They got to the car in good time but ended up driving off the driveway and rutted the yard a bit. Then when they got the car to shop "fixed" it in a timely fashion but... took it home and drove for 3-4 days and same problem again took it back and they said was fixed again we got the car and after a day or so same problem. They took it back again and fixed it. (this time it was. ) Had good luck with them in the past but, I don't Think I will take a car there again.UPDATE: THOUGHT WAS FIXED BUT POWER STEERING FLUID ALL OVER GROUND AGAIN THIS MORNING. i SHALL TAKE SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET FIXED.

Great communication and service. We had kind of a tricky tow situation as the vehicle wouldn't go into neutral. They quickly got the right equipment and got it where it needed to be! Highly recommended.

I hit my tire with a chunk of ice (or rock) in the middle of a street at night. I decided to drive home. By the time I got there it was totally flat. Clay came in record time after calling road assist. He gave me lots of tips and cheaper options of where to get a different tire instead of where I was planning to go. Saved me $400. He was so very helpful in writing everything down. Couldn't be beat.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. Took my car in with a starting issue. They only checked the battery nothing else, not the alternate, fuses, or wiring and assured me everything things was fine. Then charged me 90 dollars after trying to charge me 136 dollars all for doing nothing only for it to die in the middle of the road a couple days later. Never take your car to this place.

Moe is an outstanding guy and always goes above and beyond to deliver great professional help. He'll have you in and out as fast as possible and for fair prices. Not to mention he might be one of the only people in North Dakota actually qualified to work on German cars. He's taken care of my (e46 330i) (e90 335i) and my f82 m4 and always done an outstanding job.Services: Transmission, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Car towing, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Driver showed up to a do a battery jump after 1.5 hr wait. Battery was dead and the driver was not willing for me to call my insurance for a tow. 10 mins later my insurance approved tow. Exspected wait time was 1.5 hrs for tow. Waited 5 hours and then they became unresponsive with my insurance amd never showed up.Horrible experience! Do not use them.

Called USAA for a jump and Maas came right away. Cells are shot and battery needs replacement- better price to install at Maas than competitors. So scheduled the flatbed to come the next day. They had the battery and installed it. Happy with their service and price. Now my brand new key fob (from Mini Motorwerks in MSP ) does not work to lock or unlock remotely, Maas said fob charges when it s in the running car. But, My 7 year Old fob that Maas had when replacing battery does work. . Hmmmm?Update- Chrome trim snaps on hood was broken in two spots and flopping loose and hood scratched. They tried to glue after I spotted it, but too cold outside for the epoxy to set. Ordering new chrome for them to put on for me. Chrome is trimming the hood, so in a bad spot, but was attached before. Will be fixed soon. And I ll update.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a towing company. After the first call making the appointment they had told me 30-45 minutes. After an hour and a half we called back and they said the same thing. So we waited, the entire time blocking a lane of traffic. Another hour of waiting we called again. Then they said 20 minutes, then they called back just to tell us there are no refunds if we cancel the tow waited more. Then they called and said driver was at out location .. Which they were not because we were sitting in the truck still blocking traffic. Long story short we waited almost 5 hours for a tow in the town of Bismarck. Stay away for this company if you need any kind of service. Basically $300 for a tow of 4 miles.

I came to this shop I was recommended by a friend. I need my oil pressure sensor replaced. Every where I go prices were outrageous. Here the owner is very professional and very knowledgeable. Prices are fair and well do the work in a timely matter. I highly recommend this shop. DISHONEST company. I would not recommend this business to anyone. My daughter needed a tow last night and Mike came out. He was not professional and also very late. She has AAA and we were told that she would need to pay $90 to get her out of the ditch. I live out of town and talked to Mike because I was confused as to why she needed to pay since she had AAA. He said they are not in contract. I was a bit upset and he said because he had to talk to me, he just raised the price to $110. TRUE story. This is not the end of it. Before he would pull her out, he asked for me to apologize for getting upset with him. My daughter waited 2 1/2 hours for a tow to encounter a guy who overcharged her and was not helping anyone out but taking advantage of a situation. Not sure if Mike gets a kick back from the owner but not someone I would want on my payroll. I have contacted AAA regarding this experience. I really want people to know that this business takes advantage of people and never in my life has a service increased the price. Be aware that this is a dishonest company.Service: Car towing

