Got my car's windshield replaced here and they did a fast fantastic job! Also gave a quote that was the lowest of 3 places we contacted! Very kind customer service! I would definitely recommend this place.

My sunroof glass was broken badly by something while driving so I needed fast help. Since my insurance company approved Haider Glass as a vendor, I called them. The customer service was amazing. They were fast, friendly and did all the insurance paperwork. I was worried about the replacement sunroof leaking or not working well, but there have been no issues and it works great. I would definitely hire them again for any future glass work.

Fantastic service! I called in that I had a bad rock chip, and not only did they look at it, they had it fixed within 45 minutes. They also helped with the insurance process, which was helpful, too. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

The customer service here is amazing I showed up to get a windshield replaced on my way through the state. They didn t have time at the moment and didn t have enough hands so we left and about 30 minutes later they called me back and said they can fit us in to replace the windshield! Not only that they are extremely friendly the hospitality is second to none!

Amazing service and quality work! My first time at Haider Glass Specialties, I called about a rock chip to my truck window, they were able to see me same day, from my phone call to walking into their showroom the entire process took less then 30 minutes. I was so impressed, I will definitely tell others.

We had Haider Glass do a windshield in our car and they were so great to work with. Friendly staff! They are all very helpful. We took our car in and in just a short time, had it back. We also had them do all of our mirrors in our new home and they turned out better than we imagined! We we so happy with them we had a custom shower door made which also turned out great! I highly recommend them for all your glass needs.

It's the second d time we had a glass chip fixed, second d vehicle. The staff us super friendly, fast scheduling and fast service. Make an apt, come in drop off keys and 30 minutes later I am back on the road.

I got a chip in my windshield and was questionable on how well would be able to fill in due to how deep crack was. It filled in great and for now can hardly see it. They were quick with getting my vehicle in and back to me. Awesome customer service all around. Highly recommend.

Two weeks removed from having a new windshield installed and couldn t be happier. From the time of getting a quote all the way through install, Haider Glass made the process smooth. A good price and quality service is what you ll get when dealing with Haider Glass and I highly recommend them over anyone else!

The best possible service I could have gotten. I was leaving my car there and they provided me a ride back to my place. I had an older vehicle and i thought i would have to find the windshield online however they went out of there way to find it and installed it same day! If you don't bring your business here your going to spend too much even if wherever you go might be cheaper.

Everything started off well and good when we ordered 2 windshields. They told us a day it would be delivered and ready. That day came and went no calls. The next day came and by 4 pm the following day I decided to call for an update. I was told that I had my information wrong and it wouldn t be until the day upcoming. Hmm. Okay I ll give you the benefit of the doubt. The glass arrived and we took one of our vehicles in. That afternoon an invoice was sent that was double the original quote. After receiving the invoice I called to get to the bottom of what was going on and with an attitude she said well, we re giving you a discount because you are having 2 done, but but if you have a problem then we can remove the installed glass and move forward. I m not sure how a customer asking why they have received discrepancies on their invoice requires such an asinine response. My response was that as a paying customer I have the right to ask questions about my vehicle and being that this is the second time in 4 days you have given me the run around I find my questions valid. She (Courtney) preceded to lie to my spouse about sending an incorrect invoice, then said it was not her fault and I was rude to her. Apparently doing basic invoices and remaining calm when a customer disagrees with your business practice is too much with the staff at Haider Glass. Go with them if you have lots of time and patience for indignant behavior.

Absolutely the kindest and best customer service you could ask for ... they even had a family member pick my husband up at the car rental place since he was an out of towner and needed help. Not only were they friendly, but their work was fast and perfect. I wouldn't go anywhere else when in ND!

Such a great staff to work with. They are always so friendly and do great work. They provide quick quotes and are more than reasonably priced. They are the kind of family company that goes out of their way to ensure you get the service you deserve. I would highly recommend them over and over.

We have worked with Haider Glass for the past 15 years, and have always had outstanding service! Best customer care in the world! They are a family owned business and make every experience feel custom and accompanying to our wants and wants! It feels like family. One of their wall hangings in the office says "Enter as strangers and leave as friends" and that's exactly what I experienced!Tom, the owner, even came to my rescue at 2 a.m. one morning after we were victims of vandalism.I could not believe he even answered the call, that just goes to show the customer service and dedication! I recommend everyone to Haider Glass! They are affordable and go above and beyond!

I'm located in Virginia, friends had a issue with a broken glass on their travel Trailer exposing them to the elements. They report even being close to closing time your crew got on the job and did a wonderful job. There was a small issue with the invoice but your company handled it very well. I hope to direct more RVing friends your way. This company not only did a good job, but they practiced good old fashion customer service. 5 stars to you and your employees.

Our travel trailer suffered a broken window on the highway. Haider were recommended to us by Capital RV. We arrived at nearly 4pm but were seen promptly and back on the road by 5.30pm. All the staff we met were extremely helpful and kind and even provided recommendations for our grocery shopping! They helped to re-attach our window rock guard at no extra charge. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

I've had Haider install several windshields and repair several rockchips in multiple vehicles of mine all have turned out great and they've always had my vehicle done within the same day at a reasonable price or handled the whole insurance claim for me making it very easy on my end.

I have taken many vehicles to Haider Glass and I am always happy when I leave there. The people are wonderful and they do great work too! I will recommend Haider Glass everytime and will never go anywhere else.

The staff were so helpful and pleasant! I walked in with a small project and wasn't sure if they could help me. They took a look at my glass and cut it for me within a few minutes! I've never reviewed a company before but this company deserves recognition!

The best company...they go above and beyond to help customers needs get met. We had special needs for a RV shower to accommodate a wheelchair. They made it happen!

Ordered my replacement windshield for my 95 caddy Monday and was completely installed by Tuesday at 4:30 pm. Got a lift home and even a pick up when my car was completed. Amazing crew!
