Amazing customer service, held a vehicle for us for 3 weeks!! They were so helpful and we got an amazing deal!! Felt comfortable and welcomed!!:) And Thank you Josh so much!! We highly recommend Bowman Sales and service, if I could rate over 5* I would!! Your our #1 preferred dealer!:))

Buying a new car is kind of scary HOWEVER The customer service here is phenomenal! Got my new to me car for a decent price. There was a mechanical issue and they are standing behind their sale. Super friendly, easy to get a hold of, very prompt, and honest!! They waited for me to drive over after work. I arrived right before close and they still allowed the test drive and we sealed the deal then and there upon return to the dealership. All around great experience.

Great experience with Bowman Sales! We made a very good deal over the phone and drove 400 miles to finalize and pick up our new Explorer. No surprises, no changes, just a great honest transaction! We love working with Wayne! There is no dealership better than Bowman Sales & Service.

Everyone in the shop is very friendly.The diagnostic was fast and accurate.The work was finished very quickly. And they called to let me know when it was finished.My overall experience was excellent.

I saw a great deal on a SUV at Bowman's and had them hold it for five hours while i travel to buy it. Josh was great for holding the SUV even when others showed up to buy it while i was on the road.. Easy transaction, great price and a great small town dealer.

We had an emergency on the road. We called them up and they said to come right in. They looked at the truck, diagnosed the problem, and sent us on our way in 2 1/2 hours. They even offered us a car to use while we were waiting. What wonderful people!We were so grateful. Special thanks to Mark, Benji, and Melissa for going out of their way to get us back on the road. Great customer service!

I love my Dodge ram pick-up. Josh made a otherwise difficult deal very easy and he follows through til it's done! I couldn't be happier with the service. I've never even had the pleasure of meeting Josh. We did the deal over the phone and through the mail. Amazing, thank you Josh!Tina Glover

I bought a truck from Josh and the whole deal could have not went better. The truck was exactly how he had explained over the phone and there were no surprises. I came from 8 hours away the staff there could have not been more accommodating. In the future I will be definitely be calling them again. Thank you again for your great service!

I can't express in words how awesome this shop is. My fiance was on a long trip coming home by herself when our Jeep broke down. I was able to get it towed here and Brady was able fix it for her and get her back on the road. He went out of his way to make sure she was taken care of when we were in desperate need of help. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in about an hour. He stayed late and went to another shop to get the part we needed to get it fixed for us. On that day Brady was my hero.

Rude, unprofessional, horrible communication and an overall unpleasant experience! Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Suprised he has any positive reviews. If I could rate NO STARS I would. 1 star is a compliment to this company.

I was traveling on my way home. Had a problem with my car. I called the service department and they were friendly and very helpful. It s the place to go when you need help if you re from out of town. Honest people.

Wayne has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Would not recommend buying from him. Very rude. Pretty sure he does not like Hispanics.

Poor sweet. Over priced. Just forked out alot of money and the day after I picked up my truck and drove it the engine warning light came on. I seriously doubt that the repair Tech's know how to do repairs
