I worked with Breanna. I inquired about a soon to be sold car and requested she reach out to me if the buyer backed out. Sure enough, she called me as soon as it became available, and let me test drive the vehicle with no question. She was very trusting, welcoming, and easy to work with. She let me bring it to get checked by a professional, answered the hard questions, and was very fair with the trade in. I will continue to recommend Rides and had an amazing/easy experience purchasing my first car.

Bob and Rides were great! From Montana to Bismarck Bob took care of me. Bob made a video of the truck, posted it to YouTube, I flew to Bismarck, Bob picked me up from the airport, we drove around in the pickup I bought. When I was at the dealership, I was greeted and treated very well! Highly recommend Rides!

Dealing with the folks at Rides is always a fantastic experience.Trevor took the time to listen and pay attention to detail for what we wanted in a vehicle and showed us what he had that met our requirements. He was familiar with each vehicle on the lot and the few questions that he didn t know the answer to, he openly stated he wasn t sure and then went and found the correct answer. That speaks volumes to me and is most appreciated.Everyone at Rides is very personable, professional and easy to talk to with a relaxed approach to car sales with no pressure.I highly recommend stopping by and seeing what they have and checking out their classic cars on the showroom floor.

Trevor, Sheldon and Matt could not have done a better job making this the best possible experience in purchasing a vehicle. They were honest and truly have the customer s best interest at heart. I highly recommend Rides auto sales. Great staff and a great variety of vehicles. They will help you find what you re looking for while keeping your price range in mind.

My girlfriend and I were looking to get out of our car and into an SUV and Trevor, Matt, and Sheldon were super helpful to make that happen. They worked with us and took care of us the way any car dealership should. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Very happy with the car and also the warranty that was offered to us. I'd recommend Rides to anyone shopping for a used car!

After requesting an appointment for a test drive, Trevor Wheeler contacted us immediately to set up a time, and was very accommodating to our schedule. While we looked at the vehicle, test drove, and talked numbers, Trevor gave us time and space and was very patient with us throughout the entire process. Trevor and his team treated us like family, and made the transition into the new vehicle seamless and painless. Highly recommend Rides and Trevor Wheeler, as their customer service is exceptional and very family oriented!

This is our second experience with Rides Auto and they have been exceptionally amazing both times. They are very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. My husband and I both agree that we will continue to go to them in the future when it's time to change or add another vehicle. They are absolutely amazing and wonderful to work with.

Bought a rare low mileage truck from them, excellent customer service and communication throughout the whole process and they worked with me on a timeframe to pick up the truck that worked best for me since I live in St.Louis. Andrew was an excellent salesman to work with and it was one of the nicest car buying experiences I've had. Al the owner was also very nice and had excellent communication. Their showroom is also really cool if you ever get the chance to come in and check it out.

We recently upgraded our suburban and have been looking for quite some time Trevor was our salesman. Trevor was honest punctual kept us up-to-date on the entire process even after the sale The business and finance managers were also super friendly nobody was pushy and we just felt comfortable and confident in our decision to buy a vehicle from Rides. I asked them to fix a couple of things I noticed on the test drive and they got it fixed right away.People say customer service is dead...Not at Rides. Trevor's customer services was awesome!

The car market, like most businesses, is tough right now. I, along with Trevor at Rides, searched for the Jeep Grand Cherokee that I wanted for weeks until he finally found just what I wanted! From start to finish it was a great experience. They gave me top value for my trade-in, Matt was thorough with explaining the warranty that I decided to get & I left a "very" happy customer! I will definitely do business with Rides Auto Sales again!

Jason and the rest of the team at Rides were excellent to work with and very professional! Vehicles are cleaned regularly and sales staff are very helpful and ready to answer any questions that you have! The classic cars in the showroom are also great to look at while you're shopping and doing paperwork!

I came to Rides with a vague idea of what I wanted and left with something that was beyond my expectations (AND affordable)! This was my first time purchasing a car, and the experience was awesome. Russel showed me all the ins and outs within the vehicle that he believed would suit me best. His knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. I truly felt that he had my best interest at heart. Everyone I encountered while there was incredibly friendly and made the process comfortable for a newbie like me! Thank you Rides looking forward to doing more business in the future.

