We usually go there for dog food but have found all of our feed needs there and have always found the tools that we needed as well. It is a good store for everybody is very helpful

The store is clean and well-stocked, good parking, and a good selection. When I was there for a snowblower belt, I visited with an employee and she found one on an end cap that was just the right size, and after looking at a couple of other stores, seemed like the last one in town! A friendly staff, I'll be back.

The manager and staff went above and beyond for me last weekend, when I had an emergency with my senior dog they helped me prepare a utility cart and they helped make sure I got it home safely. I was so impressed by the store itself too, 5 Stars is an understatement! Will be back for sure, outstanding customer service here.

Baby chicks to black jack chewing gum. Everything that reminds you of life on the farm. That's why I go. Of course it is a must stop if you live on the farm or have critters. Lots of decor, clothes and essentials. Great store.

I needed a rear discharge assembly for our lawn mower. Tractor Supply didn't carry the part but the associate I worked with called around and did a lot of extra leg work and was able to find a website that did carry the part. Other stores I contacted just told me no and hung up. He was so helpful and it made my day!

Today I was pleased and proud that hard working and customer caring employees still exists. I was looking for a lawn sweeper, after talking with a employee it happened. They checked and worked with me no matter what obstacles was ahead of them, the sweeper was way up front of a storage container full of stuff. They found it thus a satisfied customer. Thank you.

Great store, we always enjoy shopping here! Great selection and friendly staff! Also a big Thank You for your donating 68 bags of pet food to the Animal Control Department in Bismarck to help keep pets fed while they wait for new homes!!

I like to go there. They have items that you just cannot find anywhere else. Unfortunately, they didn't have the right size of bib overalls that I was looking for that my husband wears.

Cashier didn't ask for my rewards number. I reminded her after but she refused to put the $220 of points on my account dismissed me, then said goodbye.

Customer service was great at the register, but lacking elsewhere. I was specific in my request and was brought to repellant before finally being brought across the store to the plug in I had requested.

Had to complain to the corporate office about the manager. He was rude, refused to take back my return, yelled at me and invited me not to shop at Tractor Supply. I called corporate and the item should have been returned no questions asked.

The customer service from an employee by the name of Codey was the worst customer service I have every received from a company. She was so disrespectful and degrading. She talked down to everyone and made everything extremely difficult. I will never be back to the Tractor Supply in Bismarck, ND.
