I forgot to rate these guys mid-winter. My car starter stopped working the winter before and I got used to running out to start it. Then I talked to Lyle and he said "oh yeah, we can do that no problem". A day later it was working and the rest of the longest winter in the history of winters was easy and comfortable.Thanks Guys! I love my car again!

I had these guys hook up an amp and some subs and was not disappointed. Things didn't work out as expected, but they found a solution to the problem. I'm definitely bringing my other vehicles here.

These guys are awesome! We purchased multiple items from them and had them install. They gave us a great deal! The installation was quick and took the time to explain how everything worked and how best to use it. I wouldn t go anywhere else but here!

Knowledgeable service, but time management might be an issue. We didn't appreciate waiting in town for several hours only to find out at the end of the day the job couldn't be finished as promised. We even forwent my car install so all the time could be spent on our other vehicle. Being that we live 90 minutes outside of Bismarck, we will have to finish the remainder of the job ourselves and order the additional component left out. Again, knowledgeable service and nice enough, but poor time management may cause issues. We would have felt better if they would have been upfront about the issue instead of waiting until the end of the day to call and tell us it wasn't finished. No compensation or discounts offered for the inconvenience. Being they are the 'best of the best' I think they could have done better for the price we paid for the service performed.

I went to 2 different places to get my auto start fixed in Bismarck and both couldn't do it. After going to Premier Audio, they fixed my issue in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend

Lyle at Premier Audio was great to work with, especially being from out of state. We contacted him to install some tower speakers and a subwoofer in our new boat. Everything turned out great as he even met up with us when we picked the boat up from the dealership. His customer service has been great, as I have called him after the fact in regards to a few questions about the new system. Would definitely recommend to others! Thank you!

Great Customer service. Mike was super knowledgeable in regards to me making a soundbar selection for my living room. He was an excellent resource and seemed to care about my choice, which was refreshing because I shopped multiple stores. Lyle did the install and he was timely and professional. Would recommend Premier Audio to anyone. I will be back!

This place rocks !! I purchased a new Bluetooth Kenwood car stereo and had them install the unit. Their prices are the best in the state/ amazing work and fantastic customer service. Thanks guys

Knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices.They installed a low profile 10" with an amp for a decent price and gave me a great deal on a different wiring kit because the one I purchased was too thick of gauge.I recommend premier audio to anyone looking to upgrade their audio system.

Needed to replace subwoofer in my BMW M Roadster. Interview search made it sound impossible! Premier Audio solved the problem quickly and I am now enjoying the music again! Finished work in about 3 hours and price was very reasonable. Will go back to them for future projects!! 10 stars!!!!

They were amazing, there was a misunderstanding about time and we drove from out of town. There were accommodating with getting us in and when we came back to wait, they allowed us to hang out in the theater room enjoy a movie while they finished. The best guest service I have had in a long time!

This store is awesome and has the most experience in town. it's been awhile since I did this review. And I can still say they are the best place in town when it comes to Quality installs with a good staff and great owner and their knowledge is second to none

Had the gentleman diagnose my 12 year old auto start, personally thought it needed full replacement, they honestly identified the remotes as the problem and happily paid a quarter of the cost for the fix. Well done.

After having my vehicle serviced my starter on my remote starter stopped working and was told to go here to have it fixed. when I walked in one of the employees used "rape" in a joke which I thought was pretty inappropriate, but then they kept my truck to diagnose the problem. After a couple of hours I got a ride back and was charged $60 for labor and was told the module was out and need to be replaced for $120. Mad for being charged so much I said no, and I went home looked up a manual on the remote and learned it was in valet mode and now works just like it used to, seems like a scam to me I'll stop anyone I can from doing business with them.

They were very happy to help get just what I needed for the right price and they even gave me a ride what their personal vehicle so I didn't have to sit and wait. Will go back for sure.

If i could give this place a no star i would. Im from houston tx just moved here and bought a car had them put in a pioneer bloothe toothe radio took them 2 hours they charge 75 an hour i ended up paying 135 for just a radio installation, i had a radio just like this put in three differnt cars in the past never paid more then 45 dollars ...this place is a scam they wouldnt let me go back to see the progress of the installation, prolly cuz they charge by the hour and they were taking there time....they got me good...i asked the guy why it was taking so long he said the installation tech had 30 years experience, yeah right they were racking up the hours...do not go here i warned you, if you disregard this post i wish you the best and good luck on getting ripped off