My wife and I recently moved access the country and we broke down in North Dakota. I had my old truck packed up and was towing a car trailer. We called AAA and AAA told us that we could get a tow but we were on the hook for the trailer tow. AAA sent Maas towing. I spoke with Mo the owner and he and all of his employees took great care of us. He charged us a very fair price for the tow of my truck and trailer, as well as the emergency replacement of my alternator. As we broke down I thought to myself "Congratulations on your successful move to North Dakota. This is where you live now." It was Friday afternoon and I fully expected to have to get a hotel and wait until the next week. These guys had us back on the road in less than 3 hours.

Had my turbos changed on my 08' BMW 335i. The service was great and they did a great job! Owner kept in touch while my car was being worked and kept me updated on the progress. I felt that he dealt with me fairly and honestly. Great shop to have work done on your European car.

Well, let see how to put this man and his business when it came to how grateful, quick, and amazing Mo and his staff worked on my Chrysler Pacifica.I took my vehicle in on friday to jiffy lube and was just going to get an oil change, only for it to go from quick, to no longer starting. I had to call my insurance company to get a tow truck quickly. That's where Mike the tow truck driver came from a different town picked it up and was able to take it to their shop. Thankfully after a few hours they told me that my starter is not working and that it wouldnt be an issue to fix, and the best part. Mo gave me a vehicle to use, which is amazing for myself (7months pregnant) with my 2 kids.Skip over the weekend of July18-19th and he tells me that monday that he has an idea that it is my starter and wanted to call to get permission to check it, order the part and put it on! Was very happy to know he wanted to get my okay before he did anything. So now its Tuesday July 21st, and I get the call and tells me he has some good and bad news. I can come get my vehicle it's running and doing great!! I have never been more excited to know that my vehicle is finally running and it's not completely at a loss!!Not only did I return his car he loaned me but I even made sure to keep it clean. But I cannot say anything bad about how great and fast he worked. Even with the way the stupid Chrysler starter was put he managed to get it taken care of and even made sure all my fluids that was done at jiffy lube were in order and done correctly!Definitely worth taking it to him and will end up coming back again!! THANK YOU MO AND OTHERS!!

Superb fast customer service. After a breakdown on the road, we were fortunate to have Maas towing via AAA. Courteous and helpful tow truck driver called their shop and arranged for us to have our vehicle fixed that day (vs the option of fixing it at my brother-in-law s which I was not looking forward to on vacation). Service in the shop was fantastic - from the receptionist to the technician. Even though we don t live in the area, I would highly recommend Maas. - Doug

We had our Honda van transmission die on us, ended up getting towed here. The mechanics stayed late to have a look at our car (didn't charge for that inspection) when all the others had said we had to wait until Monday (36 hours later). These guys were just generally super accomodating and open about everything. They didn't push for us to get the work done there, and they were understanding about the need to look atround for other places to get the work done. We ended up getting them to replace the transmission, and they did it quickly and well (at least as far we we know so far, 5k miles later). If I were in Bismark looking for a mechanic, I'd certainly be checking with this team first. We were really happy with their service.

To be honest I was impressed they were able to get me in on short notice and help me with my issues. Also while there they listened to me and looked over my vehicle and gave me a fair estimate on other work that needs done. Considering the cost and pain of dealing with a European auto in north Dakota I for 1 am glad that Maas exists. No more Fargo or billings runs for me to get overcharged at a dealership.

