Bring my car in for tires. Pick my car up the next day it starts and dies 3 times. I had to keep my foot on the gas pedal to keeping running. I limp it home and start diagnosing the problem. I discovered someone from there had disconnected the vacuum hose off the throttle body! I reconnected it and it purred like a kitten. I didn't bring it to them in that condition! Someone tampered with my car! Also looking over my tire recipe they slipped in a $70 for a tire road Hazzard warranty that they never told me anything about or asked me if I wanted it! SHADY!

Between our family and our business, we have 9 vehicles and several trailers. This NW tire location is our #1 partner in keeping things running down the road smoothly and safely. At the drop of a hat they're there for us. Whether it's a tire repair/replacement or another problem we're facing underneath one of our vehicles. Highly recommended!

Great place to work with. They have a courtesy vehicle to drop you off and pick you up as well. Ask for the oil change key chain. Every 5th oil change is free - and I drive a lot so I use one every year!

Others say the customer service was great but I was stuck in their shop for 2 hours waiting to get my tires changed. After 4 people, who came in after me, got their cars back before me I went up to the front desk asked them how much longer it was going to take and a guy who was just sitting on his phone said "about 20 minutes, we were waiting on the tires." I understand having to wait and everything but it would have been nice if someone came and told me why it was going to take longer.The tires seem fine but I'm extremely disappointed and feel taken avatange of because I'm a young girl. I definitely won't be coming back here.

After not hearing anything about my car for several days, I had to call them and they still hadn t figured out what was wrong. Then, after calling me once to tell me what they planned to do and were going to continue to try to figure out what was going on. Then, after several more days of not hearing from them again, I called another time and they told me they had it taken to one of two other repair shops. They couldn t tell me which one.

They have been so helpful whether it is from changing oil, new tires, or AC problems I always feel comfortable explaining my car issues and knowing they will do what it takes to help!

They do decent work but attention to detail could be better. I asked about my back brake pads and they said both the front and back pads were fine but couldn t actually tell me how many mm were left on the back ones. I bought new wiper blades from them and asked them to install them. When they handed the car back to me 1.5 hours later the blades still hadn t been installed and I had to ask again and wait for them to do it then and there. I also had all 4 tires changed no issue with that service.

Driving through town with a van full of kids on a long road trip and they were able to repair our tire in less than hour. Nice staff and clean waiting room. Thanks!

We have been using this place for our tire and service needs for over 11 years. However, over the last year they have been raising prices at an astronomical rate. The last one was a 50 percent increase in the cost to change over to our snow tires. This has gone past ridiculous. We are going somewhere else for service from now on.

Great service before and after the sale. We do a lot of business with them for our farm stuff and they always squeeze us in even on short notice. Today they saved me a lot of time by letting me recycle some old coolant there rather than having to drive all the way out to the city dump south of town! I assume that's not a normal offering, bit very much appreciated!

Great place with great service. We were traveling through town and the belts broke in my tires. We called numerous places and this was the only place that would get us in right away (on a Saturday during Memorial weekend!). The staff was very friendly and explained very well the different options they had for tires. The waiting area was comfortable and far enough away from the shop so it wasn't noisy. I am very happy with the tires I purchased. I would recommend this place to anyone and plan on being a return customer. Thanks!

Had a flat and needed replaced immediately (from out of town) husband called and they told us to come right in. They got to us right away nice clean waiting area with coffee, water, and drink/snack machines. The staff was very friendly and thorough!

One star might not be fair because I didn't actually get any service. Came in off the highway with a tire going low. Three guys leaning behind the counter at 11:00 am. One was the counter guy so I guess he didn't count, anyway I was told they couldn't get to me until 2:30 pm. They weren't rude at all. It's a very clean shop, easy to get to. There is no where for customers to wait, at least that wasn't offered. I couldn't leave, had no where to go being from out of town. I realize they don't make much on a patch. So I ran to another place just a short distance away and after buying a new tire was on the road in about 40 min.

Went to the north location today to have them replace a bad sensor that they found during diagnostic testing on my vehicle, along with a tire rotation. When replacing the sensor didn't turn off the warning lights on my dash, not only did they not charge me for the new sensor, but they didn't charge me for my tire rotation either! Even without being able to fix the issue with my vehicle, they still had great communication and great customer service. They will definitely have my future business.

Customer Service was above and beyond! My 10 year old grandson and I arrived in Bismarck and tire went flat in seconds...they came to hotel, took the tire, fixed and put it back on in record time! I paid over the phone! Never had to drag my grandson out of the pool!..Amazing!

The people here really know their stuff when it comes to vehicles. Whether you are getting your tires changed, getting new brakes, an oil change, or just a rotation and balance, they will do so with skill and speed. The prices are reasonable, and you will not be disappointed with their work.

Stopped at Northwest Tire for an oil change. They were able to fit me in with no notice at all. However, I asked for synthetic and received conventional, and after just 1000 miles had engine troubles directly related to an improper oil change. Could have ended in a $300 repair but I just got a new change (including filter) and that fixed the issue.When the service technician drove the car our from the bay he said "got some funny sounds coming from your front end," but wouldn't provide any more information unless I booked a front-end inspection. I felt this experience was indicative of service, as the staff seemed keen to convince clients to spend on more than what is intended.Would caution anyone to be very clear with the specifics of what your car needs when seeking an oil change from NW Tire.In a town as big as Bismarck, I wouldn't go back to NW Tire.

I was driving through town and needed a camper tire changed after I had a flat. I called and talked to Kyle. They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes! Great customer service! Can t recommend enough.

I helped a relative that was stranded on I-94, whose car had a tire blown out. Since it was a specialty type of tire, I wasn't sure they were going to find one. Both of us called tire stores, and NW Tire HAD one!I drove him there, and even though their waiting room was FULL, they assured us we would be helped in the order of check-in. One hour later, we left with a new tire mounted on the rim. Some people mumbled and grumbled the whole hour of being there. We were truly grateful.Grateful staff, and prompt service Department!

Great Service! We had 2 tires go bad on the camper outside of Bismarck, we called them and they had what we needed said to come right over even though they were closing in less than hour.

Very detailed, didn't have to pay for them to look over my vehicle and tell me what the problems were they were very thorough I would suggest you coming here!
