. Excellent customer service, they look over everything and provide a very well detailed report/estimate even including pictures of the issues they found. Their shop is so clean and organized, and the staff is so professional that it almost feels like you're taking your car to the doctor instead of the repair shop. For me, it's a really big deal to be able to trust the folks working on my vehicles and Earls has been fantastic! Highly recommend!

I had a nail in one of my tires and it was leaking. I was nervous about driving it 20 miles to Casselton. I first took it to Fleet Farm which was near my home. Fleet Farm asked me if I had an appointment. I told him I had no appointment because the nail in my tire did not make an appointment with me. They said they could fix it in four days or maybe after the weekend. The next place I went was a tire store in West Fargo. They said they could fix it in two or three hours. So I took my car to Casselton and to Earl s repair. They signed me up, brought my car and fixed the nail hole in the tire and had me out of there in under a half hour for $10 less than the tire store was going to charge me. Another time, I got a flat while leaving Casselton. I called Earl s repair and Earl himself came out and removed my wheel, took it back to the shop, fixed the flat, and returned to put my tire on. This whole process took only 45 minutes. Earl s repair listens closely to the needs of their customers. Five thumbs up!Service: Auto tire replacement

These guys saved me. I'm not from North Dakota, just passing by with a load to Canada. My Van broke down 20 miles away. They recommended me a tow truck, we brought the van to them, and they fixed it for me the same day. They stepped into my position, helped transfer my cargo to another van, and got me on the road the same day. besides, they took me to a cafe to eat because I was hungry) I highly recommend these guys to everyone!

I was traveling through and had truck trouble since Hudson WI the local dealers in Fargo had no time to even look at the truck and after my visit at Earls I would highly recommend . From checking in an getting a loaner with a 1 day notice the truck was fixed an back on the road with quick turn around! I wish I had an independent repair shop as honest and kind as this one!! We had a wheel bearing go out on our living quarters horse trailer 5 miles from Earl's. With 3 horses on board, 1 kid, and 2 dogs, we were hoping we weren't stranded. Earl personally helped us repair our wheel bearing and get us back on the road to make it to our equestrian events. Very much appreciated for his awesome service!

Came in for a tire rotation and balance. Did not have it done because my treads are worn down enough to not need to be done as I am in need of new tires which they did tell me on a prior oil change visit. I discovered Earl's a while back, after moving out near Casselton. I needed a local place, rather than driving all the way into Fargo. They have been straightforward and honest, as well as reliable in regards to getting repairs done. When my diesel gelled up in casselton Earl got me right in fixed me up and got me back on the road. They towed me to the shop and were en good enough to pick me up from the hotel when done. Couldn't have asked for better service

My Chev Tahoe is my business vehicle, I drive it all over North and South Dakota to reach my customers, and I definitely get off the beaten path on lots of low maintenance roads. I need my vehicle to be reliable and safe so I know it will get me where I need to go so it's one less thing I have to worry about. Both my business and my life depend on it. I take it and my personal vehicle to Earl's because I know they will check it thoroughly, tell me everything about the vehicle, and put me in the drivers seat as far as what gets done, and that they will do the work I want done and do it right. To put it simply, they can be trusted 100%. I trust them with my business, my safety and my comfort. Give them a try and you will trust them with your vehicles, and your family's safety. And you will know you didn't spend more money than you needed to.

When we were passing through our truck s check engine light started flashing! I googled mechanics near us and we went to Earl s! The staff were very friendly and helped us right away to get back on the road! Thanks again guys! Most definitely recommend these guys!

I can't rave more about Earl's. I love the service I get, the honesty, and great way they have explaining what is wrong with your car! I will only use Earl's so I have paid to have my truck towed to Casselton from Fargo!! Still using Earl's after 4 years and still won't use anyone else.

Having the thorough inspection done has relieved my fears of more issues. I am impressed that you keep my information on file so we have a base for diagnosing issues in the future!
