Great place of business. Matt F was awesome to work with. He was informative and helped through the entire purchase process. Finance with Becky was quick and easy! I bought my first boat at River City Sports from Zach. Zach made the purchase easy and looked into some additional options. He was able to get me my desired options at a discounted price, so what more could I ask for? We ll, How about a super low price?I purchased my boat for $3,000 less than the Fargo dealer and I received better options! Thanks Zach and RCS!

I recently had some work done by River City s new fiberglass department on a new skeeter boat. Couldn t have been happier with the results. Impossible to notice where the work was done as it blended in perfectly with both the color and my flakes. It s nice to know there s a place to go if accidents happen and where you can be confident the work done will be top notch.

I have a great experience in dealing with the sales staff, service department and the turnover team, at any given time or any question they were all willing to help and spend as much time as needed to make sure that we understood our new purchase, Adam has been very helpfully with explaining how things work and I only a phone call away, I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase and new boat to go in and see the team at River City Sport.Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and I will return for my next purchase.

No complaints, walked in looking to buy an ice house! Talked to the sales associate Matt V. I told him what I was looking for to fit my needs the best, he wasn t pushy just trying to make a sale for the day. He was very helpful,polite and respectful with answering all the questions i had! I would be me more then happy to make another deal in the future with river city sports. What a great experience thanks again!

I was very satisfied with the work I had done at River City Boats Fiberglass repair department. Shane was easy to work with and Kevin and Dan are the best in their field. It was done when they said it would be and estimate was right on. It was a big job and they completed it with no issues, very rare nowdays.

We recently made our second pontoon purchase from River City Sports and our experience there has been wonderful. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain everything about the new features of the pontoon and then take you out on the water to show you. It is nice to deal with honest salespeople! When we are ready to upgrade, River City is where we will go!

The buying procedure at River City was very smooth and timely. We appreciated the fact that we didn t have to wait for a long period of time for paperwork to be completed. When we picked up the boat Dustin walked us through all the switches, electronics, and power units. Was an excellent process!

We did A LOT of shopping around prior to buying our tritoon & it took us almost a year to bite the bullet. The team at River City was the best, by a long shot. From the time we originally walked in to the time we finally purchased we were always met with a welcoming, smiling face. They went the extra mile from selection to financing through delivery & beyond. Most recently, they borrowed us a trailer so we could do a lake weekend. There are many places you can buy a pontoon but only one who will provide the customer service River City did. Thank you!!!

This was my first time dealing with River City Sports, I started off by using their website, which was excellent, couldn t ask for better photos of the boat I was looking to purchase. I then started texting with the sales person, Matthew, who was very responsive and very professional. Then I talked with him via the phone and decided to move forward with the purchase. I was then put in contact with Becky, who is the finance person at River city, she was very easy to work with and made everything very smooth.I then set a date for the 400 mile one-way trip to pick up the boat, when I arrived the boat had been washed and was ready for my inspection and walk through with the marine tech. I forgot his name but he was a very friendly and knowledgeable guy.Overall the experience was excellent, with top notch service. I would highly highly recommend river city !!

It was a great experience working with everyone there. I was very indecisive about which pontoon and what features I wanted. They were very patient and knowledgeable about everything I asked. Great experience and will definitely continue to work with River City Sports with any of my future needs/wants.

Great experience. We were happy with our Ice Castle purchase. Adam helped us customize our Ice Castle to fit our needs. We don t really use the dinette in the Ice Castle so we replaced them with 2 fold out couches which opened up the area. We upgraded from a Lake Audubon to an RV Extreme Hybrid 8 x 21 . Neal in the service department walked Toby through the Ice Castle & made sure he knew how everything worked. We also added another hole from 7 to 8 & there would have been room for a 9th hole. Very professional. Everyone was very helpful & made sure we got what we wanted. This is our second purchase from River City & have been extremely happy both times. Great job you guys. LOVE LOVE LOVE our purchase.Toby & Elaine Tuchscher

