Came here as they were the only ones to have the Yamaha R7 Intensity White. I did the entire purchase process over the phone and everything went smoothly. They held my bike there for a while until I could come and pick it up due to me living far from them. When I was able to, they helped me put it in a trailer and make sure it was strapped just right. It was a good experience overall.Shoutout to Dana for helping me with with everything. Phenomenal guy to work with.

This is my first time buying a boat from Valley Sport in Marine. I came in, and I spoke with Tom Ambursen. Very nice fellow. We talked about pricing the options which were more than fair and then Tom took the time to take me out and put me on the water and demonstrate how all the equipment worked on the boat and the electronics, how they worked, the different functions and haul the upgraded trolling motor Werks. It was a very pleasurable experience working with Tom and when it came to the finances when I was working with Mike, he was more than more than helpful with the financing and getting everything done and ready to come home in a very timely matter I would recommend anyone that is interested in a boat to come to Bally sports in Marine and talk to Tom. I think he will enjoy the experience as well Gary Scheer.

We bought a Mahindra Roxor in mid January. Dana Aitchison was our salesman, and he went above and beyond for us. From not allowing us to waste our money on needless accessories to finding us a trailer for sale at a more than fair price. Dana came in on his day off for us to pick up the roxor as a master of fact he loaded it.He could have very easily have taken advantage of my older family member but he didn t he treated him as if he was his family member.If I am ever in the market again for an ATV, UTV or boat I will be going to Vallely Sport & Marine and I will be dealing with Dana Aitchison!A more than satisfied customer,Ian Harp

Wasn't impressed by the Service Manager, Tim when I first went in. Don't know if he was having a bad day or what. Came in a few years later looking at a few Yamaha dual sport motorcycles. Ended up buying a new 2019 Yamaha XT250 and already put 2,350 miles on it as my daily commuter. Breakend period at 600 miles and have had no trouble with it except the speedometer us off my 7 mph found about 200 miles in. Brought it up to service center and they pretty much told me it couldn't be fixed, not sure about that as it was a brand new motorcycle.

Pontoon was delivered within 2 weeks of the date they told me when I ordered it in January, which in today s world is extremely impressive! Scott and Ashley were great to work with. Overall a very positive experience.

Bought a brand new 2022 carry over Rebel 1650 XL with an extended warranty. After 3 hours of use on the engine the trim button on the throttle went out. Took it to Fargo to be repaired as I was told all work can be done at any Lund dealer.They had the boat for two weeks and nobody ever called saying it was done. I called and they said, oh yeah it has been done for 4 days . Go to pick it up and I have an $85 bill on a brand new $32k boat that has warranty. They told me they have received so many issues from those switches that they aren t under warranty, and that it was operator error .So there is a known issue, I paid for an extended warranty on the boat which was not cheap, and now I m getting stuck with a bill that should have been covered by warranty.I would give Lund, not Vallely itself a zero star review for customer service if I was able to. Not impressed, should have went with a different brand that actually stands behind their product.

I just bought a street bike from Vallely. Dana and Ashley got me squared away in less than an hour from when I walked in. They didnt put any pressure on me to buy and seemed more excited for me to enjoy my bike than they were to sell it. Ashley and Dana are very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Will buy from there again next time.

We worked with Dana (Sales) and Josh (finance) to get a new Yamaha Grizzly to plow snow with. They were both awesome and very friendly. Dana made sure we were all set with a plow kit and heated grips for winter!

Fantastic dealership who really cares about their customers. We had a great experience when purchasing our first pontoon. Our salesman, Scott, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Every staff we met was friendly and helpful. It was by far the best buying experience we have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone!

Scott Doering helped me out on a Sunday with a starting issue. I was able to locate the bad fuse he told me about on the phone! I replaced it and everything works great .By the way it was Memorial Day weekend!!! Class act and GREAT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!! Thanks again Scott, we ll definitely buy from you again..

I could not speak more highly of my experience with Vallely Sport and Marine with my recent boat purchase. As I was buying from out of state, I needed someone I could trust to find the boat that I was looking for. Scott Albers was phenomenal. He took the time to educate me on my purchase and was always available to answer questions and to ensure a smooth process. Ashley in the back office took care of the paperwork for a truly seamless experience. They are a great team that truly cares about their customers. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

The worst buying experience of my life! I talked with a sales person yesterday to buy a waverunner, put down a deposit, and drove 10 hours today to pick it up. A half hour before I got there they called and said thay had already sold the unit and that it was no longer available. I obviously have plenty of money invested in gas and an entire day wasted and the best thing they could offer to make it right was $200 off a waverunner that may or may not ever actually show up. Great job guys . Way to treat a customer.

We have been looking at pontoons for a long time. The sales team was so great, answered all of our questions and really took the time to listen to what we wanted even though there was a million other people at the sports show! Ashley in finance was also very helpful and patient with us and explained everything we needed to know for this new adventure!! Go see them they are awesome!!

I have bought a Bennington pontoon and a Yamaha Kodiak from Vallelly and I have had excellent service and support from top to bottom within this organization. The employees I typically work with are well trained and experienced and treat me like a friend no matter how many dumb questions I ask or how many dumb situations I bring to them. I go out of my way to buy from them because I know I can trust them. Thanks for the opportunity to sing your praises

Scott and Ashley are top notch. Very impressed with the level of service.No pressure and great communication. They came through after the sale when things with my used SxS were not right and made them right. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a new Yamaha product or even a used one. Regardless of the trade in brand, they do the right thing and take care of you.Thanks guys!

Overall good experience with valley sports and marine. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. I was not able the purchase the product I wanted, but something similar. Not the company's fault, but a supply chain problem. I docked a star because of the staff's unwillingness to heckle with the price. I guess some would see this as fine, but I personally think a guy ought to be able to make an offer and be considered.

Second time purchased a pontoon from Vallely and have had nothing but great service. Scott the salesman is the best. Service is always helpful and Ashley in the business office was so accommodating. Highly recommend!!

I recently purchased a Lund Rebel XL Tiller model from Vallely Sport and marine, and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. It was a bit of a drive for me but worth every mile! I had my boat out last night and it performed flawlessly.VERY happy with my purchase, and the entire process involved with it!

Dana was great to work with on my new boat purchase and answered all my questions honestly and to the best of his knowledge. Ashley was quick to get the ball rolling on the purchase and made the process very easy. Next time I decide to buy a new boat I will be revisiting Vallely.

I highly recommend these guys and their Bennington pontoons. We have had our pontoon for two years and love it. The staff is very friendly and professional. Every time I stop in the store, either Josh, Scott, or another member of their staff greet me by my first name and are ready to help with any questions that I have.

I bought my dream boat and couldn t be more satisfied. The staff and my salesman Dana were top notch! I waited several months for the boat due to production issues because of covid. And like any anxious person who was super excited, I made several calls and twice as many texts over the months. Dana was always quick to respond or answer. And was always great about it. I would definitely recommend Vallely Marine Bismarck to any of my friends and family!

It is a shame that Vallely is the Yamaha dealer. I have yet to call and they have the right part in stock. To top it off, they charge shipping on every part they order. I don't understand how the Honda dealer can order parts for me quicker and with free shipping. Your customer service is likely why you couldn't make it in the snowmobile business. I will order all parts online from now on.

We just bought a new Bennington pontoon. Tom was very knowledgeable and his experience helped us find what we wanted. They had great selection on hand. Having two kids running around while try to talk was made easy with the staff at Vallely. Tom even entertained them while we got our financing done. We had a great experience.
