When you get new tires and an oil change, if you like having the wrong size tires put on, your door handles broken, and a technician lying to you, then this is the place for you.Came in to get four new tires and decided to throw in an oil change cause it was in there anyway. I knew it was gonna be a while so I hunkered down and waited for it to be done. Front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful.Then the craziest thing happened. When it was done, I went out to look at it, and magically the my tires had changed sizes and my inside door handle was broken! I went back in to talk to the technician and he looked me dead in the eyes and said: those were the size on your truck and your door handle was already broken. We can check the cameras. So I said go right ahead buddy pull the tapes, I have the old tires in the back of the truck and I guarantee the video will show me getting out just fine, then you breaking the damn thing. He weaseled his way away before I could go full Karen but I grabbed a manager and told him if he thought my truck was gonna move out from in front of his store he had another think comin. He told me to go get a new one and that they would pay for it, but not the gas to go get it nor the two hours it s gonna take me to fix it cause it s kind of a pain. Also he told me he would put the right tires on but he was gonna charge disposal and installation for them.Next time maybe I ll bring my truck to the homeless guys who sit outside the entrance to have them do the change they ll probably do a better job. Tires have been good so far they haven t fallen off I guess.

Outstanding customer service! Allen deserves a raise. He was so friendly and knowledgeable starting with my initial phone call. I was so grateful that he was able to fit me into the schedule and fix my flat tire within 30 minutes. Allen had the tire waiting for me when I checked in at the service desk. I got a new Goodyear tire at a great price too! He was a delight to work with and I will recommend Walmart Auto Care to all my friends and family. He went above and beyond and he did it all with a smile on his face. Michelle was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Both of them absolutely made my day. I can't think them enough. I hope that they are recognized for taking such good care of your customers. I think Walmart should by them both a trip to the Bahamas!!!

Came in at 6:05pm and asked about an oil change and tire rotation, but was told no they are done for the day. There were two cars in the left oil change bay, all the tire bays were empty, and nothing in the right oil change bay. If you want to be done at 6 just change your hours and save people from stopping in for nothing when your hours say 7 here on Google.

Female worker named Jen seriously started yelling & verbally assaulted me for no reason, my company will no longer do service work for this walmart. Jen I hope you find peace one day because your coworkers were laughing at you. Your obviously not respected as most rude people aren't.

Went in for a typical oil change. Thought everything was fine UNTIL a few days later and the whole plastic bottom piece of the car came unscrewed and began dragging while driving!!! They didn't tighten it after they performed the oil change! Save yourself a headache and take to an actual service center.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Came in today at 12:15 for an oil change the very nice lady told me my car would be next and should be in by 12:30. I told her I was trying to sneak in on my lunch break and she said it should be quick then. At 1:20 I said am I getting close to done? She told me I think they are taking your car in next. I said it hasn't been started on she said no. I said I have to leave. While I had been sitting there waiting I heard them telling people it would be an hour and a half to 2 hours. Had I been told that I wouldn't have had them take my keys. I didn't get my oil changed now and lost 30 min of my PTO because I was told it was going to be quick. This is bad customer service. The girl at the front was nice but everything else was terrible and I will be sure never to come there or recommend anyone to go there.

Called ahead to check on availability to help us with a tire issue while on a road trip and were told they could take care of it. Got there several hours before they closed but were then told they couldn't help because their techs were closing up early. They wouldn't help, knowing we were on the road with children, that there was nothing else open in town, and that we were driving on a spare. So we had no choice but to try and get to the next town and try there. Our tire blew out a few miles before making it to the next town, causing more damage to our vehicle and sticking us on the side of the highway for hours.The people running things here aren't kind and don't care, suggest going elsewhere if you have the choice.

Very lazy employee working the auto side. They said they can t do oil change because of the time I came in. 30 minutes to closing. The next day I come in, they say they can t do it because they fixing the driveway in front of the oil lube place, but they have doors on both sides. You try to get a manager but none is available or in the store. Don t know how this place is managed at all. Nobody wants to help you.

Don't ever take car there to have tires rotated. Took my truck in thinking I needed to rotate my tires. Looked at my tires after leaving and noticed the front tires had more tread than the rear. Went in to find out if they even check to see tread difference they say no that's up to me. I don't have the time to deal with that and kinda expected they would have checked them and said something before switching them. Now they are gonna have to switch them back and it better not cost me a dime.

Got to town with a low tire. I first went to a stand alone tire shop and was told to wait hours. Ran across the street to Walmart there center. They got me in right away. Showed me the damage, explained why it couldn't be patched, (high sidewall hole), dig through a huge pile to find a leftover sale tire. GREAT staff. Great price, great service.

After trusting the staff to take care of my husband car. The mechanic ripped my husbands bumper off and parked it and than did not tell us if this incident. The mechanic tried telling his boss it was like that already! We made them check the camera's. the mechanic has lied to his boss and we ended up with few hundred dollars in damages that took hours to get quote for Walmart manager who handled our incident and did a very good job making it right. But do not trust everyone with your vehicle and always use caution when choosing who you allow to put tires on your car. We have yet to get tire on because of the winter storms and we live 45 miles away from the city. This was weeks ago!

Will never go back. The Manager of the department told me that I could get an oil change because there is only one tech on duty and she was leaving at 5pm to pick up her kids. But I saw her in the check out counter at 6:45pm leaving with items.

Arrived around 2:00 pm on a Monday for an oil change, was able to go eat at Subway in the store then do a little bit of shopping was done by 3:30. Very satisfied with the amount of time it took them.

Had an oil change on one of my older vehicles. Turns out they didn't tighten the plug enough and I ended up with a blown head gasket not long after. These so called "technicians " shouldn't be allowed near vehicles. Also witnessed a technician hit a curb with someone else's car. Poor excuse for "auto care".

They were so incredibly inept. It took over an hour to change a light bulb. They changed the wrong one. The level of ineptitude is amazing at this place.

Very disappointed and mad last time we got an oil change the mechanics didn't put my dipstick for my oil back in the proper place and the oil squirted all over everything including my alternator and this caused my alternator to stop working all together I'm so mad I would never recommend taking a vehicle here to be serviced if you do your doing it at your own risk of having expensive issues down the road I refuse to ever take my car here again

Tires were bunk...got 2 brand new tires an hour later they were BOTH going flat... brought them back next day only to be treated like I did something wrong :(

Got oil change, upon completion oil filter was very loose, there was oil all over the bottom of my truck from draining the oil, receipt said there was no grease points when there obviously was and they never got greased put an extra 1/2 quart of unnecessary oil in my truck (and charged me for it) when it wasn t supposed to be put in.

Horrible! Dont let these people touch your car!!!!! They ve cost me over $1,000 worth of damage to my vehicles and no resolution I know of.
