Great service. Knowledgeable. Joe and his team are professionals. Ignore the bad reviews, because most of them being their snowblowers into the shop a day after a blizzard and want them fixed the same day, even though they haven t serviced it since last year and left the junk gas in all winter. Support your small business. They have echo equipment, pretty much the best you can get as far as lawn care. Reasonably priced and done right the first time.

Went in 45 minutes before the advertised closing time one afternoon and they were too busy "getting ready to close" to pay any attention to me. They threw some parts at me and wanted me out the door. I wanted to actually talk to them about my mower and the issues I was experiencing. I will not walk through his door again.

I have been using Precision Small Engine for the past decade. They are very knowledgeable and honest to work with. Sometimes they are completely swamped with customers but it is only because they are such a very high quality repair shop. I highly recommend them to do your next repair.

Joe and Chuck have always been excellent on getting my equipment up and running, getting parts ordered and getting them to me rapidly so I have very little down time. Highly recommend using their services.

I've been turning to Precision Small Engine (PSE) for the last couple decades for all things mower, blower, tiller, and everything else with an engine in it small enough that I could lift or drive up a ramp. I also turn to PSE for most parts. My experiences during the whole of this has been overwhelmingly positive. Items they have worked on for me include push- and riding mowers, snowblowers, a power washer (almost, more on that later), and my tiller. They always call with an estimate before proceeding with repairs, and always return the damaged/worn parts after, so I can see for myself the nature of the problem. (Plus, I can recycle the metal.) If the unit isn't worth repairing, they let me know that, too. Turnaround is unfailingly quick unless parts are hard to obtain; even then it is reasonably quick. Now, back to the power washer. Two summers ago it wouldn't start. I fought to even pull it through; something was seriously amiss. I took it in, and Joe sized it up. He asked if it had been tipped. It had; I had been working on the hose attachment. The solution? Remove the spark plug and pull it through repeatedly until the oil that had gone where it wasn't needed/wanted had been cleared. We never even unloaded it, I took it home and followed his directions. It's run fine ever since. Lesson learned. Cost? Nothing other than my time. There can be a drawback to turning to Precision Small Engine though, and that's that they're well-known and well-liked, so late spring and late fall they get really busy, and are often backed up with work. The solution is to get your mowers (spring) and blowers (fall) in before the weather turns. Same-day service is the norm.

Great place for repairs to lawn mowers and snow blowers. Or any small engine repairs. They accept credit cards checks or cash.

Tried to drop off Snapper rider for repair. Was told they didn't have time for riders. "You should have brought it last winter when I had to lay off my guys" . 5-22-18
