Parts department: A++Service department: awful. The office of the service department is sketch, be sure you know how much you re getting charged and review the bill. Almost lost an extra $3,000 because of their error. Nobody knows what s going on as they have to ask multiple people and you will never get a straight answer. You can tell they work on commission because of the way they financially treat a customer. Also expect delays on when your machine will be done. Mechanics did a great job on the fix.

I highly recommend Wallwork Truck Center!! Randy in parts went above and beyond to get me everything I needed!! He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help out in any way he can! This is the ONLY dealership in Bismarck I will ever call!!! Great job Randy!!

$452 to plug in to the truck and reset a code on a truck that s 3 weeks old and has 14,000 miles. It literally took them 10 mins . Their service prices are outrageous.

The service here is very good. This team is well put together. They are always very helpful & knowledgeable as well concerning their craft. If I bring up an issue, they are on it like bees on honey. They truly make you feel like your concerns matter. From inception, you're treated with respect & that in my book goes a long way. Keep up the great work

Owner Operators, you'll find a parts department that really appreciates you!! Think about it, we roll in at 10pm with a need for some bolts that broke around our fuel tanks. We walked out with an alternator that we have needed for some time because this shop actually works with the owner op. Joshua Retzer, you are an awesome representative of not only Wallwork, but Kenworth as well, an employee that deserves recognition. We told him we needed to replace our alternator and he spent his time looking up the exact part we needed and was extremely knowledgeable about the amperage necessary for our 2013 Kenworth. Joshua was absolutely willing to price match any competition's prices(unlike some truck shops we've seen) and found the exact alternator we needed. He even went as far as locating an alternator that they had in stock that was within our price range. What I'm saying is this department takes the time with owner operators that all truck shops should. Joshua was awesome and treated us with professionalism and friendliness too. What a great experience to find a place that hires employees that understands the owner operator is important to the trucking community. Thank you Wallwork and Kenworth for a great experience on a late Thursday evening!!

Unbelievable slow, way overpriced worst shop I have visited so far. Just plainly not a great shop.I would reconsider brining my truck here unless it was warranty and even then I d probably try and find any other shop.400000km later.And it looks like the engine needs another rebuild. Not really sure what to say about Cummins or wallwork.disgraceful at best.

Great place to get service. Comfortable, clean and friendly. Truckers lounge is nice as well. Vending machines, sleeper room, free shower and laundry available. A special thank you to Josh, Kyle and Terry for helping keep America Trucking.

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Total Rip offs. If you're not from the area they slam you with the out of town price...$38,000.00 was what they changed us to do a Cat 3406E Platinum Engine overhaul..Then had leaks afterwards....We have been told by CAT itself that was way to expensive for the Overhaul....Never will go back. I'm referring to the one in Fargo North Dakota

This is a great shop. Beautiful attitudes. These guys are genuinely great and prestigious, willing to go above and beyond to help any way they can...The guys behind the Parts Counter, are really driving this business home, good work guys..I'll be back, I hope not sooner than later for the spectacular costumer service.. P.S. Parts and Service is a little expensive, but come on people, hello (Inflation)...

Excellent and quick service for a dealership. Came in on a Sunday to have our Kenworth looked at and the were able to fix us up and get us out the door in 3.5 hours.

Made an appointment for 2/17/22 at 7:30am to have an air compressor resealed and after being told by the service advisor Ryan that the truck was IN THE SHOP and he would call me back in a half hour, I still haven t heard a word! My boss called in and Ryan told him the same thing that it was IN THE SHOP !! An 1 1/2 later I drove up to see the progress on truck, and came to find my truck was still in the same spot as I parked it!!! It is 4:50pm and they finally drove my truck in the shop!! WOULD NOT recommend any service done here!!!! Unless you have endless time to waste!!! Was more mad My boss and I were lied to, more than how long the service for the truck took!!! I understand repairs take time and not everything goes according to plan!!! But to blatantly lie to a customer is another thing!!!