I was on my way out of town from a holiday visit when early in the morning, my tires went low and one went completely flat. I pulled over and my insurance ended up sending these guys and I'm glad they did. I had thought maybe my tire had been wrecked from driving on it flat, but these guys were both quick and they filled my tires up and then gave it an hour to be sure what it was. I'm glad they did that, as it found it was just deflated from the cold temperatures sucking the air out of my tires and there was no need for new ones. I've had it happen before where someone tries to weasel new tires or parts for the car. There ended up being no charge and they recommended where to stop along i-94 to again add some air to my tires. I'm just really grateful for their service and help!

Terrible service my guess is you get service if you know someone who is someone or knows someone, which is poor business plan if you ask me how does one build? If we mistreat and try to steal from those we don t know or know someone who matters we can sustain a busines, yes mass euro worx seems to I guess they are. I was referred by previous owner of my vehicle but didn t think I needed to clarify anything. I brought it in for oil change and check up! 750$ later I have the same problem I had previously. I fended for myself to get back home each time! No courtesy ride back home or to pick me up to pay the lame bill! Most of the shop knew nothing about whereabouts of my vehicle if it been fixed or just raked inside? I wrote a letter to owner which made things worse the receptionist whom I think has been replaced put my number on no call list so I couldn t call back my oil leak is worse than ever! I SADLY CAN T BELIEVE A BUSINESS LIKE THIS exists in our great town like Bismarck but I assure you it does and reading other reviews from simple folk looking for a honest mechanic to help them and fix a problem with their vehicle I suggest the go to the sho on east I Interstate Avenue across from the theatres. they seem to try to help you in anyway they can. I humbly can not and am embarrassed to say mass euro worx doesn t deserve the capital letters each name on its door English rules dictates it should have because mass euro doesn t work for me and didn t deserve the extra 600 sum dollars I shelled out to them! I feel took and I feel had! No one nowhere deserves that! I don t RECOMMEND THIS low hanging business!Services: Engine repair, Oil change

Our insurance roadside assistance selected Maas EuroWorX to service our flat tire due to puncture. The driver was on time, the app from insurance said 314pm, and the service truck rolled up at exactly that. The driver was professional and speedy with the fix, and gave a recommendation for a tire shop to get a permanent fix. Great service! He's following us back into town right now to make sure we get there safe, and without any other issues. Thank you!

Shane was sent out to give a jump start he said he would grab my keys so I didn't need to come out. Its 30 below wind chill. He started my car and than stopped by another tow truck driver helping one of my neighbors try to start her car .I was so impressed by his thoughtfulness. Great service great attitude on this terrible cold day. 5 stars.

They were able to get both towed to the shop. Now it was Friday EVENING on a holiday (Memorial Day)weekend ....... you would think nothing would be able to be done to get the car back on the road...Well we were able to get the problem fixed and back on the road to Montana with our 2 dogs.I want to say thank you to Mike and "boss man" for engineering a solution thst got us safely (very important) on the road.J and S

Three hours for an oil change and cabin air filter. Left everything from the glove box on the passengers seat, rather than returning it to the glove box. Also did not reset the service /oil change light, ill use watch a utube video and do it myself. I won't pay for their services again. I'm very disappointed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I just recently brought them my 2016 BMW M5 that had all sorts of warnings and my dash looked like a Christmas Tree. It ended up that the steering wheel sensor calibration was off and it just needed to be recalibrated. Mo fixed it with me right there and he didn't even charge me! BMW would have charged an arm and a leg and I would of had to go to Minneapolis to get it fixed. Mo thank you very much and keep up the great work!

This company is horrible. We called for a tow at 8:30am. Were told they would be here in 45 minutes. Never showed up or called. We called them 3 times over the 5 1/2 hour's we waited being told they were on the way each time. They still never showed up and never got a call once from them. When we called them the last time they were rude. We had an appointment to get our car fixed at another shop and missed it because it took them hour's. It's 18 outside and we have 3 children and my wife is pregnant. I would never recommend them to anyone. Worst company ever. We called hook towing and they were here in less than 10 minutes. Don't waste your time with them. You'll wait forever and won't even get a call. Seriously need to sell there trucks and find another profession.
