I had to write this review as I was going through the old paperwork and came across the estimate they gave me for replacing the ball joints on my truck. The ball joints were completely fine btw I figured out later the only problem my truck had was some loose bolts. Anyways these people quoted me $1734 just for replacing two ball joints, charging ~$200/h for labor. I have a PHD in AI, I don t make that much money!!! Stay away from them, they will try to rip off.. seems like they changed location since I was there but the phone number is the same. I assume it is still the same people

I was purchasing a used car and wanted to be confident that there were no hidden issues, so I worked with Pat at Pro Tune Plus on a Pre-Purchase Inspection. He was extremely thorough and checked every aspect of the vehicle, including the computers. He even worked with the dealer on getting the issues found corrected before I purchased it. I'm extremely satisfied and couldn't recommend the team at Pro Tune Plus more!

Excellent service! I went here to get my car checked before I moved back home and it was one of the best car services I've ever had. Joe was affable, professional, and efficient in his work. It didn't take long for the service to be finished, and he even put on some zip ties on the front of my ripped bumper to prevent it from getting damaged on the long ride home-for free! If you want quality service that's fast and professional, I highly recommend Pro Tune Plus.

We were travelling from Ontario to Alberta and our truck broke down. We were towed to Pro Tune Plus and we were so happy with the reception that we received.They were very courteous and brought us to a hotel for the night and also picked us up in the morning.Our truck was all fixed and we made it to Alberta without further incident.Our bill was very reasonable.I would highly recommend Pro Tune Plus.Thanks so much Pat, Joe and the crew.

I cannot say enough about how great Joe was to work with, and what terrific work he did with our car. We were in town working when our Volvo sprung a gas leak. Not only did they fix the leak, they discovered that the fuel pump that we had just put in 3 months previous was defective. We travel for work and had the pump installed in Oklahoma City. Joe and his staff finagled the warranty from the shop in Oklahoma City and ensured that O'Reilly honored it, saving us tons of money. Not for nothing, but Joe and his partner really should have their own reality show. Anyway, I highly recommend Pro Tune Plus to anyone and everyone. Great work and a staff that made a bad situation a pleasant experience.

Being a tow truck driver I take a lot of vehicles to shops. Joe and pat are by far the greatest mechanics I've met. I personally take my vehicles to them and always will. Always honest and upfront with everything! By far the best shop I've been too and will always recommend them!

Absolutely incredible.Pro Tune Plus came through hard for us on our travels. We broke down in ND, are from Canada and Joe, Pat, Mayson and Nathan were the real MVP's who got us fixed up and back on the road in no time at all. Each one of them were SO compassionate, empathetic and did everything in their power to help myself and my friend get back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. Everything from personally driving us around town, and personally offering up a place for us to stay. Their efficiency and mechanic work is second to none and I would recommend ANYONE to not only get their vehicle fixed by Pro Tune Plus but to also even just have the pleasure of meeting these incredibly kind people. It was the best of a crappy situation to have had them come along our path. They give me faith in humanity and I from the bottom of my heart can't even put into words how wonderful of a business Pro Tune Plus is. Number one in North Dakota by a long stretch.

Joe fixed our truck first thing Monday morning when it threw a belt and needed a tensioner pulley over the weekend. He was VERY friendly and made sure nothing else was wrong with our vehicle. He came highly recommended and we experienced why.

Pat provides excellent service. Personally made sure I got to where I was going while he took care of my repairs. He explained everything well and showed me in the shop with the old parts so I understood what he had done and why. Saved my Duck Hunt! Great people. Accommodated my two dogs while they fixed my van. Got me back on the road and had no further problems. I highly recommend this group for any travelers with car or truck problems.

I highly recommend Pro Tune Plus based on my experience. I was driving from Virginia to Saskatchewan in January and my AWD system in my volvo xc 70 failed. I was stuck in a strange town and unsure of where to take my car. Both AAA and the staff at the Marriott Residence Inn seemed to think Pro Tune Plus would be decent. I was more than impressed with their service and the options offered in getting me back on the road. They did a great job; show impeccable attention to detail; and understood my need to get my car fixed and back to grad school quickly and cheaply. Fixing a Volvo in an area where there aren't alot of Volvos was scary for me but it worked out great!Thanks Again!

I called and scheduled an appointment multiple days in advance, for a Tuesday morning and had my car towed there that morning. The car not only did not get done but I was not updated on the process at all, when I called I was told by the receptionist that she had no idea about where the car was and if it was being worked on let alone where a mechanic was. She then told me she would call me back with an update and never did, upon arrival I was told It would hopefully be done tomorrow. Due to my tight work schedule I took the day off to make sure I had time to meet with the shop, get the car there and paid for once done, now I am without a vehicle another day and don t know if I will get it the next day in due time to get myself to work.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Everyone in the shop is very knowledgeable and kind, they know what they are doing and they treat you professionally. I don't take very many things to mechanic shops, but when I need to I will bring it to pro tune plus no question. And quick getting me in and out all fixed up!

Joe and the staff were fantastic! We were on a road trip on a time schedule and got to the shop later in the day. Without asking, Joe stayed an extra 45 minutes after hours so that we could continue with our trip. We even got to play some old school NES as we waited.

Broke down in Montana on my way to Bismarck on a trip. Fella in Billings put in the piece and sent me on my way. Got to Bismarck, the piece was not put installed correctly. Pat at ProTune was able to get me in, fix the problem by the end of my trip, cadvise me on other future repairs, and get me back on the road, all while figuring out how to cover the bill with the previous mechanic. I've driven about 12 hours since his repairs, and can tell they were done right. Awesome shop and reliable work. Hope I don't have issues around Bismarck again, but if I do, this is where I'll head.

Great owners who explain everything in detail. They take you to the back and show you what repairs are needed. Prices are a little higher than I'm used to but work is done well. Great waiting room with TV.

Good customer service, vehicle turnaround was quick. Hourly labor charges may be a little steep but work was done well.

Service was awesome and if you haven't been here I recommend giving them a try. They were courteous and very professional. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it right the first time every time I have been here.

Called for price quote. Guy on phone asked if I was already in there computer for an appointment. I was not and he stated he would not give me a quote, he doesn't play that game because people don't show up and then hung up. Absolutely pathetic customer service.
