Had an issue with my vehicle and the service team was able to get me in and out the same day! They are efficient with their work and some of claim was covered under warranty. Would highly recommend!

Dvorak did a great job on installing a lift, drive axles, ball joints, control arm bushings, and new rims and tires on what used to be a boring looking vehicle. Complete 180! They also were able to handle all the issues in my Mercedes last year. Very pleased with the results.

I was late for my appointment but they still took my vehicle in for an oil change. I waited and it didn't take long for it to be done. Also the service guy told me I need new tires and offered an excellent deal on new tires and servicing my brake lines. They need to be flushed and fluid replaced. Set up appointment for next week to have service performed and repairs completed.

The experience at Dvorak Motors Service Center is always a good one. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. If you have any questions about your vehicle needs, they will talk with you in terms you can understand and provide you with options.

I dropped my truck off to have it fixed the first day they had it told me it was a quick fix needed new fuel pump only gonna take a week to get done two months later I finnaly got my truck back was very unprofessional in the way the conducted business and were unwilling to give a discount on work even after changing original price of 1600 to 2200 broke my door handle and fixed it thank God they didn't charge me for that never going there again and will most certainly not be buying a new vehicle from them all from this experience very unprofessional.

Went to get a 2nd opinion about my car repairs. Everyone was very attentive and concerned about getting the job done, right. I was looking for true answers and got them. Also and most importantly was not charged a lot to find that out.When I need a repair on a new car, I will be back.

was a little disappointed during my visit for an oil change and possible filter. My 1/2 hour to 45 minutes took 2 hours plus. It appeared that the filter that showed up on the computer as in stock ,was not. At that point I should have been told that and that it could take time to get one. I would have come back another day.It was very frustrating. 2 hours for an oils change was over the top!!!!!!!!!

I have always dreaded getting my vehicles serviced, until I started taking them to Dvorak. I have been getting my vehicles serviced at Dvorak for over 5 years now, and they have always been extremely efficient. They pick up my vehicle while I'm working, take payment over the phone, and return it to my same parking spot usually all within a morning! Today, the process was all within less than 2 hours and I just made the appointment yesterday! Some days they have it longer than others, but that's expected when I can imagine their services are in high demand! I am blown away by their consistency and professionalism. Thank you, Dvorak team! Special thanks to Scott and Randy, the two that I work with most when getting my vehicle serviced. You and your team take the headache out of keeping up on regular maintenance.

Bought a one-owner truck from them two years ago. Great deal! Great experience! Delayne & Alvin Dvorak were very fair and sales professional Bobby Bauslaugh was all that!BUT THAT'S NOT THE END OF IT!Fast forward to this week: Even though the truck came equipped with an after-market car starter, I never tried to use until this week. When I couldn't get it to function properly, I took it in, unannounced, on Wednesday. After 5 minutes, they determined it needed more time than they could give without an appointment.On Friday, 30-minutes into my appointment, Service Manager Kelly Praus said it would take longer than they thought and offered to give me a ride somewhere or - GASP! - a vehicle to borrow (WHO does that anymore?).So, I went about my errands.. and when I got back 90-minutes later, the very capable and friendly technician Kory Annis had it running perfectly. He even took extra time to show me how to program it myself. Best part, there was NO CHARGE. The fact that I bought it two years earlier was good enough for them!I've bought and serviced a few cars in my day.. and have experience with all the major dealerships in Bismarck-Mandan. IMHO, the customer experience Dvorak Motors is second to none! They really do "treat you like family"!!
