The mobile service team was amazing to work with! Chris scheduled my recall and ordered parts to have them ready to go. When Casey arrived to perform the work, he was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer questions I had and gave options for future service. Thanks to these two great employees. (If only my interactions with the GM had been half this pleasant. But that s a different one star review.)

Rear brake lock up issue was shot down by their computer diagnosis so the problem was not real. Even though perfect atmospheric conditions existed to drive the vehicle and test. My issue had me fish-tailing on glare ice above 40 mph prior to an accident on intestate where a highway patrol car was parked up tight on the median in front of me. My skills brought the F150 under control and went by the patrol car faster than conditions I felt comfortable with. I expect the rear wheels to lock up under icy conditions and hope there is not anything in the way, on coming, or I don t go into the ditch. Very unsatisfied.

It has been a wonderful experience for me with ordering my 24 Lincoln Nautilus. Colin was my contact at Eide. He was wonderful to work with he totally went above and beyond what he had to. Once my vehicle got here he spent so much time showing me everything on the vehicle. All the staff we worked with to get the final steps done were wonderful. Thank you all!!! First of all I just want to say thank you for your great customer service and hospitality and all the patience in the world towards me and my family. Words can't express how I feel about Eide Ford Lincoln. I mostly could say the best of best car dealers are at Eide Ford. But most of all, my gratitude and many thanks goes to Cody Godfrey, his accountant whom I'm sorry I forgot his name, and also his manager which again can't recall his name cause I was very excited at the moment. My family and I will forever be grateful and will always be Eide Ford's number one customer and will definitely refer anyone. Most especially my sweet Cody was indeed a great asset with outstanding customer service, and experience with great passion for his job and customers. Let say if I have to say anything about Cody Godfrey I will definitely write a pamphlet about him. Thank you all for everything. The car is everything my family wanted.

Nina at Eide was great during the car buying process! She kept us updated every step of the way. The process was kind of slow because it was busy, but felt comfortable the whole time. The lady at the front desk was friendly and kept the coffee pot full!! As a female buyer, it was refreshing to work with a female sales person. I appreciated her willingness to answer all of our questions, it made the car buying process easy. Their prices were also great compared to other places we looked. I would recommend Eide to anyone!

The customer service that my wife and I received from Dylan Hardy our salesman was top notch. I would recommend him to anyone that I know looking to purchase a vehicle. Jon Skinner was the BEST salesman I have ever worked with. I was nervous buying my first car and he SLOWLY walked me through it. The tone in his voice has a comforting affect that made the sales process a breeze. I contacted google to see if there was a way to give a 6 star review and they said no so 5 will have to do. If you're looking for a CAR "Jon Skinner" is a STAR.

Sales man was very helpful, but was very disappointed in the amount given for my trade in when it is already listed for double what I was given and also not able to match another dealer. Don t know if I would recommend this dealership when it comes to working on what s best for the customer and really trying , instead of down grading my good condition trade. Managers were not willing to work with customer, but willing to sell my car for an increased price over Kelly blue book.

Wonderful experience. We came in late on a Friday and met BRAYDON FRENZEL then did a test drive with it being close to closing time. BRAYDON offered to stay over or said he would be happy to come in on Saturday even though it was his day off. He kept in contact with us all day Friday since car was off lot being detailed then he worked with us the next day and he got us where we wanted to be and we were able to finally make a deal. We got a good price for trade in and we are very happy with our new car. BRAYDON even called a few days later to make sure everything was going good and if there was anything we needed. This was our best experience buying a new car. I would HIGHLY recommend EIDE FORD/LINCOLN in BISMARCK. I would definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND asking for BRAYDON FRENZEL (SALES CONSULTANT) for any car buying needs.Thank you very much,Connie M.

I really loved that Chris came out to help with the recall. It was a smooth process after finding the right tool, and it was a good experience. It did take two days to get it done but I haven t had any problems with the vehicle.

I had really had a good buying experience at Eide Ford Lincoln. Ben Sandstrom was my salesperson. He was easy to work with & was able to get the sale done through his sales mangers smoothly. The finance department was easy to work with as well. They did everything through E Signatures due to living out of state. I m very happy with my buying experience at Eide Ford Lincoln.

Good service up front but after I bought my pickup I found out they didn't fix an issue with the air suspension that they said was getting fixed before I bought it. Now I'm struggling to get them to fix the issue they admitted to not fixing in the first place. Hopefully they come through.Update- Well, after a bit of a scare at the beginning they ended up coming through. They worked with a local shop to replace the compressor so I didn't have to drive back to Bismarck.

Robert was amazing! He communicated with us on what was available since we were coming in from out of town. He went the extra mile. The financing team was excellent as well. It was definitely worth the drive! We will definitely buy Eide again.

Great price, zero extra customer service. I drove 12 hrs to purchase my vehicle. I spent 100k on a used vehicle tat came with a low tire the battery dead in the remote. The truck still dirty. I requested a full tank of gas with purchase I got a 1/2. I arrived to fill out final paperwork and I was there for nearly 4 hours.In the end I enjoyed the vehicle but certainly wasn t impressed with the dealerships customer service. If I had bought it at a cheap used car lot that would be one thing but I expected more from Eide

The whole process was very easy. The team starting from salesman all the way to manager were helpful. Stayed well in touch to keep the process and paperwork moving along so the wait time at the dealership was minimal. Highly recommend buying from them again
