Got nail in my trailer tire . Talked to Jason and was told it s ok to come over to fix it. When arrived there was no line , was taken right away . Decent price , very professional stuff . And ready go back on the road . Thank you

I was traveling in a 3/4 ton Dodge and picked up a nail. I nursed it along for several hours stopping frequently to get air. I pulled into this shop about 15 min before closing on the weekend, and was sure they would not be willing to help so close to closing. I was wrong. They directed me to an open bay and repaired my tire right way. I was back on the road by close of business. Great guys, with great service.

We were on our way to devils lake, ND to race, blew out an inside dual tire on our motorhome, the guys at ok tire got us fixed up asap and back on the road! Highly recommend them to anyone needing tires!

Very reasonable price on 5 trailer tires and had them replaced like a pit crew on a race track. 20 minutes and that included pulling and putting chrome lug covers and caps back on without a scratch on polished wheels great job guys thanks!

These guys are awesome. Most of my work with them is B2B but they re always on top of things and always provide excellent service, no matter how busy they are.I have customers come in with debris in their tires often and this is the first call I make - they ve never let me down when I send someone up there (even when the fix isn t as quick and easy as I hoped it would be).It s not easy to tell a customer who s not coming to see me for tires (or anything related to their vehicle) that their day just got a little more expensive - but OK treats everyone so well that even my customers come back and than me for sending them over there.

Came to the shop with extreme wheel wobble at 45 to 55mph. Replaced the steer tires and took the old steer tires and threw them on the trailer.Test drove the truck fully loaded 79600 pounds. No steering wheel wobble, no crazy shaking, just a NEW EXPERIENCE with my truck driving down the road.

I had a flat on a steer tire on I-94 West bound around mile marker 113. I called OK and they said they would send someone out, 9 hours later still no word. The lady working the phone was pleasant but she could not reach the on call technician for 9 hours! If they can not keep track of one of their employees for 9 hours how are they going to respond to an emergency. I eventually called Northwest Tire and they were out in an hour. I would never use them again!!!

On an cold and snowy night last week, I pulled off the exit with my travel trailer tire completely locked up. The truck stop across the street suggested that I contact OK Tire Store in the morning. I slept in my truck in their parking lot. In the morning when the store opened, I asked if they could help me. They said, "If anyone can help you with this, it's Matt." By some stroke of Providence, Matt was on the schedule at work that day. He said he would take a look at my wheel. I skidded the truck and trailer into their warm garage. I was traveling by myself, on a budget, and anxious that this repair would cost thousands of dollars. Since my dogs and I were full-timing in my RV, it would have meant that we were out of a home if it couldn't be fixed. The wheel bearing assembly literally fell apart in thousands of pieces and dust when he pulled it off. Matt thought he could fix it, though. He had to rethread a piece, then he took me with him to go find a wheel bearing assembly. We went to two places, the latter having just what I needed. $64 later, we were back at the garage and Matt was working a miracle. Less than an hour later, my travel trailer wheel was repaired. I paid my bill: $85.00. Thank you to OK Tire Store in Bismarck. And more than anything, thank you to Matt who was not discouraged by the thousands of pieces, the difficulty of the job, or having to go find parts. I will never forget your kindness or your competence. And also--thanks for the great conversation. You can't go wrong going to this store.

I stopped for a tire leak. They brought it in in a reasonable time. They said they fixed the issue, but they didn't. Waisted some money on a job that wasn't fixed.

I called to get two 9 inch wide rims and two tires, 22.5 , said they would get prices and call me back , never did, Week later I called again, they said again they would get prices and call me back , Again they never did , save yourself the headache and go somewhere else
