best place in bisman to take your 4x4, or any vehicle really. didn t complain one bit about the massive pile of parts that i had for them to install on my rig. top notch

I booked an appointment on a Friday dropped the truck off in the morning and 3 hours later I got a fair quote and about 4 hours after that they told me the truck was done despite being told they might have to keep the truck till the following week.Great customer service and great mechanics, i'll be coming back for sure.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension replacement

They got me in really fast and did a great job. They worked with me on payment. Although it was expensive, I think it is pretty comparable considering the extensive work they had to do.

Oil change, lift kit, level and balance rotated tires,transmission,transfer case,. I won't go anywhere else. This is the place for your needs mhmm.

If enjoy friendly, honest and quality automotive work, call Ed's.If you prefer to be quoted repairs you don't necessarily need try somewhere else.This was my first experience. As I questioned a quote from another well-known Tire shop in town. Turns out my gut proved correct.Ed's has a new customer for life.

I went there by looking up on Google and I absolutely love the service the friendliness and how they didn't try to scam me and to something I didn't need. Very reasonable in pricing I would go back again in a heartbeat plus I absolutely love the fact that they have been in business for 50 plus years and that they're one of the Hidden gems in the community!

Wonderful people, got us in on very short notice as we were traveling through town and had major alignment issues. This is a family business that's been around since 1951 and it's easy to see why.They are so kind, and the lady who runs the place even drove us back and forth from our hotel a 5min car ride away. Great prices, and they made sure to call me and give important updates before doing recommended service (tire rotation, which I was indeed due for but forgot to ask about). Can't recommend them enough! Would give 10 stars if I could.

Made an appointment. Showed up at the time of the appointment. Starting talking to an employee/owner. His main concern was the move the business was making. Half way through our conversation about my vehicle. He walked away and never came back. After 30 minutes I left. No service.

Brought in my 99 Wrangler that had a rear brake leak. After he got it up on the lift, Zach took the time to show me exactly what was leaking and answered all my questions. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, upfront, and honest about what was wrong with the vehicle and what it would cost. As a customer, I always appreciate that kind of service. Price was extremely fair and the quality of work was excellent. The other mechanics and office staff were very friendly and made you feel almost like family. Happy to have the Jeep back on the road. Thanks, EWA!!

I took my truck to Ed's for a tire balance and alignment due to shaking at highway speeds. I dropped it off in the morning. Later in the afternoon they called and let me know that they had performed the requested balance and alignment.I came and picked up my truck, and now it drives like a dream.Ed's Wheel did a fantastic job. Keep in mind I have an older ride, and I'm sure I could have used some hose replacements or some other type of "preventive maintenance". Ed's didn't try to upsale me like some other shops I've interacted with in the past.Fantastic work at a fair price.

Very professional and experienced staff! They informed me of something that Northwest Tires of North Bismarck definitely would have had to see and only were interested in making repeat tire sales from damaged sway bars ruining new tires fast!Thank you Eds Wheel Alignment for being OUTSTANDING!!!You will have my business again!

Bought some tires online and took them into Ed's to get mounted and balanced. These guys did a great job and were super reasonable. No crazy fee's or surprises. Highly recommend.

Dropped off monday morning, was able to pick up before they closed, so thats not too bad. However, i dont feel like anything was done. My car still shakes, if not worse, and you can tell there is no balance as it veers to the right way more than before i brought it in!

They work with Dakota towing they fixed my front end got it aligned held on to my car without charging storage fees they accept payments till you get your car payed off they will add the tow charge to the final bill and they took care of the rest I was satisfied with the service all around real nice friendly people

Quoted one price over the phone and was billed $250 more for the service with no additional work done. When I asked about the large discrepancy I was told I must have misunderstood the phone conversation.

I mean yeah they are good at what they do. I'm just not to happy with my experience only because I chose to be unhappy uh with it. Bottom line is there reputation holds still. As "the place to go"