I felt like sales didn't have time for me. I have a KW I bought from a sister store in Fargo. The sales Rep. Didn't have time to check vin no. To see what I had for sale. I was not impressed...on the other hand Jerry Beck in Fargo took time with me and I bought this truck. Never regretted my decision.

Went in to check for a part. Had to wait for the two service counter guys to finish their screaming match. I have been multiple times and have yet to have a decent customer service experience. They almost seemed annoyed when they need to look anything up or assist you. I go in as a last resort.

Terrible service at the parts counter. Went in to get two 1/4 inch compression unions and was basically told that I needed to do their job for them by knowing the part number. Went down the road to inland truck parts was in and out in 3 minutes. Don't waste your time with these guys. They're absolutely terrible. And they seem to be arrogant enough to laugh at you for them being negligent on doing their job. Take your money to Inland, I-State or anybody else but don't go here!!!

I brought my truck to get the batteries and starter replaced and showed them the master kill switch on the door panel and they noted it and reminded them to kill the power so the new batteries wouldn t die and it wouldn t drain because it would be a week before I picked it up. I arrived and got my keys to start it and it was 100% dead. They made a service note and the gentleman that called me and said my truck was done said they were taking care of it. They said they couldn t swap a battery to start it and I had to wait a couple hours for them to charge and that there s nothing they could do. The logical thing would be to swap out a battery so I can be on the road as I got shuttled there to get my truck and load. They said that wasn t an option and I ll just have to go wait. I guess customer service is a thing of the past.

Came in on Saturday 15/12/19 with gelled up fuel. Scott at the service desk went above and beyond, helping me get back on the road and because of him I got my oversize load delivered on time with no further problems. Will definitely be spreading the word around and greatly appreciate it.

Bring your Vaseline. $600 to have a 10 ft fuel line replaced. Should have taken an hour, was charged $470 labor. There s a lot of truck shops in Bismarck, try your luck else where.Update: It s been almost a year now since my visit to wall work. I can finally say I m getting over the trauma I endured that day, but it hasn t been easy. Between the ptsd and working overtime to pay for that fuel line it s been a struggle. The only bright side of it all is that they called and offered me a free t shirt to make things right, now that s the way to do business!

The electrical box on the front of my 2018 Great Dane Everest Super Seal broke. Looked for a GD in Bismarck, and Wallwork came up. After reading the reviews, I believe I'll pass and get by until I get home in a week. I'm not saying anything negative about Wallwork, just saying that reviews do have an impact. Good luck to Wallwork, and if you do use them, leave an honest review.

Can't perform work within a week of promised and when I came to take my truck elsewhere John the service advisor still tried to charge me for doing nothing and threw my keys at me and came outside wanting to fight when I refused. If i wasn't afraid of getting arrested that woulda been his last mistake. Extremely unprofessional. Don't go by when they say it will done because it clearly won't be. Negative 10 stars. How do i contact Mike zinck the owner. He needs to see the video and fire this clown

Bismarck Wallworks don't ever get rid of your night supervisor Kyle. He is one hell of an employee. Went out of his way to help us out. Don't see his efforts very often in today's business society.

They had me in and out pretty quickly, in the time frame they quoted. So far, everything seems fixed but was just a sensor problem I went in for. Nice lounge with showers and laundry. Friendly staff.

Terrible service with a bad attitude. Was in the market for several new trucks but after a horrible experience here I'v learned kenworth has low standards as far as service. I'll stick with something I can get worked on in less than a week as I haul perishables. I hate freightshakers but at least the dealers seem to be fast, more reasonably priced, and have more dealers that actually believe in customer service. Stay away from this place! There are a lot of options for repairs in Bismark.

Great bunch of guys, who know their work. The dealership prices mark up sort of high, but that's usual isn't it? Work was done quickly and the facility itself is new, and state of the art....complete with driver's lounge, washer and dryer, and clean full restroom, shower, and bunk room for sleep. Some vending machines....but, McD's is next door.
