The team at Torgerson Auto Center was FANTASTIC! I went there not knowing what I was looking for, but they went above and beyond to help me. My brother referred me to Brandon and he was one of the best salesmen I ve worked with in years. He was very considerate of helping me find my dream vehicle and made me feel like I wasn t just a quick sale on the lot. The finance team was great and fully explained everything down to the final word. Since buying the vehicle, I ve already put on a few hundred miles and am loving the vehicle more and more as I drive.They are a VERY trustworthy company with great people representing them. I would highly recommend them for anyone! Great work, guys!

Fantastic place to purchase a used vehicle! I told Boston what I was looking for and he provided that and then some. The staff is absolutely amazing and the owner is very down to earth-heck all of the staff are. They stayed late on a Saturday night to make sure everything was in good order, as well as to wait for my husband to arrive to do his lookover of the vehicle. I cant say enough good things about Torgerson. If I ever need another vehicle, this is where I will be going without a doubt.

This place was excellent! Amazing quick costumer service. Got stuck in ND coming from WA heading to MA every other shop in the area couldn t promise me an appointment till mid June. Togersons was able to get me in 2 days from my call and after that was able to push me forward a whole day. Very honest kind helpful working here. If I lived in the area they d be my go to shop. Anyone in the area looking for a great shop that s speedy reliable and looking to not get scammed go to these guys!

The team at Torgerson s was great to work with! Marlin was a very personable Salesman and Jesse was great in finance too! They delivered my vehicle to West Fargo and the driver Goose was professionals and had a great sense of humor! Jesse worked with me on finding the best Extended Warranty and Marlin was very responsive to any calls or messages I left. I would recommend Torgerson Auto Center to anyone who wants great service and great deals!

Expensive, very pushy, not as experienced for knowledge of vehicles. Did let us test drive overnight to get a real feel for the truck. Financing rates were high.

Wonderful service, quick, and easy. Brandon was our sales person and he was more than helpful, answered every question we had and had a lot of knowledge. Financing with Lee was super easy and quick, it only took about 30 minutes to complete the transaction. Would definitely recommend!

They sold us a Jeep wrangler. I understand when you by a used vehicle there is an expectation you will need to make some repairs. However the vehicle left my husband stuck because the starter went out within the 1st week of having it, then we went to use the winch and that too is inoperable, now the windshield wipers do not work. Yes we have alreaded replaced the wiper motor twice that is not the issue. We have barley owned this vehicle for two months and these are the issues we have had. Be sure to do a full inspection of any vehicle you buy here.

Made a purchase all over the phone. It was fast and very easy. Everyone I worked with was friendly and professional. We even had a trade in that they were able to do all over the phone. They even drove our purchased vehicle to us. We will be recommending this dealership to our friends and family.

I was interested in a white durango they had for $41,532... I asked the guy whose name started with an M how low he would go on it and he would not budge one bit.. not even a couple hundred.. I found the same exact thing in fargo with less miles for cheaper.. Now that they haven't gotten rid of it they have it priced at $39,932... $1600 CHEAPER! Makes you wonder how much of a rip off they are and how much they make per vehicle.. I will guarantee they will still be making one heck of a profit off of this vehicle and they couldn't even budge a couple hundred. Not to mention I would have been a returning customer, I will now go somewhere else and not recommend them to ANYONE!

We bought a durango from here about a month ago, we started out the process and completed it over the phone. Torgerson was going to deliver the vehicle for free over 200+ miles but we decided to drive up there and get it in person. Very easy, simple, worry free car buying experience. Will and would recommend this delearship to anyone! They will receive my business again sometime in the future!

I wouldn t recommend this place. I ve had my truck for less then 90 days and it is having serious issues. Took it to GMC to get its first oil change and turns out the truck has serious safety Recalls (air bags fail to work, seat belt anchors defected, failed brake system and, brake assist) These recalls have been open since 2016 years( the truck is a 2014). You would think since it s illegal to sale a Vehicle with long over do recalls they would have seen it before putting it up for sale. Having a child with special needs and me being a disabled Army Veteran really let s me know how much they value customers. On top of that it has other damages that make this vehicle Inoperable. I was told when I got this vehicle by the salesman (Tom) that it was covered under a 3,000 mile warranty, which made me feel comfortable. But after talking with the General manager, that s not true. I asked them to cover the cost of repairs of 1,900 dollars but they refused and left it at that. Now I m left with a vehicle that s waiting to get fixed and no way to get to my VA appointments. I have contacted the BBB, TrueCar and my Attorney. I hope this helps others out. I will also contact other Veteran associated programs. Sad how some dealerships treat other. I honestly I thought this place was different.

I took my car to them to get a block heater installed because I recently moved here from Utah and my car was not ready for North Dakota's winters. In the process of installing the block heater, my engine block was damaged and had to be replaced. Carter made sure that they got me a used engine block ASAP and they installed it and the block heater for free because of the inconvenience. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and all the employees I came into contact with were super helpful and friendly. In the end, the only thing I ended up paying for was the engine mount that also needed to be replaced, but since they were already working on the engine, I was only charged for the part itself and not the labor. These guys were fantastic to work with and I cannot recommend them enough. Anyone can make mistakes, but the way they owned up to it and then made up for it highly impressed me. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

The service center crew is amazing. My key broke off in the ignition. They were able to help me find a place to get a new key and take the broken piece out. Even though the shop was closing, they still squeezed me in and were wonderful.

