I live in my van and broke down near here and was fortunate enough to find this shop. Gordy is the best! He explained everything to me as well as showed me what he was talking about. He let me sleep in my van in the parking lot because the part wouldnt be in until the morning. And he sent me off with 2 bags full of veggies from his home garden. Im 300 miles away now and my van is running perfect!

The guys at Scotti muffler are awesome. Gordon was very knowledgeable and upfront and honest about what he may have to do as I wanted something specific done on my vehicle. And even though it wasn t an easy task, Gordon got it done and in a timely manner. Great people, quality work, and at a great price. The gentlemen that work here are very nice and were able to get me in same day. I had concerns about an oil leak; they spent about 2 hours on vehicle and came back stating they had no idea what was going on. They stated I had no oil and there was oil all over the bottom of car, indicating a leak but added oil and "could not get it to leak". They advised I just monitor oil level and add as needed; charging me $148. I was not content with this, as they were aware that I had to be towed and something was wrong with my car. I took it to Oswald and it took them an hour to find the leak and only charged me $24! I left feeling unsafe in my vehicle and taken advantage of leaving Scotti Muffler. I would not recommend to others!!Service: Auto maintenance

I'm not normally one to say rude things about businesses, because everyone has bad days. Sadly, after taking my jeep to have a muffler installed years ago, they were extremely rude to me and my mother. They would say negative things on how dumb the muffler I chose was and much more. We decided to be polite and give them the benefit of maybe just having a bad day. Called them again today and asked about possibly having some exhaust work done on my truck, only getting a few sentences in before being greeted with nothing but an attitude and very rude customer service. Needless to say, I will use all other options before ever considering them again.

Called to make an appointment to replace my brakes & they said we can do it today bring it in. Gave me a price when I arrived & ordered front rotors, pads & brake shoes. My parts arrived within 20 minutes & about a hour & half my car car was finished. I'm very pleased with Scotti Muffler & Auto.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Great service and value. I was on a cross country trip when my muffler failed. Scotti's made easy work of replacing it in no time and did it at a reasonable cost allowing me to get back to my trip without skipping a beat.

It was a great experience! I brought my car in and he explained three different options that I had along with prices for each. He had my car done within an hour and charged me exactly what he said it would cost when he gave me the initial estimate. Very professional. Would definitely go back!!! Highly recommend!

Recently I had taken my truck to Scotti's to have some simple exhaust work done. From the very beginning of "Hello," the experience went bad. I had a few specific requests that would have been no trouble for him. Instead he fought me on everything that I wanted done. I finally caved in and told him he could do it his way. One such request was to keep the original muffler intact while replacing it with a Y-pipe. This would be no problem at all as there are factory clamps immediately before and after the muffler. The owner called me about an hour after I had dropped the truck off and told me it would be another hours worth of labor ($70) to take the clamps off and keep the muffler in tact. The truck was almost new so there is no reason it should take an hour to remove three clamps. I was so disgusted with his attitude that I told him not to do anything and I would come back and pick up the truck.I absolutely would not recommend taking your vehicle to Scotti's Muffler and Brake Services. The owner has such a nasty attitude towards customers that I cannot believe he is still in business.If you have any exhaust work you need done, do yourself a favor and use one of the other exhaust shops in town. This guy does not care about his customers, only $$$'s.

So amazing!!! I called a Friday morning and they were able to get me in that afternoon! In 45 minutes I got the call that my muffler replacement was done! And I was surprised on the great price! A+ experience for me!

I brought my 1958 Chrysler to Scotti Muffler to have the complete exhaust system installed. Gordon did a very professional job of aligning the pipes and fitting and welding all the pieces perfectly in a reasonable amount of time and cost. Thank you, Gordon, for the great work! Steve Berg

This place has a great owner he has a big heart but unfortunately he have some bad apples working for him this past Friday 6/3/22 I brought my car there to have it checked out and the owner was off but two Mechanics was working The first mechanic asked for the keys to my car because he needed to drive around the block to find out what was wrong with my car OK no problem then the first mechanic said that he needed the second mechanic to take my car out because he wasn t really sure what was wrong and me not thinking that I had the church money to deposit in between the seats inside the console so after I set an appointment to get my car fixed I go to the bank and realized that $600+ was missing from the church money its sad that this happened to me because I was a new customer and now I will never go back there again

Great place to take your vehicle with friendly and helpful service. Unfortunately my car has needed a lot of work and yet the great staff still gets it done in a very timely manner and the price isn't bad. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I visited Scotti Muffler for advice on a small engine in a box truck. They got me on the right track. Quickly I found it was just better to hire Scotti to do the work. They work with exaust on a daily basis and are setup. They have tons of inventory...Knowledge and service excellent.

The guy yeld at me because I didn't know there was a big difference between muffler and the pipes to the muffler . And i asked for a price then he started getting attitude with me so I said I'll just take my keys . Then he Started call me names as i left then tried to fight me and opened my car door then started call me names some more .

I called yesterday May 21st 2019 got me me in the next day first thing in the morning. Done in a reasonable time,and price was fair. Called a few shops around and they charging me more for the same work . Thanks for your service well be coming back

Driving through and had our exhaust break. A new piece welded on in mere minutes and very inexpensive. Weld holding flawlessly, months later. They were absolutely wonderful

Awesome experience, had a somewhat difficult exhaust system to tie into existing system, another shop tried for 2 days couldn't do it Scottie' had done in 2 hours at fair price.

Don't even have to go here to know I won't want to. Called them for a quote on fixing my brakes, and the guy started spouting off, acting like he knew exactly what happened to them. Very rude.
