I'm so grateful for Craig's willingness to work with me. He was able to get the wheels and tires cheaper than what I could find nationally. Once installed we decided the tires weren't what we wanted. NW Tire gladly took the tires back off, and mounted the second set of tires back on with a smile. He even said thank you to me for the work. So much more could be said and my car looks awesome. Thanks guys.

This was my first experience at NW Tire and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff was very professional and courteous. They replaced a blown out tire within ten minutes. I came here because of a recommendation from a friend and couldn't be more pleased. I will always come back here if I need to.

I do my business here from time to time and I have to say these guy's are very friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure every customer is satisfied. I recommend this place to everyone who has a vehicle.

Ran over a screw in my sky and wrecked the sidewall, and I didn't have a spare. They sent me on my way with a tire until mine came in the next day. Great guys and very helpful!

Outstanding service. We are 8 hours away from home and had a flat. Called them and they said they could help. 30 min later they patched the tire and I was ready to be back on the road. Very friendly & reasonable priced. I would highly recommend NW Tire to anyone in town or on the road.

should not even have a single star a o would be better They put my spare on AND THE TIRE AND RIM FELL OFF THE TRUCK WHEN I WAS DRIVING 60 MILE AN HOUR GOING THRU FARGO SO BEWARE OF THIS OPERATION!! Then they denied any wrong doing imagine that.

I called ahead to verify if an appointment was needed or not for an oil change. Al answered the phone and was very friendly! (No appointment necessary) Once I got into the garage the employee who took my info was also nice and friendly. (Didn't catch his name) The waiting area was spacious and they were quick with my oil change! Will definitely be going back for future oil changes!!

Driving cross country and had tire emergency. The staff at NW tire were very efficient, fast, and personable. Got right back on the road. So thankful for this team

I have trusted the professionals at NW Tire on French street to take care of everything my vehicles need since they opened! Made an appointment early in the morning on a Saturday. Two crew members came out right away and changed all 4 tires on our 5th wheel trailer. Was super fast and staff was very friendly. One of the best tire shop experiences I ve ever had!

On a 5500 mile road-trip and had an issue with a tire on our camper. Pulled in, went to the counter and within 15 minutes we were back in the road again with a brand new, reasonably priced tire. The staff were wonderful and the service was outstanding.

My brakes started squealing something fierce. It was a Sat and I needed to head out of state on Monday. Called all over town and no one could get me in. Called these guys and was told to come over in 3 hours and they would work me in. I did my part and they did theirs....got me right in, had the parts I needed for a 96 Buick (amazing) pads AND rotors for the price he had quoted me over the phone. Thanks for making it happen for me NW Tire!Update Aug 2022This Northwest Tire location is amazing. Both of the managers go out of their way constantly to serve their customers.They are people with integrity who give a darn about doing it right. So impressed. This is what America used to be like in retail.

Took my car to sams club tire shop and after over an hour of waiting was told they couldn t fix my tire. Brought it to NW tire and was completely done and fixed in about 30 minutes. Staff was very friendly. They will continue to have my business and will recommend to anyone looking for services.

Chose them after a cursory glance at rating and location, and extremely pleased with my selection. Staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, earnest and have a sense of humor on top. They took care of tires and a rotation on my work truck. I will certainly be returning if/when the need arises, and absolutely recommend the company. The waiting room is comfortable and has free WiFi, and the neighborhood offers a pleasant place to walk while your vehicle is being serviced.

Northwest Tire has always treated me and my vehicle with respect and the utmost care. Very honest and reliable staff and company. I m thankful and most importantly have peace of mine when I bring my vehicle to Northwest. Thank you, Kyle, Craig and the staff for all the great years of service. I absolutely will continue to use this establishment for my vehicle services.

Drove from California to Wisconsin, and on the way back home discovered one of my tires was losing air - when I arrived in Bismarck the light came on again. I was on a pretty tight schedule to return home, but called early the following morning and NW Tire was able to work me in to get it looked at. Turns out it was a nail in the tire, and they were able to patch it quickly and for a reasonable price.They were helpful, friendly, super accommodating, and made it easy to get on with my trip. Highly recommended!

Stopped by yesterday for an oil change. While there, they checked all the lights which is something most others don't do, and we appreciate that. They also checked the tires and told us how much tread was remaining. They didn't try to upset us anything that we didn't need. Good shop, trustworthy staff. Will return here next time we're in the area.

We recently moved to Bismarck. My car needed a new wheel alignment and tire balance and rotation. After going to a car dealership service station and being screwed over by them. When we had our tires changed to different rims the dealership service station didn t take my tire sensors off as a result my tire light was on and when I went back to the dealership they charged me $60 to turn the light off. After all that the light came back on. We were in search for a honest place. We finally decided to take a chance with NWTire. They took care of us with total honesty. We are so happy that we came here and we will continue to come here and encourage everyone we come by to come here. So if your in search of a honest place then go see Mike and his crew! They will take care of you like they took care of us!

The crew here is the BEST! They stayed late to replace a tire for me and check all of my tires. They made sure I could get my pickup and horse trailer back on the road for my travels.

Can't say enough good about these guys. Super helpful and friendly. We were in a bind traveling from Texas. Got to us quick since they knew we were traveling. Highly recommend these guys.

Ordered tires on Monday. Had them installed today. They were great to work with friendly staff. Even got a small nap in took less then a 45 minutes

Pretty poor service. They could not figure out the basics, like how to activate my TPMS sensors. I took the vehicle home and did it myself. I'm not a professional, they are! They also told me my vehicle was done, but it wasn't, and I had to wait around a lot. Overall, they've got some learning to do.

Just an awesome place to take your vehicle to be serviced. Very honest group of men who put the customer before anything else. The love of my life knows that if she has to go by herself they will show her the utmost respect.

Only shop in town I'll take my vehicles too. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Quick service whether it be a tire repair or oil change. They also support veterans by offering military discount.

This is definitely the best of the NW Tire stores in town. They will walk you through everything that is wrong and if you want to see the faulty parts they will do that! They also have a very friendly staff!