We have now bought three vehicles from Torgerson and I will continue to only use them as long as I live in Bismarck. You can trust that they aren t trying to just get your money and get you out of there. They offer fantastic warranties for great prices. We just had a 7,000 dollar repair bill on our Traverse that we bought a few years ago at torgerson and it only cost us 100 dollars out of pocket. You truly can not find a better used car dealer in the Bismarck area.

If you purchase a vehicle from this place you better have deep pockets or time and know how to repair your vehicle. They will not disclose all the issues. Buyers beware. I traded my truck in May, put a little over 2000 miles on it before it needed major engine work. It also has electrical issues that is not as simple as a switch as they claimed. Hope this helps the next potential victim.

Nice and friendly enough. Had a good experience working with Mike. However the Title I received did not name the bank I financed through as the lienholder. A minor detail, yet a pretty important one as now I have to deal with the always lovely DOT.

Service was friendly, but the car is not good. I was told that the car they sold me was well taken care of, and I was not informed of any problems. Not two days after driving it, the serpentine belts, (yes there are two belts) started making an ear piercing squealing noise. Come to find out the idler pulley and the belt tensioner are both shot. Then one day, it wouldn t start, or even turn over. The battery was shot too. On top of that, once the temperatures got below freezing and even with a new battery, it once again will not start. I jumpstarted it, and it ran for about ten minutes, but once I tried to use the windshield wipers, it died again. It s been sitting on the side of the road since. Be careful what you buy

I've bought 2 vehicles from this dealership, both which have ended up in the shop within a week of purchase with serious engine problems. They clearly just buy whatever vehicles they get good deals on without giving them a through inspection. My last our purchase from them, a pickup, which I paid $45,000 for, is now in the shop 4 days after purchase with $12,000 worth of engine work needing done. Avoid this dealer!

@All Starrs One Star ReviewI am Bill, the finance manager at Torgerson Auto Center. I have tried to contact you and had no response since you were in. This is a follow up to explain what happened when you were looking at the FJ crusier.Customer traveled to ND from MN to test drive a vehicle. Customer did not bring trade vehicle on Saturday. Torgerson Auto Center estimated a trade value and submitted a credit application. The bank was closed and a credit decison would not be available until Monday. Customer was asked if they would like put a refundable deposit payment towards the purchase of vehicle to hold it until the bank would respond on Monday. Customer said they would not be interested in holding the vehicle. As with any business, money or collateral needs to be exchanged to finalize the transaction. Vehicles are for sale to the first person willing to purchase them and that was explained again before the customer left.Monday morning the bank sent an approval. Customer was contacted and given the terms of the loan approval. Customer stated that he did not like the terms of the loan and wanted the bank approval in writing before they would continue in the purchase of the vehicle. Customer was told that he will get copies of all paperwork and will be explained line for line during the paperwork process. Torgerson Auto Center even tried arranging delivery of the vehicle and paperwork to MN, since the customer would not be able to travel to ND until later that week.Customer was again asked if he wanted to hold the vehicle with a deposit. Customer stated that he did not have his wallet and would call in after 5pm to put a down payment on the vehicle over the phone.Shortly after the phone conversation a different customer came in and purchased the FJ Cruiser that "All Starrs" wanted to purchase.

The guys at Torgerson are awesome. They did everything they could to get me a different car with better gas mileage and a lower payment when I had some money trouble. This is the third vehicle Ive bough from them and will reccomend them to everyone I can.

Buyer beware, Canadian vehicles sold at American prices with no factory warranty. Purchased a 2018 Dodge Durango RT I was told had factory warranty, with 14,996 miles on it for 38,942 dollars come to find out it s a Canadian vehicle with no factory warranty. I hoped this situation would be resolved immediately but currently it has not, I was given a few options that required me paying more money or excepting another vehicle from auction that would also cost me more. It is very sad that my family has worked so hard to be able to afford a suv of this caliber, to just be takin advantage of!!!! I hope they will reconsider this sale and make it right, after all there mission statement on there website says they guarantee it.

This dealership is a time waster.They mix con, scam, in business.They are not serious and they wont value your time.They have been calling day-by-day on a Toyota Fj Cruiser they posted for sale on Cargurus.I drove from the Twin-Cities MN to Bismarck ND to see and test drive the car. I drove the car for 10 miles and love the fj. Then they told me car has salvage tittle. I put in paperwork to the bank.On Monday Mike, my salesman, called me and told me the bank approved my loan. He advised me to call Bill. At about 3 p.m. I called Bill, he told me the break down of figures in the loan. He asked me to make a down payment of $600. Note that this sale has a trade of my 2017 Toyota Camry Le of which I have over $850 credit towards payment of the fj cruiser.I agree to call him back at 5 pm. At this time I demand to see the paper work of the Loan.At this point Bill refused taking the downpayment and told me the vehicle was sold.People! My question is: why did Bill change his mind for the sale of the vehicle because I asked to see the paper work for the loan? Ha! Look at the foul play. This was a scam because they think they can exploit an african who is out of state.PUBLIC NOTICE TO ALL BUYERS:To all out of state buyers and people of colour: beware and be very careful dealing with this dealership. Don't take to what they say. Always ask for paperwork. This dealership mix con, scam, in business dealing. Period!

Sales men was awesome I give them a 5 start but auto center Carter and his crew I give them all a 0 took my truck 8m there 4 times and he just told me I've been there 2 times oil change and brakes ..I told him yes and a time for ticking noise and clunking noise charges me for it and turn around and say he didn't... I told them what I needed for my brakes and he said we will look at it I told him I need a new caliber he said ok then charge me for it to tell me I need new brakes and caliber poverty poor service it's sad it really it
