FANTASTIC! Ill start off by saying that the experience I had in this store was phenomenal! I have never worked with such a motivated and outstanding individual, from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and immediately felt welcomed and taken care of! The store was also very clean and smelt amazing! After just a few moments of working with Bobbi she was able to find my tire size, vehicle, and the tire brands available for purchase! She was extremely knowledgeable and I couldn t be more thrilled with my experience! Thank you Bobbi! I ll be referring anyone in need of tires!

Great service! I had to get new tires. Bobbi was very helpful explaining how everything worked what the prices were. She went over the different kind of tires you can choose. They also offer financing and it truly helped me out. Definitely recommend them!

I ve been using OK for ALL my vehicle needs for over 10 years now. They consistently take good care of me at the best price in town. The mechanics care about you and your safety. If they see something they bring it up. I once said I couldn t afford the fix and got a phone call later with a new estimate that made it affordable. I love these guys so much that they get Christmas cards. I would send my children to them to babysit if I could! Amazing people, I m grateful for such a well rounded establishment!

Updated 3/14/2024:I wanted to take the time to update this review (original below). A big thanks goes to the new manager Bobbi, who has worked tirelessly to make things right. Shawn with the corporate office also took the time to meet me in person to discuss my concerns and find a resolution. They replaced the other two damaged wheels and covered the costs to have my tires mounted and balanced, making me whole. To me, that says a lot. They walk the talk. During my time working this out with Bobbi, I got a chance to learn more about the situation she was put into and I think she's doing a great job with staffing changes and fostering a positive culture at this location. I believe that this location is on its way to becoming a professional, reliable place for service. Although this experience wasn't perfect at the start, I'm bumping this 1 star review up to 4, and all of those stars belong to Bobbi's efforts.Original Review: I recently purchased new aftermarket wheels for my Jeep, so I brought my existing wheels and tires to OK Tire to mount my tires and balance the new wheels. They were able to get me in quickly, which was great. Unfortunately, the installation process damaged the finish on two of the five new wheels. After reviewing with corporate, they agreed to purchase replacements to make things right, which was appreciated. It took about a week for them to come in, then I had to drop off the damaged wheels again for remounting and balancing.I had to specify that they mount the tires on those wheels the same orientation they came in, because they mounted the others in the opposite direction. Since this is a Jeep, there can sometimes be rubbing of the interior sidewalls due to suspension articulation, leaving scuffs and undesirable marks visible if mounted that way out. I asked the sales rep for an explanation why they would be installed this way, but hadn't gotten a response from him. A few days later, I heard back from Bobbi, the new manager.She said if I brought back the reverse-mounted tires, they would happily correct the issue. So I brought them in the next day and they finished the job in about 30 minutes. One distressing thing was hearing the technician shouting in the back that he didn't want to do it and traded a few choice words with the sales rep, which wasn't exactly encouraging. When I got the wheels back they had numerous scrapes and gouges on the front lips of the rims. When Bobbi called to check on me, I explained the new damage and sent her pictures to review. She offered to get me touch up paint from a local body shop, which I accepted.When I got the tires and wheels home to touch them up, I discovered there was also damage on the rear lips of the rims. I've done what I can to repair them myself, but it was obvious little care was taken. Between this and the initial damage on the faces of the first pair of wheels, the whole experience has been very frustrating. Now I have a pair of my new rims with about 12 areas of damage to the finish on the front and rear sides, each (I have many more pictures than what was posted). This was supposed to be a simple, enjoyable mod for my Jeep, but it became an extremely negative experience.The only bright spot in all of this, and the reason for the single star given, has been Bobbi, the manager. She has tried very, very hard to make things right for me. She has a great attitude and has been communicative and professional. It's unfortunate that some of the other staff here don't seem to share her customer first approach and work ethic.

Bobbi was a great help in getting my rims and tires ordered. They have unbeatable pricing as well as customer service. I will now be bringing all my vehicles here! Thank you OK Tire for a great experience!

Went to three other tire shops in town and was told we had to buy new sensors for our dually tires. The tech at OK tires took the time to make them work. Facility was clean with amenities in the waiting area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just went in this week for an oil change not only did I get in and out in a timely manner I also got very good advice from Bobbie on how I can get the new tires I need. Will for sure be going back. I appreciate the female interaction I always feel like men will steer me wrong and take advantage of what I don t quite know. For sure will recommend to all the females out there!!

Everything was good. They got me in an hour after I called. Service was great. The price on your tires was a little more than a different shop so I went to a different place for my last set but I was disappointed with the service there. I asked ok tire if they can price match in the future and they said to an extent so hopefully I will be back for my next set

They talked me through different winter tire options and prices, got the ones I wanted ordered in quickly, and installed shortly after they arrived. Also if you play video games chat up Levi at the front desk

Levi and Bill both have been very good to work with. Levi always gives us the best price and his honest opinion whether it be for our fleet vehicles or our personal cars. They get us in quickly and promptly.

I called several local shops looking for tires for my 2013 Audi A8. Most had to order in tires and had little to no selection to order from. I called OK Tire of Bismarck. Levi was great! He had the tires I was looking for in the size I needed, and had an immediate opening for installation. Great customer service and the price was hundreds less than I was expecting. 100% recommend!

Super easy to work with. Made my alignment appointment in advance and then day of worked with Levi to get an approximate time frame to come back and get my truck. Estimated price was given at time of appointment and actually came in a little less than that once finished.

I was there for a while because I had my oil changed and got new brake pads/rotors. Everyone who walked in was warmly greeted and treated like a VIP. The salespeople knew their products and did a great job explaining them to customers. I was headed out of town and Bobbi squeezed me in to get my brakes done. I m so grateful because I wouldn t have felt safe driving with them about to go out.

Fantastic service. Was travelling through on a cross-country trip and felt a shake from the front end of my vehicle. I called and tried to get in at a number of tire stores and nobody could see me for about a week. Stopped at another one and same thing. Stopped at OK Tire Store and they came out and looked at the tire and diagnosed it. They then immediately replaced it and had me back on the road within about an hour. While I was sitting in the waiting area and chatting with another customer about his RV for sale, one of the staff members overheard us and helped him post his RV on Facebook marketplace. Absolutely friendly and helpful staff!

Ok Tire has always been helpful, from helping pick the right tire, fixing brakes, and everything in between. Bobbi was very helpful. I like that they actually talked to me when my husband and I went to look for tires. It's my vehicle and I know what I want and need. Most places seem to ignore women. It only took 45 minutes to get a new set of 4 put on my jeep. The service is always good, and the staff are friendly.
