I always enjoy coming to O'Reilly's. I've never had any issues at any store I've been to. The staff is always pleasant and courteous. Joseph at the Bismarck store was so helpful. I will always shop here when I need anything. They also had parts I needed for the boat. Also, thank you for the military discount

Always a great location! Friendly; helpful staff. Store is always in order & clean. 9/10 they have the parts I need for my old Chevy. Every time I pass through I will stop at this location if need be.

The kid that works there has given me and my husband the wrong part numerous times and is too lazy to even look it up. Terrible service

Came into this location looking to get a windshield repair kit for a small crack in a windshield and the staff was less than helpful. The man at the register ignored my first attempt at giving him my number for their loyalty program, and seemed annoyed when I tried a second time. I asked him a simple question about the sealant, and he told me to read the directions. Usually O'Reilly employees are super helpful towards me, so this was fairly odd and out of character for one of their employees.

Wonderful helpful staff! They helped us install the wiper blades before we purchased to make sure they fit before charging us.

Friendly service and helped me find what I needed to get back on the road and home to Nebraska when I was in a rut and clueless. Loved that they helped me understand what I needed to do to replace the headlight on my jeep and loaned me out the tool to do it right there In the parking lot. Exemplary service staff!

I'm new to ND and need to get a check engine light looked at. Customer service was outstanding. I forgot the name of the female attendant who was very welcoming and polite. Ryan who helped me with the check engine light was awesome. He was very informative and went out of his way to get an address for a shop. Our parts store back home can learn a thing or two from these folks

Went in to the store ready to drop money on some snow chains, but we needed a bit of advice and help. Guy behind the counter was super rude and unhelpful, would barely talk to us, mostly just grunted. So, we went and spent our money somewhere else. Now I know where not to go for auto supplies.

Super helpful folks here, we came all the way from Portland, Oregon, we had gone thru a snowstorm earlier that day and totally lost functionality of our windshield wipers, -we could barely see the road- due to the previous night's frost. Big guy at the cashier on the right helped us get the new wipers we needed to continue our East Coast road trip. The wipers were great during the rainy parts of our 3-week long trip. We were at the store on early Sunday. Super grateful. You could not come up with stuff like this for a commercial, I kid you not.

2 Wiper blades needed and the crew came outside in the drizzle and wind - INSTALLED IN JUST A FEW SECONDS, with a smile! Thanked me for my business and we drove off. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & FAST!!

First off thank you so much to Ryan at north store. Came in to return part, only reason found it cheaper. Ryan took charge and told me about price match. Needless to say I got the part for price online. Ryan , we need more people like you. Thank you again for your excellent customer service. 5 star

Walked in Saturday, no welcome. Just being ignored. First guy I asked for bulb number for car. Told me...end of discussion. Picked one out but not sure if plug end was correct as 2 different styles. Asked the person with the long hair (didn't know if guy or girl) if I had chose the right one. I was told "how am I suppose to know, I don't drive ur car" then proceeded to stare me down. I was caught by surprise by the rudeness. I said I thought u would know. The person then said "if u choose this one, I'm going to have to charge you more." Duh moment. Someone should put a firecracker under a few butts. Lazy, smart mouth, and very little intelligence for working at auto store. Never go back and I'll spread the word.

We stopped here while on a road trip to Theodore Roosevelt National Park. It was a very hot week and my AC was dying so a desperate stop at O'Reilly was in order! Gary was the savior of our trip! He came outside to help me install the freon, which I would never have figured out without his expertise. I even tried to give him a cash tip, which he refused and simply said it was his pleasure to help. It was great service, my kids and I were so very thankful for his help and for the much cooler air we got to enjoy after that!

I asked to get a check engine light checked and needed some windshield wipers also, I was told I had to wait til the store cleared. I said ok cool. 2 other customers were behind me and they were checked out quickly. I waited around for awhile. Employees were just sitting behind the counter BS ing. Another customer came in 5 minutes later and he was also helped quickly. Meanwhile I was still just waiting around at the counter. So I left. Rather go somewhere else.

Knowledgable staff helped with my issue (Multiple places did not list a rear wiper for my Subaru, which has one) and offered free related services (installation out in the cold!). Prices were slightly higher than other places, but they had the whole set Ineeded, not just part of it

Awesome customer service they should get way more credit or at least a super awesome bonus a year for saving me a ton of money and yourself. A shop charged me $211.00 bucks to tell me they got together with the others working in shop just to come up with blah blah blah we have no idea lmao Kool huh $211.00 big one's. I go to the one's not yet tainted like politicians and a few parts and I can do this BANG my Impala is running like she's in her prime, thanks O'Reilly's for taking the time for your customers

While on a road trip from MN to ID, we purchased windshield wipers in Fargo....As soon as the rain began it was obvious the wipers were installed incorrectly....Wade S. @ the Bismark O'rileys not only identified the problem he was able to find the correct blades n get us back on the road.....All with a professional demeanor & positive attitude despite the pouring down rain 01 October 2019....

When I asked a question after having to catch associates attention, I was answered with body language and tones of voice like I was bothering them. Like they were too busy to deal with a customer. But I was the only customer in the store. Customer service training is sorely needed here.

This particular store saved the day. Mandan sold me an oil filter but when I opened the box it was not an oil filter at all. This store was the only one in the area who agreed to deliver the right product after the Mandan and south Bismarck store refused. Great experience. This particular O Reilly store defined what it means to provide reliable customer service after a mistake.

Day 1 of a 10 day road trip, driving through ND on a sweltering summer day. Our AC stopped working about Jamestown. By Bismark we were hot! After some thought, my husband stopped here to pick up a relay. $7 later our AC was back on! By the time we got to Montana the outside temp was 107F. Thanks to the consistent product line across all O'Reilly stores, we were comfortable and ready to motor on.

The staff were very friendly and after I found out I ordered the wrong vehicle part, they helped me find the right one. Be nice if most stuff in the store didn't seem just for certain models and years.

The absolute WORST at answering a phone call I've ever seen from an auto parts store ever. Not simply 1 of their stores but all 3 in the Bis-man Area. They need some house cleaning in this organization.
