I received truly "honest service" at the south NWTIRE location. A mechanical and technical issue with a machine was indicating to the mechanics that my alignment was spot on, but upon ruining a new set of tires within a couple thousand miles I went back to the shop. They didn't try to come up with any excuses or try to lay any blame on me. They fixed my alignment and bought me two new tires @ no charge. This blew my mind! Its very rare to find a shop with enough integrity to back up there work after you leave the parking lot. It was an honest mistake and they fixed it. The machine that did the initial alignment has been replaced with a new one. I Defiantly will be going back to let the crew wrench on all my vehicles and recommend them to anyone I talk to. I cant thank you enough for getting my truck going down the road strait again plus bringing a little faith back in humanity as well!!BIG THANKS to Kris and Crew!

The staff at the Bismarck Expressway store went over the top to help me. I had a bad tire and was passing through Bismarck on a Saturday morning. They couldn t get me in until Monday. The clerk, I believe his name is Chris, went to look at my tire to see if I could drive it 130 miles to get home. He asked for me to go back into the store while he talked to the tire tech. He went back to the service department and explained my situation. The tire tech paused what he was doing to get my front tires replaced. The customer service in that store was excellent. I had been to two other stores that morning that couldn t help me. I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Thank you Northwest Tire staff.Service: Tires

I highly recommend these guys. They have always been kind, honest and professional. They have always done great work and haven't had any issues what so ever. One time, we brought our vehicle in because we thought the valve stem was broken. The tech. said that is was still in good condition and they didn't need to do anything with it. Then they didn't even charge us to look at it, which was absolutely amazing. I will continue to bring my car to them. My car would start and i knew right away it was the alternater and battery issue. Called them and they got me in right away and had my vehicle back on the road within 3 hours and kept me informed on everything. They are great Eric and Sean awesome job keep up the great work and customer service. I will be definitely sending people ur way

They care more about making a sale than customer satisfaction. This is not the first occurrence I have noticed. The sales reps will take over a computer if they are making a sale, even if the representative you are talking to is on that computer. That means now you have to wait to complete your transaction, inquiry, service, until a computer becomes available, or until the sales rep is done with the computer. It is so disrespectful, embarrassing, and belittling! I will not condone this. I will be going elsewhere for tires for now on.

They had a great deal going on packing wheel bearings. Were very good to work with. Called and told me what they found before doing any work on fixing to make sure I knew what the cost would be. Really appreciated the communication.

Been coming here as well as my brother. Scheduled an appointment and would have been maybe 5 minutes late. Called and explained true reasoning for being late and was told they could no longer do the service and would have to reschedule it rudely. Not very happy at all. Would not recommend anymore. Went to Race day and got in right away and had everything done that was originally scheduled here, for the same price and better customer service and satisfaction.

One of the best retail experiences we've had in months. Called ahead and worked with Eric who helped select tires to meet our needs and ensure their availability prior to our arrival. I was running about 2 minutes late and they called to confirm. They called during the installation about a sensor that had gone bad months ago, for which Nissan wanted to charge nearly 3x the cost as NWT to replace. The guys at NWT have no idea how much this tiny thing had irked me for over a year and with one small call, took care of it. They promised and met an end-time that allowed me to continue on with other appointments -- also important b/c we live an hour away and schedule many things in one day. Some of these issues may seem like common sense or small to others but in the world of service, they are everything. THANK YOU Eric and the entire team. What a great experience, we will be back, and we will send others to your shop!

We had a bent wheel fixed and were back on the road in under an hour. We are so impressed and grateful for the service, expertise, and skill. We could have easily been told to wait until tomorrow and been sold a new wheel and tire, but instead we received the help we needed to stay on track with our move. Thank you so much.

Went in just to make sure my tire pressure was good since the tire pressure low light came on, and the car wasn't just complaining that it was cold out. They were very friendly and helpful and didn't judge me for being a lady, as some mechanics do. So kudos to them for not belittling my intelligence.Filled my tires, answered some questions, were very helpful about it. Would definitely recommend.

Went to get a wheel alignment and they told me they were concerned with my safety being there was a tire that was completely destroyed and had a bulge, it worried me because it s winter and I need my vehicle to get me to and from work. It made me feel like they cared about me as an individual to share their concern and not just try and get me to buy new tires! I wish I could post a picture of my tire because the guy who showed me them was impressed with how I was still driving on it! Either way they do great work and are all around good people at this location! HIGHLY recommended!

Broke my daughters tail light and didnt replace because Eric there thinks glueing parts on vehicles is an acceptable way to fix things. It didnt last surprisingly. Also quoted her a new suspension on their inspection when it was completely replaced months ago. Horrible customer service.Service: TiresService: Tires

I went here for a regular tire rotation. Upon waiting, a nice manager came to the lounge to notify me two of my lug nuts were cross-threaded, stuck to my tire studs, and about to bust. Waiting for my discretion I told them to try it one more time. They even allowed me into the shop to check out the issue, which I thought was cool. Sure enough both tire studs broke. After recently experiencing troubles with other mechanic shops I cursed the place that last installed my tires. The manager understood and ensured the rest of my stay was of quality. It took no time for them to locate the two new studs and bolts. Satisfied with speed I went to pay and the manager said the tire rotation was on the house, and that I just needed to cover the cost of the broken rods/bolts/labor. He must have really felt for me after my rant on poor service from some other shops. Moral of the story is these guys are genuine service providers that understand their customers. I'm not advising to complain about other shops and hope for a discount. I encourage you go here and talk with the staff they will work with you and be understanding. It was nice to see they weren't trying to lowball me to make money like most shops I've been to. NW Tire actually cared about my situation and cut me a break. Highly recommended.

A very reliable place to have work done to your vehicle. Friendly and always right on time. My dad, my brother and I come here when we need a big job done and it doesn't cost an arm and leg or much of our valuable time. Thank you Northwest Tire!

Paid $180 to get AC serviced and recharged was told everything was good, ac blows luke warm at 65 mph at best and blows hot at idle. Called and let them know , have to make another appointment with them and pay them even more money to actually fix the problem Waste of time and moneyService: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

Excellent service, very nice people to work with & reasonable prices. They do a lot more than just change tires there. We have been loyal customers of theirs for almost 20 years & I wouldn't take any of my vehicles anywhere else to get fixed. These guys really know their stuff!

Quick service and great customer loyalty. We do a lot of business with them for both farm and personal vehicles and equipment. Whenever we have a tire issue with ranch equipment they always squeeze us in so that we can get back to work the same day.

I've purchased numerous sets of tires and related service from the Bismarck Expressway store over the last 5 years and they have been great to deal with. I made a mistake on a recent trailer tire purchase and they went out of their way to fix my mistake without gouging my wallet. Been very pleased with performance and longevity of the Toyo AT2 tires.

Best service and best tire selection in the region. These guys are really good at what they do, they have great hours, and they always have an appointment available when you need one. This is the only place that I buy tires and it's the only place you should buy tires because they are the top of the game.

Kevin, the owner and pharmacist, found a coupon for me and saved me quite a bit off my restasis prescription....plus he helped me with my nutritional supplements. It's nice to know he's a good Christian person who has my best interests in mind. So glad I switched to Mao Pharmacy in Bismarck. He's the best!!!

Outstanding customer support from making the phone call, to scheduling, arriving, and leaving. The work is done right, and prices are very fair. Definitely recommend.
