Had many interactions with the team here over the course of a few days. We re traveling to Alaska and needed a few things to get ready for the second half of our drive. Everyone was so extremely nice and helpful. If the world had more people like them it would be a better place. Almost didn t want to leave! North Dakota seems to have some of the kindest folks around. Quality work and a military discount too! Thanks yall!

Trusted Tire & Auto has been our go to place for automotive tire issues for years. We purchased a new set of tires from them about a year and a half ago. Every time we have needed to come in since then the staff has been outstanding with their customer service. Recently, we had an unexpected issue with a tire, they went above and beyond to take care of us, get our car towed, drive us to work and back when we needed while they were working on it, and gave very thorough repairs! Kirk particularly gave us excellent customer service and communication as did a wonderful guy who helped with repairs and gave us a few rides in their shuttle van. We are so grateful for our experience with them and their team! Highly recommend!

Always... And I mean always the best! Bill does a great job taking care of us every time. Even worked with Chasz this time a bit too and he was super awesome as well! They always get the job done well and fast! Wouldn't recommend any other place in town but them.

Service was good and staff were knowledgeable. Prices were really fair.Only complaint is they scheduled me for 8am appointment and made me drop it off early -quoted a couple hours, only to start working on my truck at 430pm and finishing at close, Around 6pm. I had to call them to find out they were finishing up at 5:50 and only had 10 min to drive across town to pick it up. Was a big inconvenience on my day. Everything was great, just need to be better at time management and communication.

$275 an hour for labor. If people are actually happy paying that price calling it fair. Shows how little north dakotans know about money and labor. It costs me $25 and takes 45 mins to change my break pads. How much does this place cost you?

**Edit**Changed from 2 stars to 4Floor Manager called the day after I posted this review and made things as right as they could be.Got a full refund and said they would make sure the techs use the correct machine/method to work on this type of wheel. He was very nice and express his sincere apology for the subpar service. -Original review below -Service time was ok, 3 hrs for 1 tire mount (probably busy) & balance (already off the vehicle). Service attendants were nice (main reason for the two stars or it would have been 0) Disappointed that the techs cant mount a low profile tire with out marring up my rim. They should have plastic or rubber covers on the jaws to prevent this. I know the machines usually come with these(I ve mount tires before). They tried to sand it down but the marring was too deep. I d be careful if you have low profile tires on your vehicle.

I don t typically write reviews but I had to for this instance. This is the work shop I have ever taken my truck to. Fist of all I took my truck in for an alignment and it took them 3 days before they got it done because they kept forgetting. I also had a few other things done and $1000+ later I went on a long trip and ended up on the Sid of the road. Took my car into another shop and they said it looked like the parts they replaced came with the car. Now over a month later my car is still not drivable after dumping another $500 into it. Just a warning check out your car very closely before you leave there.

Trusted Tire and Auto was very helpful, both with the actual work on my vehicle, and with providing information and resources when the problem was bigger and more costly than I had expected. Everyone was very kind, communicative, and understanding. I will definitely return next time I need work done on my vehicle.

I had no appointment and they got me in for an oil change and a tire rotate. I don t live in Bismarck, and they treat me very well every time I ve been in there.

I blew a tire on my boat trailer while going down interstate on a Saturday late afternoon. I was in desperate need for a trailer tire and called every place that was open in town and nobody had the tire and did not seem very nice. The rest of the tire shops were all closed. I called trusted tire and auto, And not only did they have my specific tire but it was 10 minutes to close time and they were willing to wait for me to come to the shop so I could have a new tire placed on my rim. Therefore, they not only accommodated me in my time of need, but they did it with amazing customer, service, friendly attitude, and a smile. Everybody in the shop pretty much stayed past closing Time on a Saturday just to help me. As I was waiting, a lady came by and even though they were closed, she wanted someone to inspect her tires and fill them up with air and the service repair team was right on it and helped her as well. I have not seen such amazing service in my community for such a long time. oh yeah, when I got my final bill, the price was very inexpensive compared to what I thought, and as I left, they thanked me and said be safe . I can t say enough about how amazing this experience was.

Received courteous service. Arrived a half hour before my appointment time. Was told it would take a couple hours. It took six. But I didn t have anything else going on so that s not a problem. Part of my purchase was chrome wheels. One would think that the value stems would also be chrome, but they are the standard black rubber. A little disappointing.

Went in for an alignment and to diagnose a strange sound coming from underneath around the front tire. Only a couple of nuts needed tightening. They did the alignment and took care of the tightening at no charge. Trustworthy folks here.

Bill, Nathan, and the mechanics here are amazing! They got my vehicle in quickly and fixed properly. Their customer service skills are the best! There are VERY few repair shops I feel I can trust, but this is definitely one I do trust!

Good service and you can t beat the free tire rotation that comes with the tires! They were super busy but still got me in and out in just over a half hour. Very streamlined and efficient operation.

I have had trusted tire takecare of my vehicle needs for many years and they take care of your vehicle needs but might not be fast or fit your budget price wise and if they make mistakes Cody the manager will always try to solve the problem so you are a satisfied customer and Bill at the south expressway location thanks trusted tire.

This review is for both of the Tires Plus locations in Bismarck. I had just got new tires on my vehicle and was on the way from Fargo to Minot to go to the state fair - 3 lug nuts broke off my rear driver side tire when arriving in Bismarck. I had my niece, nephew, and dog with and they let us hang out in the lobby until we figured out a solution. I'm appreciative of how everyone communicated to help figure out how to fix my vehicle. Jason at the North location was incredibly helpful and put in extra effort to help us! I ended up bringing my vehicle to the South location because they had a technician that was experienced with the make of my vehicle. Elias and Kurt provided exceptional customer service and explained what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. We got a rental vehicle to make it to the fair and left my vehicle with them. They had it done before noon the next day! Above and beyond extraordinary customer service!!! **Elias sent me a coupon to get a discount off my next oil change!! I'm grateful for all their help and will recommend these guys to everyone. Thank you, again!

I don't want to drag this on, so all I want to say is that I was beyond impressed. They were unbelievably kind, I believe the managers name was Kirk. And he went above and beyond. I'm not one to leave a review( good or bad) . But I will absolutely continue to give these people my business.

The service is top-notch, but so is Costco's service and they charge me $62 instead of $150 for the same exact thing. I have to fly out of Fargo next week and wanted to get my snow tires put on in case the weather is poor, and Costco was booked through next Wednesday so I had to find someone. The guys are friendly and professional and do a great job, but there's no reason it should be 242% more expensive for the same service.
