Haven't seen my refund yet, when I called Kyle was super rude.Documents aren't filed till multiple days later, refunds aren't issued for a week out.

Rental truck was ready, smooth pickup although the representative at pickup said to have it close to 1/4 tank when we brought it back. We had it close to a 1/4 tank - but what they don t warn you about is a $30 service fee if the gas gauge isn t exactly where they want it. The guy when we dropped it off said we would be getting a refund - I was charged and additional $69 which was more than the original $50 I was charged due to their service fee . Poor customer service and poor attitudes. I d like to know where my refund is at when I was charged more !!! Would rather pay HomeTown Moving to move my things than rent from U Haul and move them myself. For another $100 I could have had it all moved by Hometown Moving - they are great people to work with. Not U-Haul - Never again !!!

This place was horrible! I was suppose to get a text/email the day before pick up and I didn't. So I go to pick the trailer up and they inform me that they texted me the day before and told me that my trailer was at a different location. About an hour later, I get the text informing me of this. Never again!
