Place is amazing! Got me in immediately, took care of all my needs in the fashion in which I asked and didn t charge me for extra unnecessary parts or labor! I will now go out of my way to make this a stop for anymaintenance I may have in the future!

They know where they standing for!Great and helpful people.I arrived tuesday evening around 6pm by RDO truckcenter in a derate motion with a DEF problem and water pump leak.Wednesday morning they pulled me in,there was a wiring problem with the DEF connection and they called around for a electric water pump and found one in California.There are not much electric water pumps available in North America,so it was not so easy to find one and that they ll sell one.Wednesday evening they pulled me out with a big shovel that I could stay in them yard they connected a electric extension cord to my truck to keep my batteries loaded,it saved me 2hotel nights and friday around noon was everything done and put me back on the road.Thanks for the great and good service!

This is the most decent experience I've had in any mechanic shop.I was pleasantly surprised with the way they handled my situation. Very knowledgeable service advisor whose first goal is not to rip you off. They identified the problem, fixed it and not just replace a bunch of unnecessary parts. Thank you so much.

Staff was nasty and lies, didn't do what was specifically told to do, my tractor was supposed to be choked down to 69 mph, it was calibrated to 68.7, no big deal, close enough?, not 69 though!, I was hauling grain from one end of the state to the other and it was important and to be told they know better than me is ridiculous. The secretary is someone to stay clear of and have as little contact with as possible, she is scandalous

I went there with problem with truck not shutting off after stopping and not going in gear. They did diagnose with electrical problem. Got there on the 4 th off April had to stay in hotel for 3 nights finally told them on the 8th April to please give me my truck back I know I can drive it home. There are amateur mechanics working there. All the days they were trying to figure out what the problem was finally they told me that a relay panel is bad which is completely not true. They charge me $4775.88 all for them trying to figure out what was wrong with it this is so wrong for people to do not knowing what they are doing and I have to pay for it. Even the invoice they gave me it says no repairs performed what does that supposed to mean and I still have to pay for it. I hope they can sleep good at night. Oh by the way my truck is doing the same exact thing it was doing before I took it over there.Today my truck was fixed by Gatr truck center they found a back ground to the transmission. That is all.You guys will have pay my money back for wrong diagnoses.

Had an issue with a coolant hose that was on backorder, and they were able to find it and order it overnight. They got me back on the road the next day. Top notch service.

Every time I call looking for truck parts they go above and beyond helping me and will get them shipped out quickly. There s not an RDO that carries Volvo parts here in Williston so these guys are a big help.

Great ppl. Specially Bunny who was very friendly and helpful. I went there for a windshield replacement. I called them 20min in advance and told me to stop by and they will squeeze me in! I was afraid of long hours of waiting but in 2h and a half I was out on the road!

Broke down in New Town ND, had the truck towed to this RDO location in Bismark. After a 9,000$ turbo repair, the issue is not fixed. I brokedown again last night as I sit at a truck stop in Fargo ND. I was told the issue was a turbo, and not something else that caused the turbo to cease. Well guess what RDO, I'm broke down again. I had a hotel room paid for through to today, and chose to forfeit that room, because y'all promised the truck was fixed and ready to go. Now the RDO in Fargo says they can't look at the truck till next Tuesday or Wednesday, and I'm stuck again missing my family on Thanksgiving. I really appreciate the fact y'all didn't do your jobs, and now I'm stuck again 3 hours down the road. Hope you enjoy time with your families...*Update* so after leaving a shop in Fargo, that changed 3 sensors, I made it down the road 30 minutes, and a hose flange on the EGR cooler blew out. RDO should've known to replace the hose, as new turbo creates more airflow, and old hoses dry out. Still having an issue with this EGR system, and brokedown for a 4th time yesterday with a loss of turbo power. Y'all definitely didn't fix the issue. You sold us an over priced turbo, cleared codes and sent us on our way. Not cool.

Fantastic shop for an Owner operator, Bunnie in service got me in and out with no notice and got me done same day. Worth going out of route to get repaired quickly!