Great to work with. I purchased an ice castle there they were super friendly. Mine had a warped cabinet door when I purchased it. They worked their butts off to get me a new one. Ice castle themselves kept sending the wrong doors over and over and over again even though it was identified via Vin number. They stuck with me though to get me the correct door. I have been very pleased with my purchase

I bought a 2010 Moomba outback v, we are satisfied with the sale and how Matt stayed late so we could buy the boat. When we finally got it on the lake a week later we drove it for about 15 minutes before I realized the v-drive warning light was on, I have never owned a v-drive before so I was not looking for warning lights under the throttle. I then checked the v-drive oil and found that the oil didn't even touch the dipstick, so I added a little more than half a quart to bring it to the full mark. I was told that when you do a trade check that all the fluids are checked, obviously not in this case, I really hope that there was no permanent damage done. I then noticed that the speedometer was not working, I have started to try to figure that out. Then the following weekend we were pulling the kids and the steering got super hard, I called the local mechanic and he informed me that I need a new steering cable. So in conclusion, after spending $30,000 on a boat and having these issues arise within 2 weeks of the purchase we are less than happy. I realize that it is a used boat, but we still paid a lot of money for this, hopefully we will not have anymore issues. Update: The service manager did call and offer to fix everything if I brought the boat to them, I opted to fix it myself so he said they would reimburse me for parts. Very nice of them to do that for me.

You guys are phenomenal!! Adam did his job by selling us a pontoon that we needed, we didn t need all the bells and whistles and Adam sold us our retirement dream, so thank you!! Becky was so friendly and helpful with all the paperwork, so made us feel special, thanks! Then there was Dusty, my husband is handicapped from a stroke, and Dusty stepped up and made us feel so comfortable on our pontoon. He showed us everything like a pro but treated us more as a friend, he is a gem, thank you so very much Dusty Again we love you guys so thank you, thank you We will stop in at times and say Hi!!

This was my second time in there store, my first time they brushed me off like I was to poor for their boats , so a year later I gave them a second chance thinking maybe it was just me. Nope it was not me , I was in my work clothes, at first I couldn't find a floor sales person, then he didn't even want to take the time to try and show me any boats , plus there was a comment he made that just turn me off of ever buying anything from them not parts or accessories. This was just my experience they my treat other's better if you dress right.

This is my go-to place for boat anything. The service department is incredibly nice and willing to share their expertise, even if it means saving me money, and them losing an easy sale. River City is the only Mercury dealer in North Dakota to win the prestigious Mercury Service CSI award. They are priced well, you pay a couple bucks more than Walmart, for maybe a lower unit gear oil pump, but it's the one made by Mercury and it's way worth it.

We went to the Sports show and worked with Gary VanBeek. he was awesome. Went to River city and bought our pontoon with Becky. She was very helpful. Took grandkids to see the pontoon. also, Mike was awesome.

We were looking for a pontoon boat but unsure of what the differences were between a pontoon and tritoon. The salesman took the time after work to take us on the river and try both types of boats to help us decide what we were looking for. It was nice not to be pressured into a sale and they have a great selection of accessories for the boats.

We had recently received our custom ordered ice castle and was not impressed. We customized everything exactly how we wanted it, house showed up with only 2 ice holes with lights instead of the 4 as we ordered so now I only have 2 hole lights in the house, very disappointing. We had a slide out installed and house showed up with a dry flush toilet in the slide out. Rivercity removed toilet and put new flooring down, flooring had to be glued on edges since it was wavy. We are concerned with this long term. The house arrived with several marker marks and nicks in the wood work, nicks are easy to cover up but red marker marks are very frustrating. We were given a wood stain marker to fix ourselves. Our house was missing several sections of diamond plate kick plate on the inside which Rivercity did fix without any issue. Front V panel fiberglass has some flaws in the fiberglass so house will be sent back to Manufacture after ice fishing season for repairs.
