They always seek your approval of the work before they do anything but I will say Def issues are delicate and it should be given to the most experienced technicians to avoid what I want through for two weeks on the road visiting five different shops to get the Def pump fixed properly.

Good workmanship on the repairs. Comfortable waiting area. Had to walk upstairs to get to it. Didn,t care for the service counter help. Forgot I was there and found myself still waiting 40 mins. Later for my courtious ride

My truck broke down and this was the nearest freightliner dealership. The staff here is very friendly. In fact, all people in North Dakota are friendly. I got there at a bad time since it was Friday evening. On the weekends, they only have a skeleton crew to work. But they had my truck fixed by Tuesday morning. My water pump went out, that was the main reason I was in the shop. But they checked everything and fixed some other problems on my truck before it got serious. I have to say they did a wonderful job here at I94 freightliner.

Do not even plan on using this company if you have a deleted motor!!!!! Did not inform us that they do not work on deleted motors when we called them for a breakdown and then after waiting a week to get in and paying for towing they then informed us they would not work on the truck after doing an estimate on truck and charging for estimate. Ended up having to pay for another tow truck and waiting for another few days to be worked on. Would have found a different solution in the beginning had the person on the phone let us know they don t work on deleted engines. If this is their policy it should be stated up front when you call about engine issues and not have them tell you after you have paid a week in hotels and a tow truck and now have to pay for more hotel time and a second tow truck.

RV owners here. Called on a Wednesday to let them know that we'd be passing through the following Monday and needed a steam cleaning of my radiator stack if they had availability. We had picked up some dirt/dust and was running hot. They did!What impressed us most is that they got us in, got the rig moving within 30 minutes, and had it done in two hours. The mechanic flushed it until it ran clear and it took a while. Folks, we've had to wait six hours before just for a windshield wiper motor check I asked a company to do while getting some other regular maintenance done.These guys are super friendly, accommodating and above all, professional. Thanks so much for working on the coach. The temps dropped right back down as expected. You guys rock!!

Stopped in for some computer mods like enabling smart idle and speed gov and such. Did a full truck owner op spec/tune. Had an issue with cruise afterward really not sure how it happened but with many locations I went to the one in Minneapolis along my path of travel the morning after and they honored the work and serviced it for free, spending hours at their dime to figure out what s wrong. Very satisfied, 6 stars isn t there. It may be the Midwest quality of standards but regardless it was great.

Been here a few times, I run a dedicated run that delivers just up the road about 2 miles from this shop. Harsh Winters and construction summers crack glass and break things, oh after treatment systems are a joke. This shop has always done their best to work me into a very tight and well booked service schedule. Thank you guys so much! I pass by 5 freightliners everyday on my run going east or west depending and I always hope and pray if something goes wrong, I can get to I-State in Bismarck haha.

Just the facts: went in for an annual inspection, was told everything was fine save a couple minor fixes. When I pointed out that the reverse gear grinds they took one look and said 'Oh, you need a new transmission.' So 2 days and $3000 later, I get a new tranny. It takes about a week to start grinding in reverse again.In the process, my ABS light has started coming on, and they cant figure out how to fix it, though i pay a couple hundred more dollars for them to try, and come back a month later for a second try that doesn't work. Meanwhile, a mechanic at a different shop has told me it's the clutch brake, no big deal, let it spin down before you shift in. Tried it, no grinding, ever. Which means: 3000 for a clutch i didn't need.And, minor detail, but I didn't authorize them to put reflective tape on my rear bumper, planning to do it myself, and they did anyway--for 90$. Seemed a little steep.Those are just the facts. But if I can avoid it, I'm not going back. Hope this helps.

Went to this truck center parts department and the salesman was super friendly and helpful. Never been to a truck center with very knowledgeable and helpful people. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you for excellent customer service

Came in off the road which normally puts you a day behind scheduled work already in the shop at most places. They got me in accessed the problem and got repaired. Thankfully a small repair. Seemed to be custumer oriented. Good impression of the facility.

This is a good place and the guys who work here are great they respect you as a driver and are very awesome they work on your truck and do a awesome job Jesse is a awesome mechanic andveveryobe there are great and awesome to thank you Jesse and all of you for working on my truck and getting it back on the road You all rock !!!! And I thank you and appreciate you all

My sensor light engine came on from the DEF problems. And I came here to I State truck Center and they were very professional & helpful. And they fixed the problem. Thanks to Jesse Seibel.

They squeezed me in when they were backed up. They found the problem fast and fixed on the spot. Nice experience with service MGM.

Had a clutch issue. Friendly staff, were able to work me in same day. Luckily just needed an adjustment.

I won't rate them this visit they said they didn't have time to even look at my truck so ID say I can't rate them for doing nothingTold me that they can't have a mechanic look at itAnd take them away from another customer vehicle that is promised first how long can it take to pressure up and find a leak and see why your truck is losing antifreeze so 2 stars is all I can do at this time only because the service guy smiledI was a little puzzled that they didn't even seem like they wanted the business

I had my truck broke down at this location and it was in service for a exactly a month under warranty they said they don t have some of the parts and this was the reason it took so long other than that I think everything was ok
