Gave me an amazing quote over the phone.Door went up before I got to it.I had a back issue I was able to stay in the driver's seat while they did the work I was out of there quickly couldn't have been a better experience. Last 2 visits they saved me down time and $

I use them for roadside service on my semi trailer showed up in a timely fashion. Got the job done professionally and they did not take advantage of me for being a truck driver five star rating for sure.

I had a flat tire at work and I called Pomp's. They sent a service person to come and take the tire, fix the flat and put the tire back on. I was able to continue with my day at work. The service person was great to work with. This is what I call excellent customer service.

I had a great experience here! I asked them to fix my tire and they had it fixed and back on my car in what seemed to be less than 10 minutes!

Excellent service! I had a tire going flat and they got a nail removed and the tire patched very quickly, and had immediate availability within an hour of closing. Would recommend!

I don't have alot of time to do my own truck maintenance. I can take my trucks to Pomp's, let them do the maintenance I ask of them. I do not wonder if they did their job. I have the security of a good running vehicle for long trips and at a reasonable price. They are good old boys like me. I like that.

The guys did a great job! All the way from diagnosing the problem to communicating said problem and promptly executing an efficient and effective servicing on my pickup s front end. Feels like I m driving a tank now!!! Thank you guys, will surely be back!

What a great service. I dropped of my vehicle on my lunch break and picked it up after work. The customer service was fantastic. They did a fabulous job. They checked to make sure everything was filled up and at the right levels.Was a bit confusing that it changed from Firestone to this name but overall I am completely satisfied with my experience and quality and care I recieved. Every person there was so friendly and nice and helpful.

These guys are the best! I got a flat tire on my spare,I had my flat tire the rim in my car.I called them up they came out to my car, got the tire took it back to the shop for a new tire on it then right back to my car and put it on for me. All the other shops that I called wanted me to have my whole entire car towed, just to fix the flat! For prompt professional service and repair with practical and affordable business practices call these guys.

Great help when I called. When I arrived the person grabbed the tire out of the pickup and carried it in. Called on Friday and they had the tires and put one on the rim first thing Monday. Highly recommend.

Great friendly service and advice. Thought I needed a new battery, but they tested it and said all I needed to do was charge it up. So they even charged it for me at no cost. Also gave me a ride home, and picked me up again, so I wouldn t have to wait around during the four hours of charging!

I love how personable they are at pumps! I am from a small town in North Dakota and that is what it feels like. They called me by name and I don t feel like just another customer. I also feel like they won t add on extra things to fix. Honest, good guys there!

Yesterday my tire went flat while I was donating blood. I called the nearest tire place and they didn t have staff to send out to help me. Then I called Pomp s and they were amazing. They sent their service truck over to put air in the tire then I followed him to the shop. They got my car in right away. It took less than half an hour and I was on my way! Every staff member I encountered was friendly and so helpful. They showed me a jar with all the things they've collected from tires and pointed out the rock that was in mine. The price was so reasonable considering they also made a service call! Small town service in the city!!!

I was able to get my son's car in for an oil change and heating issue without much of a wait. They even suggested obtaining a used part to fix the heating issue instead of spending much more on a new part. I appreciate the savings and the reasonable prices!