My wife and I wanted to upgrade our vehicles and Rides auto was hands down the best place to go to. Andrew knew everything about the cars we wanted and was able to work with our busy schedules! He even stayed later than needed. The whole team at rides is great and they make it very easy to come back. They all were so helpful through the whole process.

The experience I had when I purchased my vehicle from Rides couldn't have been any easier or more pleasant. They were very friendly, and still are even after the sale was done. They were willing to deal with me on my trade. And they were extremely accommodating and went out of their way for me. I mainly worked with Ryan and sales and Ryan in finance, and thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with both of them. Great place and great employees. And best of all.....I LOVE my car! :)

Had a really great experience buying my new vehicle at Rides! Russell was so friendly and helpful , Also Bob ( because we bugged both w questions when we saw what we wanted!) they both gave their cell phone number and no matter the time of day answered txts and calls and were happy to do so. They did everything they promised without ever having to ask twice. This place is laid back, not pushy, so kind and friendly and we would absolutely recommend them to any of our friends! I can t say enough good things about my experience purchasing a vehicle from Rides. I had a really bad experience when I bought my last car from a different dealership so I was not looking forward to car shopping. Ryan, Matt and Sheldon were all awesome to work with. Not once did I feel pressured or like I was being taking advantage of. They took the time to thoroughly answer my 1000 questions and never tried to rush me into making a decision. I really appreciated their honesty, respect and all the help they gave me and felt completely comfortable going there by myself. I will absolutely be doing business with them again in the future.

I hade a great experience buying a Nissan Murano here. Trevor did a super job letting me know everything I needed to know about the car and was great to visit with while the paperwork was getting ready. Great looking sales floor with beautiful vehicles on it.Matt was very efficient at going through the paperwork with me and very knowledgeable about his job. Sailed right through it. Meanwhile Trevor was getting everything ready to go with my new car.Made buying a car an enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Had an awesome experience buying my hubby s dream truck at Rides! Totally affordable and Shawn was so genuine, and made our experience a laid back and no pressure situation. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, and understood the real life gravity of the decision to purchase a vehicle. He made it fun and enjoyable. I went to several dealerships in Bismarck and Mandan in search of a new vehicle and Rides Auto Sales was by far the best in terms of working with me on everything! I was able to find the perfect vehicle with a great price. Trevor was our sales guy and he was phenomenal! Super friendly and helped us out so much with everything! The other staff members also assisted and were all great and super personable. Definitely would do business with them again and I highly recommend!

I purchased a new to me vehicle from these fine gentlemen today. I have to say that it was a wonderful experience. From the time I entered the lot I felt welcomed. From the salesman to the finance gurus this place is top notch . I enjoyed the atmosphere of the showroom with all of the beautiful classics as well as the conversations that I shared with all of the sales staff. Of you are in the market for a new to you cruise up to north Bismarck RIDES and ask for Trevor Wheeler. Thanks so much guys, you are all awesome!!!!!!!

We bought a suburban from them, Ryan was awesome to work with highly recommend! I was pretty frustrated with dealers and then saw the suburban and them online. We put a deposit down and had our car the next week. My husband flew in and Ryan picked him up at the airport. Great customer service and loving our new car it s a little nerve racking committing to something before you see it but it was in mint condition!

Rides did an amazing job start to finish. Shaun was amazing to work with. They listened to my needs and delivered in full to help me get the truck I wanted. I got to the dealership and took the truck for a test drive before signing off on the paperwork. I found a chip in the windshield and they took care of it immediately and had the truck ready by the time we had finished with Matt in financing. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle or classic car restoration.

My experience with Rides was amazing! I worked with Sheldon. I found a truck on Cars.com and he responded to me right away when I inquired about it. They were not pushy at all, were super friendly, and gave me a great deal on the pickup and my trade! Even delivered it to me here in Billings. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Just purchased my dream vehicle and the team at Rides is phenomenal! Process was easy and quick and Sheldon went through the vehicle from top to bottom with us. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thought of our needs when helping me find a vehicle. Makes you feel like family . If you are thinking of a vehicle stop and see him first. Rides is a great place to buy a vehicle. They have always treated us decent and been fair. Our salesman, Ryan Holverson, is a great guy to work with. He will listen to what I want as far as options, and always comes up with suggestions for me to drive and try. We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Ryan and Rides Auto Sales. Very pleased and highly recommended.
