Ridiculously slow for a "quick lube"...waited 45 mins for ONE car ahead of me and watched as the 3 cars behind me got serviced and out while I was in bay 3. Second time with slow service time. For the price it's probly better to go back to the appointment method...which is just as slow, but expected. Not sure I'll be back.

Stopped by to have an oil change. Didn't realize that my vehicle wouldn't allow for the rear garage door to close. It was -10 outside, not including wind chill; and I would have totally understood having to go somewhere else. But despite the challenging situation with our long vehicle and the freezing temperatures, the Valvoline lube technicians showed exceptional dedication, and got right to the oil change. Including checking, and topping off the fluids. They went above and beyond to provide service, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction!

It was easy and fast. It might cost you $20 less to DIY.. & they always have a coupon! You Stay in the car, they explain everything and you help turn on lights and stuff, so you can be sure everything works and has been checked. That's a lot of piece of mind for me. I have trouble trusting minnimum wage employees that might hate there job with my car that I rely on every day for the safety of my family. I hope the employees here are making a good wage! They seem happy and they work hard to earn great pay!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The techs I have delt with here are very knowledgeable and don't pressure you but they do notify you about possible things to do to your vehicle to maintain it well

Went here for an oil change. It was awesome! They were quick and I didn t have to get out of my car. They offer other services too but I didn t need any of them. I like how fast it was. Got it done on my lunch break. I m going to go here from now on. I tried going to Walmart and they had every excuse to not change my oil, said they had a 2 hour wait. Tried going there several days in a row.

I had an awesome experience here. I came in to get my headlight changed. Zach S. had fantastic customer service, and Melvin T. did fantastic work replacing my bulb. They were both very friendly, professional, and laid back.

I moved to Bismarck in 2017 and have since been looking for a place to get a quality oil change without getting scammed. I have been unsuccessful after having tried several different businesses. I had a poor time at Valvoline last time and decided to give them one more chance. I downloaded the app to use the discount code and was frustrated to see that it didn't work. However, Sam helped me figure it out. He inputted a different discount code and ensured I was happy with the service. He was super friendly! After telling him I couldn't afford the air filter replacement, he cleaned it off for me to hold me over until my next visit and said no problem. He was very happy to work here and telling me how much he loved working with Valvoline. Will be a customer here next time I get my oil changed! Sam went above and beyond and rarely will I write reviews but he was noteworthy. Thanks!Service: Oil change

I was so impressed by the excellent customer service. Christian is the one who helped us and he was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. All of the team members worked together and were polite and courteous. The price was very reasonable and our coupons were honored no questions asked. Definitelly will be coming back. In and out in less than 1/2 hour.Service: Oil change

I went super early to see this company as I'm traveling for work and they took me in as soon as I drove up didn't even get out of my truck they were so fast did the work checked ll my tires all my fluids and changed my cabin filter with expertise knowledge I'm super satisfied and as I will be In the area for a few months I will definitely come back to service my vehicle while I'm here and before driving back to Texas Thank You Valvoline, and employees you guys and girls are awesome Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I can't say enough good things about this location. The staff were all amazing and the manager was on the line helping make sure customers were getting through as fast as possible. I've been to several Valvolines and while I've never been disappointed, this was the best Valvoline experience I've had.

The technicians were extremely friendly, helpful, thorough and speedy! I highly recommend this location if you're in need of a quality, quick and efficient oil change. Bonus is the service is performed with smiles all around!! In particular, David is a gem and knows what he is doing! If he's working, you can't go wrong!

Everything is great here. I would give them 5 stars if it were not for these two things. First they did not have the transmission oil for my car. I had to go to two O'Reillys to get it. Yes Valvoline makes it. After I went and gotten the oil and brought it back I explained it costed me over a bill for the amount they said I needed. Second, they only gave me a bill off. They gave me two bottles back. They said one was not opened, but it was so I could not return it. So to get that service done was much more than the regular price.

Passed through here on our way back to Michigan from Oregon and it was hands down the BEST oil change place we have ever been too; even factoring in places back home. The service techs were absolutely lovely and the gentleman, Andrew, was beyond incredible when it came to telling us what we needed as well as what was being done. They have 110% gained our oil change business when we travel out west again if we're ever in the area. 10/10 on everything, you will NOT regret it if you go here.Service: Oil change

Love coming to Valvoline. I travel a lot and they're country wide so my info is always on hand. I enjoy not having to get out of my car and wait an hour for the oil change. Staff is always friendly, kind and explains things.

Worst place ever please people I beg u do not do business with this Establishment. I have a newer 2018 GMC Terrain Denali with 21000 miles. We always go to Schwan but I couldn t get an appointment there so we came here brought my 2007 Chevy pick up and my other car and out of the three Dinali and my Buick both had major problems right after oil change there was no oil to be found on the dipstick three weeks after oil change no oil leaks car was shaking and making so much noise. Find out I had no oil in it at all. Had it at Schwan GMC Cadillac. They almost killed my car. Rite after the oil change we had to go back in they left the air filter cover off so our car was shaking and idling low high. I don t know exactly what damage did but it did you severe damage it will probably see in the future now please people do not go to this place out of three vehicles two of them are now having problemsService: Oil change

Needed a quick oil change on the way out of town, stopped here for the 1st time. Literally took 8 minutes, the gentleman was very friendly, even gave our anxious dog a treat. We will be back!

Never again i was charged 70.00 for a oil change. Yes, they used synthetic oil but, 70.00. Employees and manager were nice. They did refund me 20.00 but tbats still really expensive

I don t usually do reviews but this time I really have to do it so i can let everyone know my personal experience at valvoline a very nice and friendly staff they helped me and my family offered me something to drink and to be seated inside so i can enjoy the nice and cold air conditioning and the manager ANDREW and SUMMER helped me all the way till my vehicle was completely repaired Good job guys Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
